王上3:12-14
我就应允你所求的、赐你聪明智慧、甚至在你以前没有像你的、在你以后也没有像你的．你所没有求的我也赐给你、就是富足、尊荣、使你在世的日子、列王中没有一个能比你的。你若效法你父亲大卫、遵行我的道、谨守我的律例、诫命、我必使你长寿。
Behold, I have done according to your word. Behold, I have given you a wise and an understanding heart; so that there has been none like you before you, neither after you shall any arise like you. I have also given you that which you have not asked, both riches and honor, so that there shall not be any among the kings like you, all your days. If you will walk in my ways, to keep my statutes and my commandments, as your father David walked, then I will lengthen your days."
主耶稣！耶和华神应允所罗门王所求的智慧，也把富足，尊荣加给他，并且提醒所罗门王要效法大卫王敬畏神，才能够有生命去承受祝福。主啊！我要谨守耶和华神的命令，好叫我有生命去享用耶和华神所赐的福。
