王上1:47-48
王的臣仆也来为我们的主大卫王祝福、说、愿王的神使所罗门的名、比王的名更尊荣、使他的国位、比王的国位更大．王就在床上屈身下拜。王又说、耶和华以色列的神是应当称颂的、因他赐我一人今日坐在我的位上、我也亲眼看见了。
Moreover the king's servants came to bless our lord king David, saying, 'May your God make the name of Solomon better than your name, and make his throne greater than your throne;' and the king bowed himself on the bed. Also thus said the king, 'Blessed be Yahweh, the God of Israel, who has given one to sit on my throne this day, my eyes even seeing it.'"
主耶稣！耶和华神爱大卫王，应许为大卫王竖立家室，也为大卫预备继承人。臣仆为大卫王祝福，所罗门的名比大卫更尊荣。主啊！这也是我的祈福，我后裔的后裔，要比我的名更尊荣，更蒙神喜悦，高举耶稣基督的名，叫神的道更加兴旺。
