可4:18-19
还有那撒在荆棘里的、就是人听了道．后来有世上的思虑、钱财的迷惑、和别样的私欲、进来把道挤住了、就不能结实。
Others are those who are sown among the thorns. These are those who have heard the word,
and the cares of this age, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things entering in choke the word, and it becomes unfruitful.
主耶稣！我回想曾经在教会一起参加崇拜, 小组, 门训的弟兄姐妹, 好些已经不去崇拜, 生活作息也没有荣耀神。原来他们的心被后来所得的迷惑了。主啊！我要将祢的话, 摆在眼前, 当我得到了神的祝福时, 我的心不偏离神所喜乐的。
可4:14-15
撒种之人所撒的、就是道。那撒在路旁的、就是人听了道、撒但立刻来、把撒在他心里的道夺了去。
The farmer sows the word. The ones by the road are the ones where the word is sown; and when they have heard, immediately Satan comes, and takes away the word which has been sown in them.
主耶稣！我看见, 撒但躲在暗处, 等待机会, 人若不专心听道, 撒但立刻把撒在他心里的道夺去。主啊！求圣灵的感动常在我身上, 什么时候不专心听道, 求圣灵责备我。
可3:27
没有人能进壮士家里、抢夺他的家具．必先捆住那壮士、才可以抢夺他的家。
But no one can enter into the house of the strong man to plunder, unless he first binds the strong man; and then he will plunder his house.
主耶稣！必先捆住那壮士, 这节句话带给我一种感想, 今天家庭受到破坏, 婚姻关系破裂, 孩子们犯罪, 因为父亲, 一家之主被黑暗的势力捆住。主啊！我向天父祈求, 施恩拯救爸爸们, 求圣灵光照爸爸们的心, 叫他们的心苏醒, 将心归家。
可3:22-26
从耶路撒冷下来的文士说、他是被别西卜附着．又说、他是靠着鬼王赶鬼。耶稣叫他们来、用比喻对他们说、撒但怎能赶出撒但呢。若一家自相分争、那家就站立不住。若一国自相分争、那国就站立不住。若撒但自相攻打分争、他就站立不住、必要灭亡。
The scribes who came down from Jerusalem said, "He has Beelzebul," and, "By the prince of the demons he casts out the demons." He summoned them, and said to them in parables, "How can Satan cast out Satan?
If a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand. If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand. If Satan has risen up against himself, and is divided, he can't stand, but has an end.
主耶稣！谢谢祢的教诲, 我在思想, 自相分争必自取灭亡, 这是人人都晓得的自然道理, 为什么今天许多夫妻仍旧要自相分争。主啊！求祢赐给我们有敬畏神的心, 有属天温柔的智慧, 拥有彼此相爱的力量, 远远大过彼此相争。
可3:13-15
耶稣上了山、随自己的意思叫人来、他们便来到他那里。他就设立十二个人、要他们常和自己同在、也要差他们去传道、并给他们权柄赶鬼。
He went up into the mountain, and called to himself those whom he wanted, and they went to him. He appointed twelve, that they might be with him, and that he might send them out to preach, and to have authority to heal sicknesses and to cast out demons.
主耶稣！这里是说, 祢差门徒去传道, 同时赐给门徒权柄去赶鬼。主啊！我看到了, 当初祢教导门徒传道和赶鬼, 今天, 传道赶鬼, 这也是我们应该要做的。因为, 我们也是蒙祢选召, 差派的门徒。
可3:5
耶稣怒目周围看他们、忧愁他们的心刚硬、就对那人说、伸出手来．他把手一伸、手就复了原。
When he had looked around at them with anger, being grieved at the hardening of their hearts, he said to the man, "Stretch out your hand." He stretched it out, and his hand was restored as healthy as the other.
主耶稣！我看到祢的公义和仁爱, 祢怒目的同时心里带着忧愁。主啊！这是我需要学习的, 不让情绪主导我内心的宽容, 当我生气的时候, 心中仍然要有爱的浇灌 。
可3:1-2
耶稣又进了会堂．在那里有一个人、枯干了一只手。众人窥探耶稣、在安息日医治不医治、意思是要控告耶稣。
He entered again into the synagogue, and there was a man there who had his hand withered. They watched him, whether he would heal him on the Sabbath day, that they might accuse him.
主耶稣！我看见在教会中的窥探, 有些人习惯性地在寻觅教会领袖, 弟兄姐妹的软弱, 缺点, 当话题。主啊！求祢赦免他们, 拯救他们脱离恶习, 使他们的灵魂苏醒, 也求祢保守我不犯同样的过犯。
1 重新聚焦在上帝身上。
“我们在天上的父：愿人都尊你的名为圣……”
深吸一口气，然后专注于这一句话：“我们在天上的父”。
一边缓缓呼气，一边念：“愿人都尊你的名为圣。”
重复几次，注意脑海里闪现的有关上帝性情的各个方面。在这段时间里，专注思考上帝是多么伟大。
2 重新调整你的意愿。
“愿你的国降临……”
上帝一直都在地上施行他的旨意。所以现在思考这一点：当你让自己的意愿与上帝的旨意保持一致的时候，你就是在积极地寻求他的国。
摒除周遭的喧嚣，祈求上帝向你显明，今天你如何能够参与到遵行他旨意的使命中来。
3 放开你的忧虑。
“我们日用的饮食，今日赐给我们……”
想象你把双手伸向前，仿佛你想让上帝在你的手里放些什么。当你把你的忧虑交给上帝时，他会还你以什么？
列出你的忧虑，一次说出一个。每次当你说出一个忧虑的时候，试着祈求上帝：“我们日用的饮食，今日赐给我们。”
你可根据自己的需要继续这个训练。
4 悔改并回应。
“免我们的债， 如同我们免了人的债……”
你牢牢抓着、该放却不放下的是什么呢？现在你有什么该向上帝坦承的事吗？也许是个你过不去的伤害，也许是你正设法改掉的行为，也许是你还没有战胜的瘾症，也或者是你一再犯下的错误。
上帝邀请你以你原本的样子来到他面前，对他做出回应。把你的所思所想都告诉他，并留出空间来聆听他的声音。
5 请求上帝的保守。
“救我们脱离凶恶……”
我们都曾获救。上帝曾把你从怎样的危险中救出？
为上帝的信实而感恩，告诉他你需要他帮助的地方，也考虑为其他需要得到上帝保守的人代祷。请记住，即使情况看似绝望，在上帝没有难成的事。
6 欣喜和反思。
称颂上帝在你生命中的作为，并且寻找方法整天敬拜他。
然后，用几分钟反思与上帝共处的这段时间。他向你展示了什么？考虑把任何引起你注意的事添加到你的 YouVersion 祷告清单。
我们开始像耶稣那样祷告，就会开始像耶稣那样与上帝亲近。而且，当我们让祷告来影响我们的生活方式时，我们就会开始意识到，我们随时都可以坦然无惧、卸下心防、满怀信心来接近上帝。
可2:21-22
没有人把新布缝在旧衣服上．恐怕所补上的新布、带坏了旧衣服、破的就更大了。也没有人把新酒装在旧皮袋里．恐怕酒把皮袋裂开、酒和皮袋就都坏了．惟把新酒装在新皮袋里。
No one sews a piece of unshrunk cloth on an old garment, or else the patch shrinks and the new tears away from the old, and a worse hole is made. No one puts new wine into old wineskins, or else the new wine will burst the skins, and the wine pours out, and the skins will be destroyed; but they put new wine into fresh wineskins."
主耶稣！我发现年龄越大, 心思越不容易更新, 也不容易接受年轻人的观点, 更不容易接受被要求改变。主啊！我的心思意念要更新, 祈求求圣灵光照, 那些思想我需要更新, 那些习惯我必须改变。
可2:16-17
法利赛人中的文士、看见耶稣和罪人并税吏一同吃饭、就对他门徒说、他和税吏并罪人一同吃喝么。耶稣听见、就对他们说、康健的人用不着医生、有病的人才用得着．我来本不是召义人、乃是召罪人。
The scribes and the Pharisees, when they saw that he was eating with the sinners and tax collectors, said to his disciples, "Why is it that he eats and drinks with tax collectors and sinners?" When Jesus heard it, he said to them, "Those who are healthy have no need for a physician, but those who are sick. I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance."
主耶稣！这里说, 祢和税吏并罪人一同吃喝, 给我一种醒觉, 在基督教的圈里久了, 身边一起作息的人, 多数是基督徒。主啊！我要顺服圣灵的主导, 进入人群, 与未认识祢的人, 一同吃喝, 分享天父的爰。
可2:14-15
耶稣经过的时候、看见亚勒腓的儿子利未、坐在税关上、就对他说、你跟从我来．他就起来跟从了耶稣。耶稣在利未家里坐席的时候、有好些税吏和罪人、与耶稣并门徒一同坐席．因为这样的人多、他们也跟随耶稣。
As he passed by, he saw Levi, the son of Alphaeus, sitting at the tax office, and he said to him, "Follow me." And he arose and followed him. It happened, that he was reclining at the table in his house, and many tax collectors and sinners sat down with Jesus and his disciples, for there were many, and they followed him.
主耶稣！我看见亚勒腓的儿子利未的影响力, 因着他的决定要跟随祢, 影响了许多人起来跟随祢。主啊！我祈求圣灵加添我的情商, 发展我的影响力, 可以影响多人来跟随祢。
可2:5
耶稣见他们的信心、就对瘫子说、小子、你的罪赦了。
Jesus, seeing their faith, said to the paralytic, "Son, your sins are forgiven you."
主耶稣！原来我们的信心可以帮到我们的亲友。主啊！我凭着信心, 向祢祈求, 求祢打开福音的门, 我可以带领亲友来到祢面前, 他们可以听到祢说：你的罪赦了。叫他们的病可以得医治。
可2:3-5
有人带着一个瘫子来见耶稣、是用四个人抬来的。因为人多、不得近前、就把耶稣所在的房子、拆了房顶、既拆通了、就把瘫子连所躺卧的褥子都缒下来 。耶稣见他们的信心、就对瘫子说、小子、你的罪赦了。
Four people came, carrying a paralytic to him. When they could not come near to him for the crowd, they removed the roof where he was. When they had broken it up, they let down the mat that the paralytic was lying on. Jesus, seeing their faith, said to the paralytic, "Son, your sins are forgiven you."
主耶稣！我的信心与瘫子的四个朋友相比, 真是渺小。主啊！我祈求圣灵的感动, 我什么时候缺少了信心, 求圣灵责备我。
可2:1-2
过了些日子、耶稣又进了迦百农．人听见他在房子里、就有许多人聚集、甚至连门前都没有空地、耶稣就对他们讲道。
When he entered again into Capernaum after some days, it was heard that he was in the house. Immediately many were gathered together, so that there was no more room, not even around the door; and he spoke the word to them.
主耶稣！今早经文给我的感受, 有祢的同在, 就会吸引人归向祢。主啊！我为教会代求, 祢的荣耀在教会是显著的, 教会有祢的同在, 吸引更多人, 用心灵诚实向父神敬拜。
可1:43-45
耶稣严严的嘱咐他、就打发他走、对他说、你要谨慎、甚么话都不可告诉人．只要去把身体给祭司察看、又因为你洁净了、献上摩西所吩咐的礼物、对众人作证据。那人出去、倒说许多的话、把这件事传扬开了叫耶稣以后不得再明明的进城, 只好在外边旷野地方, 人从各处都就了他来。
He strictly warned him, and immediately sent him out, and said to him, "See you say nothing to anybody, but go show yourself to the priest, and offer for your cleansing the things which Moses commanded, for a testimony to them." But he went out, and began to proclaim it much, and to spread about the matter, so that Jesus could no more openly enter into a city, but was outside in desert places: and they came to him from everywhere.
主耶稣！祢严严的嘱咐他不要说话, 只要给有关的人查证, 那人却不能遵循。主啊！我反观自己, 我也犯了同样的软弱, 口头上有许多的见证, 生命的见证却少之又少。求主赦免, 我要在生活, 生命, 生计中活出真理的见证。
可1:40-42
有一个长大痲疯的、来求耶稣、向他跪下说、你若肯、必能叫我洁净了。耶稣动了慈心、就伸手摸他、说、我肯、你洁净了吧。大痲疯即时离开他、他就洁净了。
A leper came to him, begging him, kneeling down to him, and saying to him, "If you want to, you can make me clean." Being moved with compassion, he stretched out his hand, and touched him, and said to him, "I want to. Be made clean.” When he had said this, immediately the leprosy departed from him, and he was made clean.
主耶稣！祢看到长大痲疯的病人, 听见他的心声, 就动了慈心。主啊！我向神认罪, 许多时候看到软弱的人, 却不理采, 听到他们的声音也感到不耐烦。我祈求圣灵的感动不要离去。我要像祢一样, 看到有需要的人, 也可以动了慈心。
可1:38-39
耶稣对他们说、我们可以往别处去、到邻近的乡村、我也好在那里传道．因为我是为这事出来的。于是在加利利全地、进了会堂、传道赶鬼。
He said to them, "Let's go elsewhere into the next towns, that I may preach there also, because I came out for this reason." He went into their synagogues throughout all Galilee, preaching and casting out demons.
主耶稣！传道赶鬼, 我被这四个字所吸引, 今天, 我们传道却忽略了赶鬼。主啊！我的祈祷, 从现在开始, 我要认真, 把传道的功夫做的完整, 传福音也不忘医病, 赶鬼。
可1:34-35
耶稣治好了许多害各样病的人、又赶出许多鬼、不许鬼说话、因为鬼认识他。次日早晨、天未亮的时候、耶稣起来、到旷野地方去、在那里祷告。
He healed many who were sick with various diseases, and cast out many demons. He didn't allow the demons to speak, because they knew him. Early in the morning, while it was still dark, he rose up and went out, and departed into a deserted place, and prayed there.
主耶稣！我看到的是, 祢如何与神的亲近。主啊！我们喜欢看外在的表现, 多过内在的建造。求圣灵常感动我的心, 渴慕与神亲近, 更多喜爱与神说话。
可1:30-31
西门的岳母、正害热病躺着．就有人告诉耶稣。耶稣进前拉着他的手、扶他起来、热就退了、他就服事他们。
Now Simon's wife's mother lay sick with a fever, and immediately they told him about her. He came and took her by the hand, and raised her up. The fever left her, and she served them.
主耶稣！我看到一副美丽的影像, 祢伸手去扶西门的岳母, 那一刻, 病就好了, 西门的岳起身, 就开始服事。主啊！我祈求圣灵, 运行在我身上, 能够奉祢的名伸手扶助有需要的人, 也求圣灵运行在那人身上, 得到帮助后, 起来事奉神和服事神的子民。
可1:16-18
耶稣顺着加利利的海边走、看见西门、和西门的兄弟安得烈、在海里撒网．他们本是打鱼的。耶稣对他们说、来跟从我、我要叫你们得人如得鱼一样。他们就立刻舍了网、跟从了他。
Passing along by the sea of Galilee, he saw Simon and Andrew the brother of Simon casting a net into the sea, for they were fishermen. Jesus said to them, "Come after me, and I will make you into fishers for men." Immediately they left their nets, and followed him.
主耶稣！我留意到门徒的反应, 他们听到祢的话, 说, 来跟从我, 二话不说。这就是把主权交给神。主啊！求祢赦免我们的罪, 我们没有及时回应祢的选召, 总是为自己找借口。在新的一年, 我们要更在乎圣灵的感动, 及时回应祢的吩咐。
可1:14-15
约翰下监以后、耶稣来到加利利、宣传神的福音、说、日期满了、神的国近了．你们当悔改、信福音。
Now after John was taken into custody, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the Good News of the Kingdom of God, and saying, "The time is fulfilled, and the Kingdom of God is at hand! Repent, and believe in the Good News."
主耶稣！我感到非常兴奋, 因为, 我领受的是神的福音。主啊！我相信, 主圣灵已经预备人心悔改, 我相信圣灵会与我同工, 日期满了, 我要起来, 宣传神的福音 。
可1:9-11
那时、耶稣从加利利的拿撒勒来、在约但河里受了约翰的洗。他从水里一上来、就看见天裂开了、圣灵彷佛鸽子、降在他身上。又有声音从天上来说、你是我的爱子、我喜悦你。
It happened in those days, that Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee, and was baptized by John in the Jordan. Immediately coming up from the water, he saw the heavens parting, and the Spirit descending on him like a dove. A voice came out of the sky, "You are my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased."
主耶稣！祢道成肉身, 听到父神说, 你是我的爱子, 我喜悦你。相信对祢的肯定, 必定会带给祢极大的激励。主啊！我要感谢圣灵在我心里, 告诉我, 天父爱我, 天父喜悦我, 我也是天父的孩子。
可1:1 -4
神的儿子、耶稣基督福音的起头、正如先知以赛亚书上记着说、『看哪、我要差遣我的使者在你前面、预备道路．在旷野有人声喊着说、预备主的道、修直他的路。』照这话、约翰来了、在旷野施洗、传悔改的洗礼、使罪得赦。
The beginning of the Good News of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. As it is written in the prophets, "Behold, I send my messenger before your face, who will prepare your way before you. The voice of one crying in the wilderness, 'Make ready the way of the Lord! Make his paths straight!'" John came baptizing in the wilderness and preaching the baptism of repentance for forgiveness of sins.
主耶稣！关于神救赎的恩典, 神在旧约已经说了, 到了新约事就成了。关于神的国度在人间, 祢在新约已经说了, 到了末日, 事就成了。主啊！我要做一个有智慧的人, 预备足够的油, 等候祢的到来。
太28:20
凡我所吩咐你们的、都教训他们遵守我就常与你们同在、直到世界的末了。
teaching them to observe all things that I commanded you. Behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." Amen.
主耶稣！祢说, 凡祢所吩咐我们的, 都教训信徒遵守, 祢知常与我们同在。我们现在有一个现象, 就是选择性的遵守祢的吩咐。主啊！求祢赦免我固执的过犯, 拯救我脱离老我的习惯, 在新的一年, 更加委身, 先遵守祢的吩咐, 才去教训信徒。
太28:16-17
十一个门徒往加利利去、到了耶稣约定的山上。他们见了耶稣就拜他．然而还有人疑惑。
But the eleven disciples went into Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had sent them. When they saw him, they bowed down to him, but some doubted.
主耶稣！我在思想, 为什么经历祢的同在的人, 还有人会疑惑？我自问, 过去我何尝不也有疑惑过祢对我的爱。主啊！我向父祈求, 当我有疑惑的时候, 求圣灵向我的心说话, 使我得着力量, 呼叫阿爸, 父。大声宣告, 天父超爱我。
太28:9-10
忽然耶稣遇见他们、说、愿你们平安。他们就上前抱住他的脚拜他。耶稣对他们说、不要害怕、你们去告诉我的弟兄、叫他们往加利利去、在那里必见我。
As they went to tell his disciples, behold, Jesus met them, saying, "Rejoice!" They came and took hold of his feet, and worshiped him. Then Jesus said to them, "Don't be afraid. Go tell my brothers that they should go into Galilee, and there they will see me."
主耶稣！我可以想像, 当时妇女们的心情和感受, 又兴奋, 又紧张, 又害怕。叫我兴奋的, 乃是祢说, 叫门徒往加利利去, 祢会在那里与他们会面。主啊！我每当想到要与祢相会, 我的心就充满活力。
太28:5
天使对妇女说、不要害怕、我知道你们是寻找那钉十字架的耶稣。他不在这里、照他所说的、已经复活了．你们来看安放主的地方。快去告诉他的门徒说、他从死里复活了．并且在你们以先往加利利去、在那里你们要见他．看哪．我已经告诉你们了。
The angel answered the women, "Don't be afraid, for I know that you seek Jesus, who has been crucified. He is not here, for he has risen, just like he said. Come, see the place where the Lord was lying. Go quickly and tell his disciples, 'He has risen from the dead, and behold, he goes before you into Galilee; there you will see him.' Behold, I have told you."
主耶稣！我可以感受的到天使的兴奋, 吩咐妇女, 要快去告诉门徒。主啊！我要恢复起初与祢相遇时的兴奋, 并要常常维持为主作见证的热忱。
太27:50-53
耶稣又大声喊叫、气就断了。忽然殿里的幔子、从上到下裂为两半．地也震动．盘石也崩裂 。坟墓也开了．已睡圣徒的身体、多有起来的。到耶稣复活以后、他们从坟墓里出来、进了圣城、向许多人显现。
Jesus cried again with a loud voice, and yielded up his spirit. Behold, the veil of the temple was torn in two from the top to the bottom. The earth quaked and the rocks were split. The tombs were opened, and many bodies of the saints who had fallen asleep were raised; and coming out of the tombs after his resurrection, they entered into the holy city and appeared to many.
主耶稣！我深深感受到, 祢在十字架上断气的那一刻, 天地间起的大变化, 当祢从死里复活, 地底下也起了大震动。祢再来, 我相信将会更加轰动。主啊！我期待, 祢的再来。
