这样、罗得的两个女儿、都从他父亲怀了孕。大女儿生了儿子、给他起名叫摩押、就是现今摩押人的始祖。小女儿也生了儿子、给他起名叫便亚米、就是现今亚扪人的始祖。
Thus both of Lot's daughters were with child by their father. The firstborn bore a son, and named him Moab. He is the father of the Moabites to this day. The younger also bore a son, and called his name Ben Ammi. He is the father of the children of Ammon to this day.
主耶稣！我看到罗得错误的决定, 离开亚伯拉罕, 搬到所多玛, 那里败坏的文化影响了孩子。主啊！是的, 父亲错误的决定, 所带来的不良的反应, 影响深远, 求神赦免我们的原罪, 求主救我们和我们的后裔, 脱离原罪所带来的恶果。

领他们出来以后、就说、逃命吧．不可回头看、也不可在平原站住、要往山上逃跑、免得你被剿灭。..罗得的妻子在后边回头一看、就变成了一根盐柱。
It came to pass, when they had taken them out, that he said, "Escape for your life! Don't look behind you, and don't stay anywhere in the plain. Escape to the mountains, lest you be consumed!"..But his wife looked back from behind him, and she became a pillar of salt.
主耶稣！罗得的妻子, 只是向后看, 就失去了神的保护, 变成了盐柱。我想起, 经上说：手扶着犁向后看的, 不配进神的国。主啊！我们承认, 心中仍旧会想念过去世俗生活中的作乐, 偶尔, 会想要回去, 求主赦免, 救我们的脱离不良的记忆路线。

创19:12-14
二人对罗得说、你这里还有甚么人么．无论是女婿、是儿女、和这城中一切属你的人、你都要将他们从这地方带出去。我们要毁灭这地方、因为城内罪恶的声音、在耶和华面前甚大、耶和华差我们来、要毁灭这地方。罗得就出去、告诉娶了他女儿的女婿们、说、你们起来离开这地方、因为耶和华要毁灭这城．他女婿们却以为他说的是戏言。
The men said to Lot, "Do you have anybody else here? Sons-in-law, your sons, your daughters, and whoever you have in the city, bring them out of the place: for we will destroy this place, because the outcry against them has grown great before Yahweh that Yahweh has sent us to destroy it." Lot went out, and spoke to his sons-in-law, who were pledged to marry his daughters, and said, "Get up! Get out of this place, for Yahweh will destroy the city." But he seemed to his sons-in-law to be joking.
主耶稣！罗得的女婿视罗得所说的, 耶和华神要毁灭所多玛城, 当作是戏言。我们也像罗得的女婿, 主耶稣说, 祂要再来, 天地将要废弃, 我们不当一回事, 不认真对待经上所说的话, 主啊！求神赦免我们的不信。

创19:9-11
众人说、退去吧．又说、这个人来寄居、还想要作官哪．现在我们要害你比害他们更甚、众人就向前拥挤罗得、要攻破房门。只是那二人伸出手来、将罗得拉进屋去、把门关上．并且使门外的人、无论老少、眼都昏迷．他们摸来摸去、总寻不着房门。
They said, "Stand back!" Then they said, "This one fellow came in to live as a foreigner, and he appoints himself a judge. Now will we deal worse with you, than with them!" They pressed hard on the man Lot, and drew near to break the door. But the men reached out their hand, and brought Lot into the house to them, and shut the door. They struck the men who were at the door of the house with blindness, both small and great, so that they wearied themselves to find the door.
主耶稣！无论老少, 神都叫他们的眼都昏迷, 找不到罗得的家门。这事件, 激活了我的信心, 当有恶人想要中伤我和家人, 主啊！我相信祢会及时伸出援手, 拯救我们全家人脱离恶人的手。断没有任何势力可以伤害我们。

耶和华说、所多玛和蛾摩拉的罪恶甚重、声闻于我。我现在要下去、察看他们所行的、果然尽像那达到我耳中的声音一样么．若是不然、我也必知道。
Yahweh said, "Because the cry of Sodom and Gomorrah is great, and because their sin is very grievous, I will go down now, and see whether their deeds are as bad as the reports which have come to me. If not, I will know."
主耶稣！所多玛和蛾摩拉那里的同性恋泛滥, 神说那里的的罪恶甚重, 召到灭城之灾。主啊！将LGBTQ合法化的国家, 求神施恩, 拯救那国家里有圣灵印记的人, 神啊！当祢的怒气临到那国时, 当中有不认识主的, 他们是反对LGBTQ的, 求祢施怜悯他们。

撒拉就害怕、不承认、说、我没有笑．那位说、不然、你实在笑了。
Then Sarah denied, saying, "I didn't laugh," for she was afraid. He said, "No, but you did laugh."
主啊！我的领悟, 我们做错事时, 圣灵会感动我们的良心, 心里会有不安, 被揭穿时, 因为胆怯, 就会产生不认错的思维。主啊！我承认, 我有同样的软弱, 犯上不认错的习惯, 求神赦免我隐而末现的罪。

创18:10-14
三人中有一位说、到明年这时候、我必要回到你这里、你的妻子撒拉必生一个儿子．撒拉在那人后边的帐棚门口、也听见了这话。亚伯拉罕和撒拉年纪老迈、撒拉的月经已断绝了。撒拉心里暗笑、说、我既已衰败、我主也老迈、岂能有这喜事呢。耶和华对亚伯拉罕说、撒拉为甚么暗笑、说、我既已年老、果真能生养吗。耶和华岂有难成的事么．到了日期、明年这时候、我必回到你这里、撒拉必生一个儿子。
He said, "I will certainly return to you when the season comes round. Behold, Sarah your wife will have a son." Sarah heard in the tent door, which was behind him. Now Abraham and Sarah were old, well advanced in age. Sarah had passed the age of childbearing. Sarah laughed within herself, saying, "After I have grown old will I have pleasure, my lord being old also?" Yahweh said to Abraham, "Why did Sarah laugh, saying, 'Will I really bear a child, yet I am old?' Is anything too hard for Yahweh? At the set time I will return to you, when the season comes round, and Sarah will have a son."
主耶稣！我看到, 信心之父亚伯拉罕, 还有与神如此靠近的撒拉, 都会有对神的话存疑。主啊！是的, 我们的存疑, 并不会影响神所命定要成就的事, 天地要过去, 主耶稣要再回来, 都必定成就。我要站立的稳, 坚守所信的道, 至死忠心。

创17:10-12
你们所有的男子、都要受割礼、这就是我与你、并你的后裔所立的约、是你们所当遵守的。你们都要受割礼．这是我与你们立约的证据。你们世世代代的男子、无论是家里生的、是在你后裔之外用银子从外人买的、生下来第八日、都要受割礼。
This is my covenant, which you shall keep, between me and you and your seed after you. Every male among you shall be circumcised. You shall be circumcised in the flesh of your foreskin. It will be a token of the covenant between me and you. He who is eight days old will be circumcised among you, every male throughout your generations, he who is born in the house, or bought with money from any foreigner who is not of your seed.
主耶稣！立约的证据, 使我想到旧约羔羊的血, 和主耶稣十字架上的宝血。这是关乎生命之约, 是血约。主啊！我们将自己当着活祭, 奉上自己的生命, 与神所立的约对齐对按, 成为我与神立约的证据, 领受约中的恩典, 和约中的祝福。

亚伯兰年九十九岁的时候、耶和华向他显现、对他说、我是全能的神、你当在我面前作完全人。我就与你立约、使你的后裔极其繁多。我与你立约、你要作多国的父。..我要与你并你世世代代的后裔坚立我的约、作永远的约、是要作你和你后裔的神。
When Abram was ninety-nine years old, Yahweh appeared to Abram, and said to him, "I am God Almighty. Walk before me, and be blameless. I will make my covenant between me and you, and will multiply you exceedingly." .."As for me, behold, my covenant is with you. You will be the father of a multitude of nations. I will establish my covenant between me and you and your seed after you throughout their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God to you and to your seed after you.
主耶稣！当我看到, 全能的神主动要与人立永远的约, 主啊！我心里充满极大的感恩, 感谢神与我和我的后裔立永约, 我要向神心存诚实, 一生忠心遵循神的命令, 表达我对约的委身。

亚伯兰对撒莱说、使女在你手下、你可以随意待他．撒莱苦待他、他就从撒莱面前逃走了。耶和华的使者在旷野、书珥路上的水泉旁遇见他、对他说、撒莱的使女夏甲、你从那里来、要往那里去．夏甲说、我从我的主母撒莱面前逃出来。耶和华的使者对他说、你回到你主母那里、服在他手下。..夏甲就称那对他说话的耶和华为看顾人的神．因而说、在这里我也看见那看顾我的么。
But Abram said to Sarai, "Behold, your maid is in your hand. Do to her whatever is good in your eyes." Sarai dealt harshly with her, and she fled from her face. The angel of Yahweh found her by a fountain of water in the wilderness, by the fountain in the way to Shur. He said, "Hagar, Sarai's handmaid, where did you come from? Where are you going?" She said, "I am fleeing from the face of my mistress Sarai." The angel of Yahweh said to her, "Return to your mistress, and submit yourself under her hands."..She called the name of Yahweh who spoke to her, "You are a God who sees," for she said, "Have I even stayed alive after seeing him?"
主耶稣！耶和华为看顾人的神, 主啊！是的, 我追忆过去, 神是如何看顾, 恩待我和家人。在多少事上, 蒙耶和华神的保守, 救护我和家人脱离恶者的网罗。我要一生一世, 记得耶和华神的恩惠 。

亚伯兰的妻子撒莱不给他生儿女．撒莱有一个使女名叫夏甲、是埃及人。撒莱对亚伯兰说、耶和华使我不能生育、求你和我的使女同房、或者我可以因他得孩子。亚伯兰听从了撒莱的话．
Now Sarai, Abram's wife, bore him no children. She had a handmaid, an Egyptian, whose name was Hagar. Sarai said to Abram, "See now, Yahweh has restrained me from bearing. Please go in to my handmaid. It may be that I will obtain children by her." Abram listened to the voice of Sarai.
主耶稣！撒莱说, 耶和华使我不能生育, 就凭自己的认为行事, 且要了亚伯兰一起去行。我的领悟, 我过去也像撒莱一样, 没有先寻求神, 就凭自己的认为, 结果, 后果不堪设想。主啊！求神赦免我们的自负, 施恩怜悯, 救我脱离因误判所带来的困境。

耶和华又对他说、我是耶和华、曾领你出了迦勒底的吾珥、为要将这地赐你为业。亚伯兰说、主耶和华阿、我怎能知道必得这地为业呢。...耶和华对亚伯兰说、你要的确知道、你的后裔必寄居别人的地、又服事那地的人．那地的人要苦待他们四百年．并且他们所要服事的那国、我要惩罚后来他们必带着许多财物、从那里出来。但你要享大寿数、平平安安的归到你列祖那里、被人埋葬。
He said to him, "I am Yahweh who brought you out of Ur of the Chaldees, to give you this land to inherit it." He said, "Lord Yahweh, how will I know that I will inherit it?"...He said to Abram, "Know for sure that your seed will live as foreigners in a land that is not theirs, and will serve them. They will afflict them four hundred years. I will also judge that nation, whom they will serve. Afterward they will come out with great wealth, but you will go to your fathers in peace. You will be buried in a good old age.
主耶稣！耶和华神预先告诉亚伯兰, 关于将来会发生的事, 预备亚伯兰和后裔的心。神的事总是说在前头, 我想起一节经文, 当我们不知道向左向右时, 后面有声音说, 这是正路。主啊！我要学习操练, 养成记念神说过的话的好习惯。

He believed in Yahweh; and he reckoned it to him for righteousness.
主耶稣！亚伯兰信耶和华, 耶和华就以此为他的义。主啊！我们承认是个罪人, 接受祢救赎的恩典。我们信祢是基督, 永生神的儿子, 道成肉身, 为我们的罪, 代替我们的刑罚, 被钉死在十字架上, 第三天从死里复活。经上说：我们因信, 被神称为义。感谢主, 因信称义的恩典。

亚伯兰又说、你没有给我儿子、那生在我家中的人、就是我的后嗣。耶和华又有话对他说、这人必不成为你的后嗣、你本身所生的、才成为你的后嗣。于是领他走到外边、说、你向天观看、数算众星、能数得过来么．又对他说、你的后裔将要如此。
Abram said, "Behold, to me you have given no seed: and, behold, one born in my house is my heir." Behold, the word of Yahweh came to him, saying, "This man will not be your heir, but he who will come out of your own body will be your heir." Yahweh brought him outside, and said, "Look now toward the sky, and count the stars, if you are able to count them." He said to Abram, "So shall your seed be."
主耶稣！我看到亚伯兰相信神, 但, 信念有待提高。耶和华又有对他说话, 增强他的信心。主啊！我承认, 我的信念中, 存在着许多非神信念的思维, 我需要更多与圣灵沟通, 除去不与神对接的观念。求圣灵帮助我在信心上长进。

创15:1 这事以后、耶和华在异象中有话对亚伯兰说、亚伯兰你不要惧怕、我是你的盾牌、必大大的赏赐你。
After these things the word of Yahweh came to Abram in a vision, saying, "Don't be afraid, Abram. I am your shield, your exceedingly great reward."
主耶稣！这里说, 这事以后, 耶和华在异象中有话对亚伯兰说。我的领悟, 在凡事上, 我们的所作所为, 都在神的面前显露, 凡所行的蒙神喜悦, 必得神的赏赐。主啊！求神赐给我属天的智慧能力, 天天排除心里不平不满的怨气, 清除心中追究追讨追算的污渍, 使我成为一个清心的人。

所多玛王对亚伯兰说、你把人口给我、财物你自己拿去吧。亚伯兰对所多玛王说、我已经向天地的主、至高的神耶和华起誓．凡是你的东西、就是一根线、一根鞋带、我都不拿、免得你说、我使亚伯兰富足．
The king of Sodom said to Abram, "Give me the people, and take the goods to yourself." Abram said to the king of Sodom, "I have lifted up my hand to Yahweh, God Most High, possessor of heaven and earth, that I will not take a thread nor a sandal strap nor anything that is yours, lest you should say, 'I have made Abram rich.'
主耶稣！我看到亚伯兰的清心, 清楚知道什么不该拿。主啊！这是我的祷告, 在服事和助人时, 有给于我的, 会想到神在当中, 有不该拿的, 有智慧的回应。免的神的名受到藐视。

创13:8-9
亚伯兰就对罗得说、你我不可相争、你的牧人和我的牧人也不可相争、因为我们是骨肉。遍地不都在你眼前么．请你离开我、你向左、我就向右、你向右、我就向左。
Abram said to Lot, "Please, let there be no strife between me and you, and between my herdsmen and your herdsmen; for we are relatives. Isn't the whole land before you? Please separate yourself from me. If you go to the left hand, then I will go to the right. Or if you go to the right hand, then I will go to the left."
主耶稣！我看到亚伯兰先决定不要相争, 然后, 把选择权让给罗得。主啊！我要学习有争议的时候, 先决定与神对齐, 把主权交给神, 相信神会掌权, 作法与神对接, 把选项权让给对方。相信神必然会眷顾, 无论对方作何选择, 神会保护我。

创13:5-7
与亚伯兰同行的罗得、也有牛群、羊群、帐棚。那地容不下他们、因为他们的财物甚多、使他们不能同居。当时迦南人、与比利洗人、在那地居住．亚伯兰的牧人、和罗得的牧人相争。
Lot also, who went with Abram, had flocks, and herds, and tents. The land was not able to bear them, that they might live together: for their substance was great, so that they could not live together. There was a strife between the herdsmen of Abram's livestock and the herdsmen of Lot's livestock: and the Canaanite and the Perizzite lived in the land at that time.
主耶稣！我看到上帝祝福亚伯拉罕和罗得, 结果带来分散。今天, 类似的情景, 仍然在发生, 夫妻建立家庭, 朋友合伙创业, 信徒建立教会, 蒙神的祝福, 却是私己, 只顾自己, 缺乏感恩, 结果是离婚, 分道扬镳。主啊！求主施恩于我, 能时时刻刻记得要感恩, 要祝福他人, 越多成为他人的祝福, 不贪恋人的房屋, 并他一切所有的。

创13:1-4
亚伯兰带着他的妻子与罗得、并一切所有的、都从埃及上南地去。亚伯兰的金、银、牲畜极多。他从南地渐渐往伯特利去、到了伯特利和艾的中间、就是从前支搭帐棚的地方、也是他起先筑坛的地方．他又在那里求告耶和华的名。
Abram went up out of Egypt: he, his wife, all that he had, and Lot with him, into the South. Abram was very rich in livestock, in silver, and in gold. He went on his journeys from the South even to Bethel, to the place where his tent had been at the beginning, between Bethel and Ai, to the place of the altar, which he had made there at the first. There Abram called on the name of Yahweh.
主耶稣！我看到神在物质上大大祝福亚伯兰, 经上说, 看哪, 天和天上的天, 地和地上所有的、都属耶和华你的神。主啊！是的, 祢是宇宙万物的主宰, 祢在物质上大大祝福了我, 求主教导我, 作忠心良善, 爱心, 智慧充足的好管家。

耶和华因亚伯兰妻子撒莱的缘故、降大灾与法老和他的全家。法老就召了亚伯兰来、说、你这向我作的是甚么事呢、为甚么没有告诉我他是你的妻子．为甚么说、他是你的妹子、以致我把他取来要作我的妻子．现在你的妻子在这里、可以带他走吧。于是法老吩咐人将亚伯兰和他妻子、并他所有的都送走了。
Yahweh plagued Pharaoh and his house with great plagues because of Sarai, Abram's wife. Pharaoh called Abram and said, "What is this that you have done to me? Why didn't you tell me that she was your wife? Why did you say, 'She is my sister,' so that I took her to be my wife? Now therefore, see your wife, take her, and go your way." Pharaoh commanded men concerning him, and they brought him on the way with his wife and all that he had.
主耶稣！我看到神眷顾撒莱, 降大灾与法老和他的全家。我的领悟, 神会特别眷顾比丈夫软弱的妻子。主啊！求神向撒莱所施的恩惠, 临到每个被丈夫欺负的妻子, 拯救他们脱离凶恶。祝福作丈夫归正的恩典, 良心受到责备, 灵苏醒, 悔改。

Why didn't you tell me that she was your wife? Why did you say, 'She is my sister,' so that I took her to be my wife? Now therefore, see your wife, take her, and go your way." Pharaoh commanded men concerning him, and they brought him on the way with his wife and all that he had.
主耶稣！我看到神眷顾撒莱, 降大灾与法老和他的全家。我的领悟, 神会特别眷顾比丈夫软弱的妻子。主啊！求神向撒莱所施的恩惠, 临到每个被丈夫欺负的妻子, 拯救他们脱离凶恶。祝福作丈夫归正的恩典, 良心受到责备, 灵苏醒, 悔改。

将近埃及就对他妻子撒莱说、我知道你是容貌俊美的妇人．埃及人看见你必说、这是他的妻子、他们就要杀我、却叫你存活。求你说、你是我的妹子、使我因你得平安、我的命也因你存活。
It happened, when he had come near to enter Egypt, that he said to Sarai his wife, "See now, I know that you are a beautiful woman to look at. It will happen, when the Egyptians will see you, that they will say, 'This is his wife.' They will kill me, but they will save you alive. Please say that you are my sister, that it may be well with me for your sake, and that my soul may live because of you."
主耶稣！我看到亚伯兰私己, 贪生怕死软弱的一面。我们也是有损人利己的恩维, 贪生怕死软弱的一面。主啊！我要坚信, 我的生命是在神手中, 求圣灵充满我, 有力量脱离贪生怕死, 损人利己的思维, 尤其是家人, 更加要爱护他们。

创12:9-10
后来亚伯兰又渐渐迁往南地去。那地遭遇饥荒、因饥荒甚大、亚伯兰就下埃及去、要在那里暂居。
Abram traveled, going on still toward the South. There was a famine in the land. Abram went down into Egypt to live as a foreigner there, for the famine was severe in the land.
主耶稣！我的领悟, 虽然, 亚伯兰蒙神的眷顾, 同样会面对大环境不好的考验。我们的不顺服, 偏行己路, 结果, 面对考验。主啊！我们没有认错, 还向神抱怨, 求主赦免。

创12:6-8
亚伯兰经过那地、到了示剑地方摩利橡树那里．那时迦南人住在那地。耶和华向亚伯兰显现、说、我要把这地赐给你的后裔．亚伯兰就在那里为向他显现的耶和华筑了一座坛。从那里他又迁到伯特利东边的山、支搭帐棚．西边是伯特利、东边是艾．他在那里又为耶和华筑了一座坛、求告耶和华的名。
Abram passed through the land to the place of Shechem, to the oak of Moreh. The Canaanite was then in the land. Yahweh appeared to Abram and said, "I will give this land to your seed." He built an altar there to Yahweh, who appeared to him. He left from there to the mountain on the east of Bethel, and pitched his tent, having Bethel on the west, and Ai on the east. There he built an altar to Yahweh and called on the name of Yahweh.
主耶稣！我感到好奇, 耶和华向亚伯兰显现, 说：我要把这地赐给你的后裔, 为何亚伯兰又要迁移。我回忆, 我何尝不是也像亚伯兰一样, 圣灵明明启示, 我所在之处, 神要赐福予我, 我却没有完全顺服, 改换工作, 搬迁居所。主啊！我要学习求告耶和华的名, 更要多多学习完全顺服。

创12:1-3
耶和华对亚伯兰说、你要离开本地、本族、父家、往我所要指示你的地去。我必叫你成为大国．我必赐福给你、叫你的名为大、你也要叫别人得福．为你祝福的、我必赐福与他、那咒诅你的、我必咒诅他、地上的万族都要因你得福。
Now Yahweh said to Abram, "Get out of your country, and from your relatives, and from your father's house, to the land that I will show you.
I will make of you a great nation. I will bless you and make your name great. You will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse him who curses you. All of the families of the earth will be blessed in you."
主耶稣！我看到神不单单是要祝福亚伯拉罕, 也要透过亚伯拉罕, 去祝福万族。我的领悟, 神祝福的律, 领受神祝福的, 也要成为他人的祝福。主啊！求圣灵感动蒙神祝福的国家, 企业家, 专业人士, 富豪, 特别才能的, 都认识, 明白神的律, 起来关心弱势人群, 扶助, 关怀的国家, 特需者。

创11:6
耶和华说、看哪、他们成为一样的人民、都是一样的言语、如今既作起这事来、以后他们所要作的事、就没有不成就的了。我们下去、在那里变乱他们的口音、使他们的言语、彼此不通。
Yahweh said, "Behold, they are one people, and they have all one language, and this is what they begin to do. Now nothing will be withheld from them, which they intend to do. Come, let's go down, and there confuse their language, that they may not understand one another's speech."
主耶稣！是的, 我心存感恩, 我们言语是神的恩赐, 主啊！我晓得话语的能力, 可以造就一个人, 也可以毁了一个人。我要好好使用祢所赐的言语来荣耀神。

那时、天下人的口音言语、都是一样。他们往东边迁移的时候、在示拿地遇见一片平原、就住在那里。他们彼此商量说、来吧、我们要作砖、把砖烧透了。他们就拿砖当石头、又拿石漆当灰泥。他们说、来吧、我们要建造一座城、和一座塔、塔顶通天、为要传扬我们的名、免得我们分散在全地上。
The whole earth was of one language and of one speech. It happened, as they traveled east, that they found a plain in the land of Shinar, and they lived there. They said one to another, "Come, let's make bricks, and burn them thoroughly." They had brick for stone, and they used tar for mortar. They said, "Come, let's build ourselves a city, and a tower whose top reaches to the sky, and let's make ourselves a name, lest we be scattered abroad on the surface of the whole earth."
主耶稣！起初我看到, 他们的同心协力建造一座城, 和一座塔 , 认为这不是坏事。当我看到, 塔顶通天, 传扬我们的名, 原来他们心机是在高举自己, 荣耀自己。主啊！我要省察我作事的心机, 有不纯的地方, 有私心的欲望, 求圣灵光照, 及时悔改归正。

挪亚的儿子闪、含、雅弗的后代、记在下面．洪水以后、他们都生了儿子。雅弗的儿子是歌篾、玛各、玛代、雅完、土巴、米设、提拉、..含的儿子是古实、麦西、弗、迦南、.. 闪的儿子是以拦、亚述、亚法撒、路德、亚兰。这些都是挪亚三个儿子的宗族、各随他们的支派立国、洪水以后、他们在地上分为邦国。
Now this is the history of the generations of the sons of Noah and of Shem, Ham, and Japheth. Sons were born to them after the flood. The sons of Japheth: Gomer, Magog, Madai, Javan, Tubal, Meshech, and Tiras. The sons of Ham: Cush, Mizraim, Put, and Canaan...The sons of Shem: Elam, Asshur, Arpachshad, Lud, and Aram... These are the families of the sons of Noah, after their generations, in their nations. Of these were the nations divided in the earth after the flood.

挪亚醒了酒、知道小儿子向他所作的事、就说、迦南当受咒诅、必给他弟兄作奴仆的奴仆。又说、耶和华闪的神、是应当称颂的、愿迦南作闪的奴仆。愿神使雅弗扩张、使他住在闪的帐棚里．又愿迦南作他的奴仆。
Noah awoke from his wine, and knew what his youngest son had done to him. He said, "Canaan is cursed. He will be servant of servants to his brothers." He said, "Blessed be Yahweh, the God of Shem. Let Canaan be his servant. May God enlarge Japheth. Let him dwell in the tents of Shem. Let Canaan be his servant."
主耶稣！今早的经文, 我心里感到很难过, 为何父亲会说咒诅儿子的话。主啊！经上记着『凡挂在木头上都是被咒诅的。』祢在十字架既为我们受了咒诅, 就赎出我们脱离律法的咒诅。我们的先祖若是说了咒诅子孙的话, 我们借助祢的救恩, 就可以脱离所有的咒诅。哈利路亚！荣耀归神的羔羊。

神说、我与你们、并你们这里的各样活物所立的永约、是有记号的。我把虹放在云彩中、这就可作我与地立约的记号了。我使云彩盖地的时候、必有虹现在云彩中．..神对挪亚说、这就是我与地上一切有血肉之物立约的记号了。
God said, "This is the token of the covenant which I make between me and you and every living creature that is with you, for perpetual generations: I set my rainbow in the cloud, and it will be for a sign of a covenant between me and the earth. It will happen, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the rainbow will be seen in the cloud, God said to Noah, "This is the token of the covenant which I have established between me and all flesh that is on the earth."
主耶稣！我要感谢神以彩虹为与人, 和地上一切有血肉之物立约作记号。主啊！每当我看到彩虹, 我的心再次被提醒, 不可忘记耶和华神的慈爱, 神是守约施慈爱的神, 我要以敬畏神的心, 遵守神的道, 作个忠心守约的人, 报答神救赎的恩典。
