腓1:18-20

这有何妨呢．或是假意、或是真心、无论怎样、基督究竟被传开了．为此我就欢喜、并且还要欢喜。因为我知道这事借着你们的祈祷、和耶稣基督之灵的帮助、终必叫我得救．照着我所切慕所盼望的、没有一事叫我羞愧、只要凡事放胆．无论是生、是死、总叫基督在我身上照常显大。

What does it matter? Only that in every way, whether in pretense or in truth, Christ is proclaimed. I rejoice in this, yes, and will rejoice. For I know that this will turn out to my salvation, through your supplication and the supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ, according to my earnest expectation and hope, that I will in no way be disappointed, but with all boldness, as always, now also Christ will be magnified in my body, whether by life, or by death.

主耶稣！我看到使徒保罗在传福音上的专注, 不被他人的言行举止所影响。主啊！我要效法保罗, 专注所切慕所盼望的, 更多的专心在祈祷, 和更多倚靠耶稣基督之灵的帮助, 在凡事上放胆, 总叫基督在我身上照常显大。

腓1:15-17

有的传基督、是出于嫉妒分争．也有的是出于好意．这一等、是出于爱心、知道我是为辩明福音设立的．那一等传基督、是出于结党、并不诚实、意思要加增我捆锁的苦楚。

Some indeed preach Christ even out of envy and strife, and some also out of good will. The former insincerely preach Christ from selfish ambition, thinking that they add affliction to my chains; but the latter out of love, knowing that I am appointed for the defense of the Good News.

主耶稣！我在思考, 我去团契, 崇拜, 宣教, 读经, 祷告, 行善, 传基督, 有多少是为了配合人的邀约, 有多少是因为组织所赋予的身份, 多少是因为惯性, 又有多少是纯粹是出于爱神？主啊！我看到我所行的好事, 好行为, 有许多是为了满足自己的私欲, 得到人的称赞。我向神认罪, 求神赦免我的过犯。

腓1:12-14

弟兄们、我愿意你们知道、我所遭遇的事、更是叫福音兴旺．以致我受的捆锁、在御营全军、和其余的人中、已经显明是为基督的缘故。并且那在主里的弟兄、多半因我受的捆锁、就笃信不疑、越发放胆传神的道、无所惧怕。

Now I desire to have you know, brothers, that the things which happened to me have turned out rather to the progress of the Good News; so that it became evident to the whole palace guard, and to all the rest, that my bonds are in Christ; and that most of the brothers in the Lord, being confident through my bonds, are more abundantly bold to speak the word of God without fear.

主耶稣！我在向使徒保罗学习, 他是如何看, 所遭遇的事与福音的关系。主啊！求圣灵赐给我, 笃信不疑的信念。在凡事上, 无论是身处在顺境或是逆境中, 拥有敬畏神的智慧, 知识, 聪明。使我有能力渗透, 明白所遇见的事与兴旺福音的关系, 同时, 有能力去成就神的美旨。

腓1:9-11 

我所祷告的、就是要你们的爱心、在知识和各样见识上、多而又多．使你们能分别是非、〔或作喜爱那美好的事〕作诚实无过的人、直到基督的日子．并靠着耶稣基督结满了仁义的果子、叫荣耀称赞归与神。

This I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and all discernment; so that you may approve the things that are excellent; that you may be sincere and without offense to the day of Christ; being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.

主耶稣！我的领悟, 有了爱心还要加上知识, 有了知识还要加上各样的见识, 这样才能够正确把好事做好, 成为美事。主啊！祈求圣灵, 赐给父母在教育儿女时, 有爱心, 加上敬畏神的智慧, 有知识, 加上聪明, 全家靠着耶稣基督结满了仁义的果子, 叫神得荣耀。

我体会基督耶稣的心肠、切切的想念你们众人．这是神可以给我作见证的。

For God is my witness, how I long after all of you in the tender mercies of Christ Jesus.

主耶稣！使徒保罗, 说, 我体会基督耶稣的心肠。主啊！我深受感动, 求圣灵帮助我, 更多能够体会主的心肠, 主看见人的软弱, 人类败坏的感受。求圣灵在我内心里面动工, 有更多主的怜悯, 慈爱和恩典。

腓1:3-6

我每逢想念你们、就感谢我的神．每逢为你们众人祈求的时候、常是欢欢喜喜的祈求。因为从头一天直到如今、你们是同心合意的兴旺福音。我深信那在你们心里动了善工的、必成全这工、直到耶稣基督的日子．

I thank my God whenever I remember you, always in every request of mine on behalf of you all making my requests with joy, for your partnership in furtherance of the Good News from the first day until now; being confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.

主耶稣！我知道了, 同心合意的兴旺福音, 是神所喜悦的。主啊！兴旺福音, 成为我的异象, 我祈求圣灵的感动, 常在我心里, 叫我的心火热跟随主, 带着为主作见证的热忱, 热爱与人分享天父的爱。敏锐人内心深处的需要, 善于靠圣灵为人祝福祷告。好叫我的喜乐可以满足,。

弗6:17-20

并戴上救恩的头盔、拿着圣灵的宝剑、就是神的道．靠着圣灵、随时多方祷告祈求、并要在此儆醒不倦、为众圣徒祈求、也为我祈求、使我得着口才、能以放胆、开口讲明福音的奥秘、我为这福音的奥秘、作了带锁炼的使者, 并使我照着当尽的本分、放胆讲论。

And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; with all prayer and requests, praying at all times in the Spirit, and being watchful to this end in all perseverance and requests for all the saints: on my behalf, that utterance may be given to me in opening my mouth, to make known with boldness the mystery of the Good News, for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.

主耶稣！我想起, 经上说, 神怎样以圣灵和能力, 膏扶祢, 祢就周流四方行善事, 医好凡被魔鬼压制的人, 因为神与他同在。主啊！如今, 同样, 我有神的同在, 神以圣灵和能力, 膏扶我, 我有神的道, 圣灵的宝剑, 我要凭信心靠着圣灵, 勇敢开口为人祝福祈祷, 医好凡被魔鬼压制, 有身体, 心理, 和精神上等疾病的人。

弗6:14-15

所以要站稳了、用真理当作带子束腰、用公义当作护心镜遮胸．又用平安的福音、当作预备走路的鞋穿在脚上．此外又拿着信德当作藤牌、可以灭尽那恶者一切的火箭．

Stand therefore, having the utility belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having fitted your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace;

above all, taking up the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one.

主耶稣！我看到了, 我们的信心和德行, 可以灭尽那恶者一切的火箭。主啊！我要在信心和德行上更加专心, 殷勤建立好名声。叫任何针对我的流言, 谎言, 假信息, 谣言, 误告, 控告, 一切想要攻击, 破坏我名声的计谋, 都被消灭。

弗6:12-13 

因我们并不是与属血气的争战、乃是与那些执政的、掌权的、管辖这幽暗世界的、以及天空属灵气的恶魔争战。所以要拿起神所赐的全副军装、好在磨难的日子、抵挡仇敌、并且成就了一切、还能站立得住。

For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having done all, to stand.

主耶稣！原来我们是身处在战场上生活的人。感恩, 神已经为我们预备了全副军装。主啊！我的敌人是肉眼看不见的邪灵, 求圣灵光照我的心眼, 有属灵的眼睛, 看到邪灵的所在所为。也求圣灵教导我, 有智慧用神的话抵挡邪灵 。我要靠主站立, 奉主名, 拆毁恶魔的基地。

21/4/2024 抵挡魔鬼的诡计

弗6:10-11

我还有末了的话、你们要靠着主、倚赖他的大能大力、作刚强的人。要穿戴神所赐的全副军装、就能抵挡魔鬼的诡计。

Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

主耶稣！我的领悟, 抵挡魔鬼的诡计, 是义不容辞的事。我们什么时候胆怯, 就会让魔鬼的计谋得成。主啊！求圣灵将神的话, 充满在政治界, 商界, 教育界, 娱乐界基督徒的心里, 叫他们成为灵里刚强, 有正气, 勇气站立在黑暗权势面前, 抵挡魔鬼一切的诡计。

弗6:5-8

你们作仆人的、要惧怕战兢、用诚实的心听从你们肉身的主人、好象听从基督一般。不要只在眼前事奉、像是讨人喜欢的、要像基督的仆人、从心里遵行神的旨意．甘心事奉、好象服事主、不像服事人。因为晓得各人所行的善事、不论是为奴的、是自主的、都必按所行的得主的赏赐。

Servants, be obedient to those who according to the flesh are your masters, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as to Christ; not in the way of service only when eyes are on you, as men pleasers; but as servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart; with good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men; knowing that whatever good thing each one does, he will receive the same again from the Lord, whether he is bound or free.

主耶稣！神是灵, 我们要用心灵和诚实敬拜神。主啊！是的, 我们无论对人, 对神, 无论是职场上的工作和事奉神, 都要心存诚实, 甘心乐意, 都要从心里遵行神的旨意。因为, 我们的工作就是事奉。

你们作父亲的、不要惹儿女的气、只要照着主的教训和警戒、养育他们。

You fathers, don't provoke your children to wrath, but nurture them in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.

主耶稣！我想起, 经上说：子孙为老人的冠冕, 父亲是儿女的荣耀。主啊！我明白了, 父亲扮演着重要的角色, 父亲亲身体验主的教训和警戒, 父亲因荣耀神的名, 儿女必然以父亲为荣。

18/4/2024 在主里听从父母

弗6:1-2

你们作儿女的、要在主里听从父母、这是理所当然的。要孝敬父母、使你得福、在世长寿．这是第一条带应许的诫命。

Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. "Honor your father and mother," which is the first commandment with a promise: "that it may be well with you, and you may live long on the earth."

主耶稣！在主里听从父母, 这句话, 使我进入深思。父母不认识祢, 也没有上过圣经的教义课, 但是, 他们心里却是有着神的爱, 和符合圣经教义的教诲。主啊！我为自己过去藐视父母亲的教诲, 求神赦免我的无知, 和不义之处。

17/4/2024 二人成为一体

弗5:31-33

为这个缘故、人要离开父母、与妻子连合、二人成为一体。这是极大的奥秘、但我是指着基督和教会说的。然而你们各人都当爱妻子、如同爱自己一样．妻子也当敬重他的丈夫。

"For this cause a man will leave his father and mother, and will be joined to his wife. The two will become one flesh." This mystery is great, but I speak concerning Christ and of the assembly. Nevertheless each of you must also love his own wife even as himself; and let the wife see that she respects her husband.

主耶稣！丈夫当爱妻子, 妻子当敬重丈夫, 主啊！我晓得, 这是神的吩咐, 遵循神吩咐的, 他们的家必然蒙神祝福, 必然兴旺。我祈求主祝福作丈夫的, 有高的情感智慧爱妻子, 给于妻子所需要的安全感。祈求主祝福作妻子的, 有强的敏锐度敬重丈夫, 给于丈夫所需要的成就感。

16/4/2024 爱自己的身子

弗5:28-30

丈夫也当照样爱妻子、如同爱自己的身子．爱妻子、便是爱自己了。从来没有人恨恶自己的身子、总是保养顾惜、正像基督待教会一样．因我们是他身上的肢体。

Even so husbands also ought to love their own wives as their own bodies. He who loves his own wife loves himself. For no man ever hated his own flesh; but nourishes and cherishes it, even as the Lord also does the assembly; because we are members of his body, of his flesh and bones.

主耶稣！我想起格拉森被污鬼附着的人, 昼夜常在坟茔里和山中喊叫, 又用石头砍自己。主啊！我看到了, 自我隔离, 自残, 伤害自己身心灵的人, 这些都是邪灵的作为。求主祝福, 每对夫妻, 身心灵都健壮, 有属天的智慧, 爱自己, 爱家庭, 家人彼此相爱, 彼此扶持,  相顾, 在灵里成长。

弗5:22-25

你们作妻子的、当顺服自己的丈夫、如同顺服主．因为丈夫是妻子的头、如同基督是教会的头．他又是教会全体的救主。教会怎样顺服基督、妻子也要怎样凡事顺服丈夫。你们作丈夫的、要爱你们的妻子、正如基督爱教会、为教会舍己．

Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, and Christ also is the head of the assembly, being himself the savior of the body. But as the assembly is subject to Christ, so let the wives also be to their own husbands in everything. Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it.

主耶稣！我在圣经寻找, 祢爱教会的足迹。我看到的是祢爱世人, 为世人舍命, 原来, 教会指的是人。主啊！ 我明白了, 爱最高的境界, 是为所爱的人愿意付出一切, 包括了生命。求圣灵充满, 常运行在我身上, 能够效法神的爱, 以神的爱, 爱家人, 爱教会, 爱弟兄姐妹, 爱众人。

14/4/2024 不要作糊涂人

弗5:17-21

不要作糊涂人、要明白主的旨意如何。不要醉酒、酒能使人放荡、乃要被圣灵充满。当用诗章、颂词、灵歌、彼此对说、口唱心和的赞美主．凡事要奉我们主耶稣基督的名、常常感谢父神。又当存敬畏基督的心、彼此顺服。

Therefore don't be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is. Don't be drunken with wine, in which is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another in psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs; singing, and making melody in your heart to the Lord; giving thanks always concerning all things in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, to God, even the Father; subjecting yourselves one to another in the fear of Christ.

主耶稣！我的领悟, 基督徒一旦不明白主的旨意, 就会逐步退后成为糊涂人。凡是经上记着说, 不可行的, 我若是去行, 就是糊涂人。主啊！从现在开始, 任何时候, 我有糊涂人的思维时, 求圣灵感动我的良心, 决心脱离糊涂人的恶念。

13/4/2024 不要像愚昧人

弗5:13-16

凡事受了责备、就被光显明出来．因为一切能显明的、就是光。所以主说、你这睡着的人、当醒过来、从死里复活、基督就要光照你了。你们要谨慎行事、不要像愚昧人、当像智慧人．要爱惜光阴、因为现今的世代邪恶。

But all things, when they are reproved, are revealed by the light, for everything that reveals is light. Therefore he says, "Awake, you who sleep, and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you." Therefore watch carefully how you walk, not as unwise, but as wise; redeeming the time, because the days are evil.

主耶稣！这是我的祈求, 我不要像愚昧人。当我受到他人的责备时, 求圣灵提醒我, 要从神的角度去思考。主啊！塑造我, 成为一个智慧人, 不急着自我保护, 相信与我同在的圣灵会保护我, 引导我说话。也不害怕会失去神所托付给我的祝福。

弗5:9-12

光明所结的果子、就是一切良善、公义、诚实．总要察验何为主所喜悦的事。那暗昧无益的事、不要与人同行、倒要责备行这事的人．因为他们暗中所行的、就是提起来、也是可耻的。

For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth, proving what is well pleasing to the Lord. Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather even reprove them. For the things which are done by them in secret, it is a shame even to speak of.

主耶稣！我明白了, 我会被所看见的, 所听见, 所喜欢的所影响, 无形中成了我的价值观。主啊！求圣灵在凡事上都会光照我, 叫我总要察验所接触的人, 事, 物, 有受到好的, 不好的, 善的, 恶的, 都懂得取舍。

11/4/2024 不要与他们同伙同行

弗5:6-7,11

不要被人虚浮的话欺哄．因这些事、神的忿怒必临到那悖逆之子。所以你们不要与他们同伙。...那暗昧无益的事、不要与人同行、倒要责备行这事的人．

Let no one deceive you with empty words. For because of these things, the wrath of God comes on the children of disobedience. Therefore don't be partakers with them...Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather even reprove them.

主耶稣！我在追想, 有多少曾经大发热心的基督徒, 现在, 不冷又不热。我看见他们有一个共同点, 就是被他们所仰慕之人虚浮的话所欺哄。主啊！我向神祈求, 祝福被虚浮话语迷惑的基督徒, 除去蒙蔽他们的笼罩, 赐福给他们, 灵魂苏醒的恩典, 打开他们心中的眼睛, 看透恶人的计谋, 赐福给他们, 有心力, 勇敢摆脱与恶人的一切关系。

10/4/2024 贪心

弗5:3-5

至于淫乱、并一切污秽、或是贪婪、在你们中间连提都不可、方合圣徒的体统。淫词、妄语、和戏笑的话、都不相宜、总要说感谢的话。因为你们确实的知道、无论是淫乱的、是污秽的、是有贪心的、在基督和神的国里、都是无分的．有贪心的、就与拜偶像的一样。

But sexual immorality, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not even be mentioned among you, as becomes saints; nor filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not appropriate; but rather giving of thanks. Know this for sure, that no sexually immoral person, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, has any inheritance in the Kingdom of Christ and God.

主耶稣！感谢祢的话, 感谢圣灵的光照, 让我从神的角度看贪心, 原来贪心是与拜偶像一样。主啊！求圣灵教导我, 晓得贪心的外在体现, 使我认识自己的内心, 一旦心里面有贪心的动机, 贪名利, 贪权益, 贪财, 贪小便宜, 贪吃, 求圣灵及时责备。

弗5:1-2

所以你们该效法神、好象蒙慈爱的儿女一样．也要凭爱心行事、正如基督爱我们、为我们舍了自己、当作馨香的供物、和祭物、献与神。

Be therefore imitators of God, as beloved children. Walk in love, even as Christ also loved you, and gave himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling fragrance.

主耶稣！我想起使徒保罗教导门徒来效法他, 正如他效法基督一样。主祢道成肉身, 取了人的样式, 在凡事上都是为神的荣耀而行。我们看见祢, 就如看见父一样, 效法祢, 就是在效法神。主啊！我也要学习, 在凡事上都要为神的荣耀而行。我真希望人看见我, 就如同看见祢一样。

弗4:30-32

不要叫神的圣灵担忧．你们原是受了他的印记、等候得赎的日子来到。一切苦毒、恼恨、忿怒、嚷闹、毁谤、并一切的恶毒、都当从你们中间除掉．并要以恩慈相待、存怜悯的心、彼此饶恕、正如　神在基督里饶恕了你们一样。

Don't grieve the Holy Spirit of God, in whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you.

主耶稣！我内心深处有种不安的感觉, 想到我内心仍有不饶恕人。主啊！我承认, 心里有隐藏的恼恨, 忿怒, 苦毒。我叫圣灵担忧, 求神赦免我的罪。我什么时候叫圣灵担忧, 什么时候有不饶恕, 求圣灵责备我的良心。

7/4/2024 随事说造就人的好话

弗4:29-30

污秽的言语、一句不可出口、只要随事说造就人的好话、叫听见的人得益处。不要叫神的圣灵担忧．你们原是受了他的印记、等候得赎的日子来到。

Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear. Don't grieve the Holy Spirit of God, in whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.

主耶稣！我想起, 经上说, 一句话说得合宜, 就如金苹果在银网子里。主啊！我晓得生死的权势, 在舌头下。求圣灵随时随地引导我, 晓得如何快快的听, 慢慢的说, 教导我, 随事有智慧, 说合宜的话。叫听者被鼓励, 得智慧, 被造就。

6/4/2024 不可给魔鬼留地步

弗4:25-27

所以你们要弃绝谎言、各人与邻舍说实话．因为我们是互相为肢体。生气却不要犯罪．不可含怒到日落．也不可给魔鬼留地步。

Therefore putting away falsehood, speak truth each one with his neighbor. For we are members of one another.

"Be angry, and don't sin." Don't let the sun go down on your wrath, neither give place to the devil.

主耶稣！谢谢祢的话, 不可给魔鬼留地步。主啊！我承认, 过去因为缺乏安全感, 希望能够得到有效力的保障, 结果, 求助灵媒的帮助, 求主赦免。我奉主耶稣基督的名, 废除过去我与魔鬼所承诺的约。求圣灵相助, 提升我的情感智慧, 懂得善于管理好情绪, 不给魔鬼有机会取胜。

弗4:21-24

如果你们听过他的道、领了他的教、学了他的真理、就要脱去你们从前行为上的旧人．这旧人是因私欲的迷惑、渐渐变坏的．又要将你们的心志改换一新．并且穿上新人．这新人是照着神的形像造的、有真理的仁义、和圣洁。

if indeed you heard him, and were taught in him, even as truth is in Jesus: that you put away, as concerning your former way of life, the old man, that grows corrupt after the lusts of deceit; and that you be renewed in the spirit of your mind, and put on the new man, who in the likeness of God has been created in righteousness and holiness of truth.

主耶稣！我想起, 经上有一处说, 神把使徒明明列在末后, 好象定死罪的囚犯。因为我们成了一台戏, 给世人和天使观看。主啊！人生如戏, 现在的我, 穿上了基督, 是新造的人, 已经脱下旧人的衣装, 要做个新人, 看懂天旨, 善解人意。

4/4/2024 不要再像外邦人

弗4:17-19 

所以我说、且在主里确实的说、你们行事、不要再像外邦人存虚妄的心行事．他们心地昏昧、与　神所赐的生命隔绝了、都因自己无知、心里刚硬．良心既然丧尽、就放纵私欲、贪行种种的污秽。

This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord's, that you no longer walk as the rest of the Gentiles also walk, in the futility of their mind, being darkened in their understanding, alienated from the life of God, because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the hardening of their hearts; who having become callous gave themselves up to lust, to work all uncleanness with greediness.

主耶稣！我想起以赛亚先知, 说他是嘴唇不洁的人, 又住在嘴唇不洁的人中。我祈求圣灵引导我, 不要再像外邦人, 昧着良心, 心里刚硬, 明知道神, 不将荣耀归给神, 也不敬畏神。主啊！我要在接下来的人生, 在生活作息, 时时刻刻学习依靠圣灵, 敬畏神, 心里柔和, 谦卑, 荣耀天父。

3/4/2024 长大成人

弗4:11-13

他所赐的有使徒、有先知．有传福音的．有牧师和教师．为要成全圣徒、各尽其职、建立基督的身体．直等到我们众人在真道上同归于一、认识神的儿子、得以长大成人、满有基督长成的身量．

He gave some to be apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, shepherds and teachers; for the perfecting of the saints, to the work of serving, to the building up of the body of Christ; until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a full grown man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.

主耶稣！我看懂了, 我若是要长大成人, 要有基督长成的身量, 我生命成长过程,  需要有使徒, 先知, 传福音, 牧师, 和教师的栽培。主啊！求圣灵感动我的良知, 有谦卑受教的心, 肯努力向不同恩赐的老师学习。主！我愿意使用我拥有的才能, 去成全他人。

2/4/2024 升上高天的时候

弗4:7-10

我们各人蒙恩、都是照基督所量给各人的恩赐。所以经上说、『他升上高天的时候、掳掠了仇敌、将各样的恩赐赏给人。』既说升上、岂不是先降在地下么．那降下的、就是远升诸天之上要充满万有的。

But to each one of us was the grace given according to the measure of the gift of Christ. Therefore he says, "When he ascended on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts to men." Now this, "He ascended," what is it but that he also first descended into the lower parts of the earth?He who descended is the one who also ascended far above all the heavens, that he might fill all things.

主耶稣！祢从死里复活, 战胜权死权的, 祢升天, 掳掠了仇敌, 并将各样的恩赐赏给人。主啊！我不再被恶者愚弄, 不再听从坏人的话, 说我没有恩赐, 没用, 没前途。我相信祢升天的那时刻, 将所属于我的恩赐, 从恶者手中夺回, 从新归回到我身上。
