你们从前在过犯、和未受割礼的肉体中死了、神赦免了你们一切过犯、便叫你们与基督一同活过来．又涂抹了在律例上所写、攻击我们有碍于我们的字据、把他撤去、钉在十字架上．既将一切执政的掌权的掳来、明显给众人看、就仗着十字架夸胜。

You were dead through your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh. He made you alive together with him, having forgiven us all our trespasses, wiping out the handwriting in ordinances which was against us; and he has taken it out of the way, nailing it to the cross; having stripped the principalities and the powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it.

主耶稣！我心里的喜悦, 非笔墨可以形容。因, 神赦免了我们一切过犯, 又叫我与基督一同活过来, 又涂抹了在律例上所写, 攻击我有碍于我们的字据。主啊！我自由了, 不再被定罪了, 已经脱离了死亡的律。

For in him all the fullness of the Godhead dwells bodily, and in him you are made full, who is the head of all principality and power; in whom you were also circumcised with a circumcision not made with hands, in the putting off of the body of the sins of the flesh, in the circumcision of Christ; having been buried with him in baptism, in which you were also raised with him through faith in the working of God, who raised him from the dead.

主耶稣！我在默想, 那一天, 祢已经冰冷, 没有生活气息的身体, 神的能力临到的那一刻, 是何等奇妙的感觉。主啊！我信那叫祢从死里复活神的功用, 已经存入我们的生命中, 我要时刻提醒我自己, 要让死里复活神的功用在我身上彰显, 活出荣美, 荣耀神的丰盛, 精彩人生。

主耶稣！我看到一个信徒在祢里面生根建造的作业流程：接受祢是主基督耶稣, 领受, 遵行祢的的教训, 信心就被坚固, 感谢的心也会自然增长。主啊！我什么时候, 不懂得感恩, 缺乏感谢的心, 我求圣灵感动我的良知, 叫我及时悔改归正。

我愿意你们晓得我为你们和老底嘉人、并一切没有与我亲自见面的人、是何等的尽心竭力．要叫他们的心得安慰、因爱心互相联络、以致丰丰足足在悟性中有充足的信心、使他们真知神的奥秘、就是基督．所积蓄的一切智慧知识、都在他里面藏着。

For I desire to have you know how greatly I struggle for you, and for those at Laodicea, and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh; that their hearts may be comforted, they being knit together in love, and gaining all riches of the full assurance of understanding, that they may know the mystery of God, both of the Father and of Christ, in whom are all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge hidden.

主耶稣！因爱心互相联络, 以致丰丰足足在悟性中有充足的信心。主啊！这节经文使我不断的思考, 求圣灵光照我的悟性, 求神赐属灵的智慧悟性, 叫我可以发现我悟性中, 缺少爱所带来的不信的思维。

现在我为你们受苦、倒觉欢乐、并且为基督的身体、就是为教会、要在我肉身上补满基督患难的缺欠。我照神为你们所赐我的职分、作了教会的执事、要把神的道理传得全备．...我也为此劳苦、照着他在我里面运用的大能、尽心竭力。

Now I rejoice in my sufferings for your sake, and fill up on my part that which is lacking of the afflictions of Christ in my flesh for his body's sake, which is the assembly; of which I was made a servant, according to the stewardship of God which was given me toward you, to fulfill the word of God,..for which I also labor, striving according to his working, which works in me mightily.

主耶稣！使徒保罗一心一意, 要看到主的教会有神的荣耀, 心就满足, 一切的辛劳, 都是值得的。我自问, 我有多渴慕, 要看见神的荣耀在教会中彰显？主啊！我为此, 我愿意尽心竭力, 付出一切代价, 求主使用我, 成为教会荣耀神的器皿。

你们从前与神隔绝、因着恶行、心里与他为敌．但如今他借着基督的肉身受死、叫你们与自己和好、都成了圣洁、没有瑕疵、无可责备、把你们引到自己面前。只要你们在所信的道上恒心、根基稳固、坚定不移、不至被引动失去福音的盼望．这福音就是你们所听过的、也是传与普天下万人听的．我保罗也作了这福音的执事。

You, being in past times alienated and enemies in your mind in your evil works, yet now he has reconciled in the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and without blemish and blameless before him, if it is so that you continue in the faith, grounded and steadfast, and not moved away from the hope of the Good News which you heard, which is being proclaimed in all creation under heaven; of which I, Paul, was made a servant.

因为父喜欢叫一切的丰盛、在他里面居住。既然借着他在十字架上所流的血、成就了和平、便借着他叫万有、无论是地上的、天上的、都与自己和好了。

For all the fullness was pleased to dwell in him; and through him to reconcile all things to himself, by him, whether things on the earth, or things in the heavens, having made peace through the blood of his cross.

主耶稣！天父喜欢叫一切的丰盛在祢里面居住。主啊！我明白了, 我只需要紧紧地抓住祢所喜悦的, 公义, 怜悯, 正直, 和平, 清洁, 谦让, 这是天父所爱的。我也要喜爱敬拜, 因为, 这也是神所喜悦的。求圣灵加添更多关于神所喜悦的知识, 叫我可以活出主所应许的丰盛生命。

因为万有都是靠他造的、无论是天上的、地上的、能看见的、不能看见的、或是有位的、主治的、执政的、掌权的、一概都是借着他造的、又是为他造的．他在万有之先．万有也靠他而立。

For by him all things were created, in the heavens and on the earth, things visible and things invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers; all things have been created through him, and for him. He is before all things, and in him all things are held together.

主耶稣！我领悟到, 万有都是祢所造的, 靠祢而立。在祢所造的一切, 唯有人, 在祢心中看为最珍贵的。父母生我, 我是祢所造的, 我在祢心中有独特的位份, 是天父眼中的瞳人。我深信, 神造万物都是好的, 危害人类的被造之物, 都是人类破坏自然界所带来的变革。主啊！求神赦免我们人类破坏大自然的过犯, 求圣灵感动更多爱护大自然的政治领袖。

照他荣耀的权能、得以在各样的力上加力、好叫你们凡事欢欢喜喜的忍耐宽容．又感谢父、叫我们能与众圣徒在光明中同得基业．他救了我们脱离黑暗的权势、把我们迁到他爱子的国里．

strengthened with all power, according to the might of his glory, for all endurance and perseverance with joy; giving thanks to the Father, who made us fit to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light; who delivered us out of the power of darkness, and translated us into the Kingdom of the Son of his love;

主耶稣！我的领悟是, 照神荣耀的权能, 我们心中就可以获得更多的力量。主啊！我祈求圣灵来光照我, 能够更认识神的荣耀, 在更多的事上敬畏神, 更多述说神奇妙的作为, 也要在更多的事上心存感恩, 数算神的恩典。

主耶稣！我看见, 若是要在行事为人对得起主, 他必须有属灵智慧的悟性。 主啊！我把所要的告诉神, 求神赐给我更多属灵智慧的悟性, 好叫我能够在凡事上, 叫神得荣耀, 叫人得益处。叫神的荣美在我身上显露, 叫家人因我而蒙福。

我并不求甚么馈送、所求的就是你们的果子渐渐增多、归在你们的帐上。但我样样都有、并且有余．我已经充足、因我从以巴弗提受了你们的馈送、当作极美的香气、为神所收纳所喜悦的祭物。我的神必照他荣耀的丰富、在基督耶稣里、使你们一切所需用的都充足。

Not that I seek for the gift, but I seek for the fruit that increases to your account. But I have all things, and abound. I am filled, having received from Epaphroditus the things that came from you, a sweet-smelling fragrance, an acceptable and well-pleasing sacrifice to God. My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.

主耶稣！使徒保罗看弟兄姐妹的馈送, 是献给神, 是神所收纳所喜悦的祭物。主啊！我要以同样的观点捐献, 我的捐献要在荣耀神的仆人身上, 和荣耀神的事上, 这才是神所收纳所喜悦的祭物。

我并不是因缺乏说这话、我无论在甚么景况、都可以知足、这是我已经学会了．我知道怎样处卑贱、也知道怎样处丰富、或饱足、或饥饿、或有余、或缺乏、随事随在、我都得了秘诀。我靠着那加给我力量的、凡事都能作。

Not that I speak in respect to lack, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it. I know how to be humbled, and I know also how to abound. In everything and in all things I have learned the secret both to be filled and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in need. I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.

主耶稣！使徒保罗说, 我已经学会了。我的领悟, 懂得信靠主, 懂得知足, 都是需要去学习才能得到的。主啊！原来, 我过去的经历, 都是在让我学习如何信靠, 学习感恩, 学习懂得知足。我明白了, 这是秘诀, 我可以不断的在凡事上学习靠着那加给我力量的主, 这样, 我能靠主的力量去完成, 在凡事上谢恩, 和在生活中懂得知足。

弟兄们、我还有未尽的话．凡是真实的、可敬的、公义的、清洁的、可爱的、有美名的．若有甚么德行、若有甚么称赞、这些事你们都要思念。你们在我身上所学习的、所领受的、所听见的、所看见的、这些事你们都要去行．赐平安的神、就必与你们同在。

Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things. The things which you learned, received, heard, and saw in me: do these things, and the God of peace will be with you.

主耶稣！我过去误解了, 信主, 重生得救后, 就以为, 神自然的会常与我们同在。主啊！以上经文, 让我看见, 我们若行神所不喜悦的, 常思念不是神要的, 久而久之, 我们就会远离神。主圣灵, 求祢常感动我的良心, 任何时候, 有不讨神喜悦的思想, 动机, 求祢责备我的心。

应当一无挂虑、只要凡事借着祷告、祈求、和感谢、将你们所要的告诉神。神所赐出人意外的平安、必在基督耶稣里、保守你们的心怀意念。

In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.

主耶稣！我反复思考, 我过去的祷告, 祈求, 和感谢的内容, 似乎是围绕着人, 事与物, 而且是重复又重复。主啊！接下来的祷告, 我要将所要看到, 更多荣耀神的事, 美事, 好事, 都告诉神。此外, 我最渴望看到的是, 神所赐出人意外的平安充满我和家人。

主耶稣！叫众人知道我们谦让的心, 短短的一节经文, 深深的触动了我的心。主啊！谦让的心, 这是何等的宝贝, 我们却是随意的给忽略了, 我们总是想要赢, 总是争着要面子, 总是快速自我保护。求主赦免我们的无知, 短见。 有缺乏谦让的心的时候, 求圣灵责备我的良心。

腓3:17-19

弟兄们、你们要一同效法我、也当留意看那些照我们榜样行的人。因为有许多人行事、是基督十字架的仇敌．我屡次告诉你们、现在又流泪的告诉你们。他们的结局就是沉沦、他们的神就是自己的肚腹、他们以自己的羞辱为荣耀、专以地上的事为念。

Brothers, be imitators together of me, and note those who walk this way, even as you have us for an example. For many walk, of whom I told you often, and now tell you even weeping, as the enemies of the cross of Christ, whose end is destruction, whose god is the belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who think about earthly things.

主耶稣! 当我读到, 有许多人行事是基督十字架的仇敌时, 心里感到一个震动, 我的行事为人, 是否也有, 成了基督十字架的仇敌。主啊！我不再作糊里糊涂的基督徒, 我要在凡事上谨慎, 求圣灵光照我, 凡事有不荣耀神的, 禁止不做。

腓3:12-14

这不是说、我已经得着了、已经完全了．我乃是竭力追求、或者可以得着基督耶稣所要我得的。弟兄们、我不是以为自己已经得着了．我只有一件事、就是忘记背后努力面前的、向着标竿直跑、要得神在基督耶稣里从上面召我来得的奖赏。

Not that I have already obtained, or am already made perfect; but I press on, if it is so that I may take hold of that for which also I was taken hold of by Christ Jesus.

Brothers, I don't regard myself as yet having taken hold, but one thing I do. Forgetting the things which are behind, and stretching forward to the things which are before, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

主耶稣！得神在基督耶稣里从上面召我来得的奖赏, 这是使徒保罗所追求的。主啊！我要得的不是眼所见的奖赏, 我要得的是天父的赞许, 说, 忠心良善的仆人, 可以与我一同坐席。

只是我先前以为与我有益的、我现在因基督都当作有损的。不但如此、我也将万事当作有损的、因我以认识我主基督耶稣为至宝。我为他已经丢弃万事、看作粪土、为要得着基督．

However, what things were gain to me, these have I counted loss for Christ. Yes most certainly, and I count all things to be loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus, my Lord, for whom I suffered the loss of all things, and count them nothing but refuse, that I may gain Christ.

主耶稣！使徒保罗说, 为要得着基督, 我在思考, 什么情况下, 会失去基督呢？我想起门徒彼得三次否认祢, 犹大出卖了祢。主啊！我要每天早上宣告, 一生一世要跟随祢, 时时刻刻遵行祢的教诲, 敬畏神。在凡事上都要认定祢是我的主, 我的神。

然而我想必须打发以巴弗提到你们那里去．他是我的兄弟、与我一同作工、一同当兵、是你们所差遣的、也是供给我需用的。他很想念你们众人、并且极其难过、因为你们听见他病了．他实在是病了、几乎要死．然而　神怜恤他、不但怜恤他、也怜恤我、免得我忧上加忧。...故此你们要在主里欢欢乐乐的接待他．而且要尊重这样的人．因他为作基督的工夫、几乎至死、不顾性命、要补足你们供给我的不及之处。

But I counted it necessary to send to you Epaphroditus, my brother, fellow worker, fellow soldier, and your apostle and servant of my need; since he longed for you all, and was very troubled, because you had heard that he was sick. For indeed he was sick, nearly to death, but God had mercy on him; and not on him only, but on me also, that I might not have sorrow on sorrow. ..

我靠主耶稣指望快打发提摩太去见你们、叫我知道你们的事、心里就得着安慰。因为我没有别人与我同心、实在挂念你们的事。别人都求自己的事、并不求耶稣基督的事。

But I hope in the Lord Jesus to send Timothy to you soon, that I also may be cheered up when I know how you are doing. For I have no one else like-minded, who will truly care about you. For they all seek their own, not the things of Jesus Christ.

主耶稣！我看见, 这里所提的关于三件事, 你们的事, 自己的事, 耶稣基督的事。主啊！许多时候, 我们的祈求祷告, 都是围绕着只关系到人的需要与物质的事, 祈求圣灵帮助我, 更多的祷告, 是关于耶稣基督与人的事。

因为你们立志行事、都是神在你们心里运行、为要成就他的美意。凡所行的、都不要发怨言、起争论、使你们无可指摘、诚实无伪、在这弯曲悖谬的世代、作　神无瑕疵的儿女．你们显在这世代中、好象明光照耀、将生命的道表明出来、叫我在基督的日子、好夸我没有空跑、也没有徒劳。

For it is God who works in you both to will and to work, for his good pleasure. Do all things without murmurings and disputes, that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without blemish in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you are seen as lights in the world, holding up the word of life; that I may have something to boast in the day of Christ, that I didn't run in vain nor labor in vain.

主耶稣！将生命的道表明出来。主啊！我听见了, 这世代越来越黑暗, 祢是真光, 我们因信靠祢是基督, 就近真光, 我们立志要在光明中行, 将生命的道表明出来, 叫真光可以从我们身上反照, 叫在黑暗中生活的人, 可以遇见真光。

所以神将他升为至高、又赐给他那超乎万名之上的名、叫一切在天上的、地上的、和地底下的、因耶稣的名、无不屈膝、无不口称耶稣基督为主、使荣耀归与父神。

Therefore God also highly exalted him, and gave to him the name which is above every name; that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

主耶稣！是的, 在灵界里的, 都认识祢的名。使徒保罗说, 他活着就是基督, 因为, 祢的名在保罗的身上, 灵界里的也都认识保罗。主啊！祢的名也在我的身上, 我要效仿保罗, 懂得在祢名下生活作息, 叫神得荣耀, 叫灵界里的黑暗权势无法伤害我。

你们当以基督耶稣的心为心。他本有神的形像、不以自己与神同等为强夺的．反倒虚己、取了奴仆的形像、成为人的样式．

Have this in your mind, which was also in Christ Jesus, who, existing in the form of God, didn't consider equality with God a thing to be grasped, but emptied himself, taking the form of a servant, being made in the likeness of men.

主耶稣！祢道成肉身, 不是以王者, 而是以平民身份。我们常以为必须要有权威, 要有权势地位, 才能够有实际的影响力。主啊！我们错了。唯有在基督里, 以谦卑的心, 活出基督仁爱的生命, 才是真实力, 影响力。

腓2:1-4

所以在基督里若有甚么劝勉、爱心有甚么安慰、圣灵有甚么交通、心中有甚么慈悲怜悯、你们就要意念相同、爱心相同、有一样的心思、有一样的意念、使我的喜乐可以满足。凡事不可结党、不可贪图虚浮的荣耀．只要存心谦卑、各人看别人比自己强。各人不要单顾自己的事、也要顾别人的事。

If there is therefore any exhortation in Christ, if any consolation of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any tender mercies and compassion, make my joy full, by being like-minded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind; doing nothing through rivalry or through conceit, but in humility, each counting others better than himself; each of you not just looking to his own things, but each of you also to the things of others.

主耶稣！我看到, 在职场上, 在教会, 甚至在家里, 有许多结党的事。主啊！我的领会, 那里有贪图虚浮的荣耀, 心里有傲气, 喜爱比较, 单顾自己的事, 看不起他人, 总是觉得自己是最佳人选。那里已经被结党的灵所侵入。求主救我, 不叫我陷入恶魔的诡计中。

凡事不怕敌人的惊吓．这是证明他们沉沦、你们得救、都是出于神。因为你们蒙恩、不但得以信服基督、并要为他受苦。你们的争战、就与你们在我身上从前所看见、现在所听见的一样。

and in nothing frightened by the adversaries, which is for them a proof of destruction, but to you of salvation, and that from God. Because it has been granted to you on behalf of Christ, not only to believe in him, but also to suffer on his behalf, having the same conflict which you saw in me, and now hear is in me.

主耶稣！我被保罗的生命感动。主啊！我承认, 我因为心里有害羞感, 挫折感, 进深演变为胆怯, 害怕, 不敢去为福音作见证。求主恢复我的信心, 凡事不怕敌人的取笑, 惊吓, 积极传福音, 不怕身上有为主受苦的印记。

只要你们行事为人与基督的福音相称．叫我或来见你们、或不在你们那里、可以听见你们的景况、知道你们同有一个心志、站立得稳、为所信的福音齐心努力．凡事不怕敌人的惊吓．这是证明他们沉沦、你们得救、都是出于神。

Only let your way of life be worthy of the Good News of Christ, that, whether I come and see you or am absent, I may hear of your state, that you stand firm in one spirit, with one soul striving for the faith of the Good News; and in nothing frightened by the adversaries, which is for them a proof of destruction, but to you of salvation, and that from God.

主耶稣！同有一个心志, 行事为人与基督的福音相称, 是使徒保罗所看重的, 这也是神所在意的。主啊！什么时候, 我们行事为人与基督的福音不相称, 偏离了同有一个心志, 求圣灵感动我们的良知, 有智慧能力归回正路。

因我活着就是基督、我死了就有益处。但我在肉身活着、若成就我工夫的果子、我就不知道该挑选甚么。我正在两难之间、情愿离世与基督同在．因为这是好得无比的．

For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain. But if I live on in the flesh, this will bring fruit from my work; yet I don't know what I will choose. But I am in a dilemma between the two, having the desire to depart and be with Christ, which is far better.

主耶稣！我在思想使徒保罗说, 他活着就是基督, 是什么意思？我开始领悟, 若我活着只是为了自己的肉身而活, 死了就一无所有。我若是为基督而活, 我死了却在基督里, 被接到荣耀里。主啊！我如今, 也要勇敢的宣告说, 因我活着就是基督。
