诗88:1，3-4，6，18
耶和华拯救我的神阿、我昼夜在你面前呼吁。因为我心里满了患难、我的性命临近阴间。我算和下坑的人同列、如同无力的人一样。你把我放在极深的坑里、在黑暗地方、在深处。你把我的良朋密友隔在远处、使我所认识的人、进入黑暗里。
Yahweh, the God of my salvation, I have cried day and night before you. For my soul is full of troubles. My life draws near to Sheol. I am counted among those who go down into the pit. I am like a man who has no help, You have laid me in the lowest pit, in the darkest depths. You have put lover and friend far from me, and my friends into darkness.
主耶稣！圣经旧约中预言祢要如此诞生，受苦，受难，受死，复活。这一切都应验了。主啊！祢说，天地万物都要过去，新天新地，新耶路撒冷圣城要从天而降，我深信这事也必然成就。

诗87:6-7
当耶和华记录万民的时候、他要点出这一个生在那里。歌唱的、跳舞的、都要说、我的泉源都在你里面。
Yahweh will count, when he writes up the peoples, "This one was born there."  Those who sing as well as those who dance say, "All my springs are in you."
主耶稣！我的心欢喜，我的灵快乐，我和我家，我们的名字都写在祢的生命册上。主啊！那一天，点名的时候，听到祢称呼我家人的名，我们一家都要跳舞，歌唱，哈利路亚！称颂耶和华。

29/6/2018 恩待我的凭据

诗86:15-17
主阿、你是有怜悯有恩典的神、不轻易发怒、并有丰盛的慈爱和诚实。求你向我转脸、怜恤我、将你的力量赐给仆人、救你婢女的儿子。求你向我显出恩待我的凭据、叫恨我的人看见、便羞愧、因为你耶和华帮助我、安慰我。
But you, Lord, are a merciful and gracious God, slow to anger, and abundant in loving kindness and truth. Turn to me, and have mercy on me! Give your strength to your servant. Save the son of your handmaid. Show me a sign of your goodness, that those who hate me may see it, and be shamed, because you, Yahweh, have helped me, and comforted me.
主耶稣！祢道成肉身，成了人的样式，为了拯救世人，甘心舍命，代替人的罪犯，受刑罚。叫一切信靠祢的，不至灭亡，反得永生。主啊！我领受这如此大的恩典，这是祢恩待我的凭据。我要时时刻刻心存感恩，以敬拜和喜乐的心，往来在恨我的人中间，好叫他们看到祢在我身上的恩典。

诗85:10-13
慈爱和诚实、彼此相遇．公义和平安、彼此相亲． 诚实从地而生、公义从天而现。公义要行在他面前、叫他的脚踪、成为可走的路。
Mercy and truth meet together. Righteousness and peace have kissed each other. Truth springs out of the earth. Righteousness has looked down from heaven. Righteousness goes before him, And prepares the way for his steps.
主耶稣！我留心观察，我过去人生所经过的道路，的确有不公义，不诚实的路径。主啊！求祢赦免我，也保守我家的后裔，不会走同样错误的路。也求祢加添我所需要的勇气，活出公义，诚实和慈爱，使我的心充满属天的喜乐，平安。

诗84:11
因为耶和华神是日头、是盾牌、要赐下恩惠和荣耀．他未尝留下一样好处、不给那些行动正直的人。
For Yahweh God is a sun and a shield. Yahweh will give grace and glory. He withholds no good thing from those who walk blamelessly.
主耶稣！耶和华神造万有，万物的心意是要祝福。对于我，天父的心意是保护我，帮助我，提升高，恩侍我。我所当行的是：喜爱诚实，正直，公义，怜悯，知足。恨恶骄傲，虚伪，自私，欺诈，贪婪。叫我所行合神心意。

26/5/2018 所经过的地方也要蒙祝福

诗84:6-9
他们经过流泪谷、叫这谷变为泉源之地．并有秋雨之福、盖满了全谷。他们行走、力上加力、各人到锡安朝见神。耶和华万军之神阿、求你听我的祷告．雅各的神阿、求你留心听。神阿、你是我们的盾牌．求你垂顾观看你受膏者的面。
Passing through the valley of Weeping, they make it a place of springs. Yes, the autumn rain covers it with blessings. They go from strength to strength. Everyone of them appears before God in Zion. Yahweh, God of Armies, hear my prayer. Listen, God of Jacob. Behold, God our shield, look at the face of your anointed.
主耶稣！我的方面对了，一心向神，荣神益人。我的心态也对了。我知道，人生的路途会有艰难，有危险。主啊！我深信，祢会一路伴我同行，我所经过的住所，工作，学习的地方，也要蒙神的祝福。

诗84:1-4
万军之耶和华阿、你的居所何等可爱。我羡慕渴想耶和华的院宇．我的心肠、我的肉体、向永生神呼吁。万军之耶和华我的王、我的神阿、在你祭坛那里、麻雀为自己找着房屋．燕子为自己找着菢雏之窝。如此住在你殿中的便为有福。他们仍要赞美你。
How lovely are your dwellings, Yahweh of Armies! My soul longs, and even faints for the courts of Yahweh. My heart and my flesh cry out for the living God. Yes, the sparrow has found a home, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may have her young, near your altars, Yahweh of Armies, my King, and my God. Blessed are those who dwell in your house. They are always praising you.
主耶稣！ 住在耶和华的圣殿中是蒙福的。主啊！我的家也是祢的圣殿。每天，我可以到祢的面前献祭，求祢的灵来感动我，在这家里我有冒犯了什么人。我愿意马上去寻求恕饶。

诗83:1-5, 13-14
神阿、求你不要静默．神阿、求你不要闭口、也不要不作声．因为你的仇敌喧嚷．恨你的抬起头来。他们同谋奸诈要害你的百姓、彼此商议要害你所隐藏的人。 他们说、来吧、我们将他们剪灭、使他们不再成国．使以色列的名、不再被人记念。他们同心商议、彼此结盟、要抵挡你．我的神阿、求你叫他们像旋风的尘土、像风前的碎稓。火怎样焚烧树林、火焰怎样烧着山岭．
God, don't keep silent. Don't keep silent, and don't be still, God. For, behold, your enemies are stirred up. Those who hate you have lifted up their heads.
They conspire with cunning against your people. They plot against your cherished ones.
"Come," they say, "and let's destroy them as a nation, that the name of Israel may be remembered no more." For they have conspired together with one mind. They form an alliance against you. My God, make them like tumbleweed; like chaff before the wind. As the fire that burns the forest, as the flame that sets the mountains on fire.
主耶稣：历史证明，与以色列国做对的，乃是与神做对，必为神所灭。主啊！我为我的祖国，向神祈求，愿我的国家领导，有圣灵的引导，不与恶者同谋，攻击以色列国。

82:1-6
神站在有权力者的会中．在诸神中行审判．说、你们审判不秉公义、徇恶人的情面、要到几时呢。你们当为贫寒的人和孤儿伸冤．当为困苦和穷乏的人施行公义。 当保护贫寒和穷乏的人、救他们脱离恶人的手。你们仍不知道、也不明白、在黑暗中走来走去．地的根基都摇动了。我曾说、你们是神、都是至高者的儿子。
God presides in the great assembly. He judges among the gods. "How long will you judge unjustly, and show partiality to the wicked?"
"Defend the weak, the poor, and the fatherless. Maintain the rights of the poor and oppressed.
Rescue the weak and needy. Deliver them out of the hand of the wicked."
They don't know, neither do they understand. They walk back and forth in darkness. All the foundations of the earth are shaken. I said, "You are gods, all of you are sons of the Most High.
主耶稣！神造人，向人吹气，成为有灵的活人，在一切被造之物看人，人就像神。神把权柄赐给人，人却不知道一切权柄是用来事奉神。主啊！求祢拯救被欺压的困苦人。审判那滥用职权者。

神与我们同在，祂赐予我们力量的权柄，能超越我们的软弱，而有正能量持续前行!
主啊，求祢今天在我们的生命中，生活上施行祢大能的工作!能体验看见袮的恩典!奉主耶稣的名祈求，阿们。

21/6/2018 只提耶和华神的伟大

诗81:9-10
在你当中不可有别的神．外邦的神、你也不可下拜。我是耶和华你的神、曾把你从埃及地领上来．你要大大张口、我就给你充满。
There shall be no strange god in you, neither shall you worship any foreign god. I am Yahweh, your God, who brought you up out of the land of Egypt. Open your mouth wide, and I will fill it.
主耶稣！神吩咐我，别神的名字都不要提。主啊！我听见了，我知道了，我晓得提别神的名时，难免会说别神做了什么奇事。我只要专注于祢，称颂祢的名，述说祢奇妙的慈爱，怜悯，恩典。

20/6/2018 一同来守节

诗81:1-4
你们当向神我们的力量大声欢呼、向雅各的神发声欢乐、唱起诗歌、打手鼓、弹美琴与瑟。当在月朔、并月望我们过节的日期、吹角。因这是为以色列定的律例、是雅各神的典章。
Sing aloud to God, our strength! Make a joyful shout to the God of Jacob! Raise a song, and bring here the tambourine, the pleasant lyre with the harp. Blow the trumpet at the New Moon, at the full moon, on our feast day. For it is a statute for Israel, an ordinance of the God of Jacob.
主耶稣！耶和华神定日子，设节期，要以色列民遵守，得以坚固以色列民对神的信念。我们也要遵守祢的教诲，和祢所定的节日。主啊！祢为我们受难，受死，复活，升天，赐下圣灵，我们有五旬节，受难节，复活节。主啊！我们要一同来守节，学习神的典章。

诗80:1-3
领约瑟如领羊群之以色列的牧者阿，求你留心听．坐在二基路伯上的阿、求你发出光来。在以法莲便雅悯玛拿西前面施展你的大能、来救我们。神阿，求你使我们回转，使你的脸发光，我们便要得救。
Hear us, Shepherd of Israel, you who lead Joseph like a flock, you who sit above the cherubim, shine forth. Before Ephraim and Benjamin and Manasseh, stir up your might! Come to save us! Turn us again, God. Cause your face to shine, and we will be saved.
主耶稣！祢是真光，是生命的光。几时我遇到挫折，如同落入漆黑的洞穴里。主啊！我想到先知约拿，就立刻悔改，归回，面向真光，就必得拯救。

18/6/2018 先祖种的罪孽

诗79:8-10
求你不要记念我们先祖的罪孽、向我们追讨．愿你的慈悲快迎着我们．因为我们落到极卑微的地步。拯救我们的神阿、求你因你名的荣耀、帮助我们、为你名的缘故、搭救我们、赦免我们的罪。为何容外邦人说、他们的神在哪里呢．愿你使外邦人知道你在我们眼前、伸你仆人流血的冤。
Don't hold the iniquities of our forefathers against us. Let your tender mercies speedily meet us, for we are in desperate need. Help us, God of our salvation, for the glory of your name. Deliver us, and forgive our sins, for your name's sake. Why should the nations say, "Where is their God?" Let it be known among the nations, before our eyes, that vengeance for your servants' blood is being poured out.
主耶稣！我明白种与收的律。人种的恶，所惹的祸，祸害必然会临到家人。主啊！我的先祖犯的过犯，种的恶，求祢的宝血遮盖，洁净。求祢因祢的名的缘故，救我们脱离凶恶，不叫我们落在恶者手里。

17/6/2018 心中的纯正

诗78:70-72
又拣选他的仆人大卫、从羊圈中将他召来．叫他不再跟从那些带奶的母羊、为要牧养自己的百姓雅各、和自己的产业以色列。于是他按心中的纯正、牧养他们、用手中的巧妙、引导他们。
He also chose David his servant, and took him from the sheepfolds; from following the ewes that have their young, he brought him to be the shepherd of Jacob, his people, and Israel, his inheritance. So he was their shepherd according to the integrity of his heart, and guided them by the skillfulness of his hands.
主耶稣！我要效法大卫王，思想要正确，心机要纯洁。全面思考，察验动机，向神向人向自，为一切后果承担责任。主啊！加添我所需要的智慧能力。

16/6/2018 一夜虽有怒气，每早晨都是新的早晨

诗78:19-24
并且妄论神、说、神在旷野岂能摆设筵席么。所以耶和华听见、就发怒．有烈火向雅各烧起、有怒气向以色列上腾．因为他们不信服　神、不倚赖他的救恩。他却吩咐天空、又敞开天上的门、降吗哪像雨给他们吃、将天上的粮食赐给他们。
Yes, they spoke against God. They said, "Can God prepare a table in the wilderness? Therefore Yahweh heard, and was angry. A fire was kindled against Jacob, anger also went up against Israel,
because they didn't believe in God, and didn't trust in his salvation. Yet he commanded the skies above, and opened the doors of heaven. He rained down manna on them to eat, and gave them food from the sky.
主耶稣！历史记载告诉我，神的怒气是一夜之间，神的慈爱是一生之久。主啊！我宁愿在祢手中受审。

15/6/2018 我的心诚实吗？

诗78:8,10-11,18
不要像他们的祖宗、是顽梗悖逆居心不正之辈、向着神心不诚实。他们不遵守神的约、不肯照他的律法行．又忘记他所行的、和他显给他们奇妙的作为。他们心中试探神、随自己所欲的求食物．
and might not be as their fathers, a stubborn and rebellious generation, a generation that didn't make their hearts loyal, whose spirit was not steadfast with God. They didn't keep God's covenant, and refused to walk in his law. They forgot His doings, His wondrous works that He had shown them. They tempted God in their heart by asking food according to their desire.
主耶稣！祢说，祢的食物就是遵行差祢来者的旨意，作成他的工。主啊！我向人夸口，我只求有衣有食，不求荣华富贵。然而，却是为了名誉，地位，起争执。求主赦免，我的心不诚实。

14/6/2018 传承什么？

诗78:1-4
我的民哪、你们要留心听我的训诲、侧耳听我口中的话。我要开口说比喻．我要说出古时的谜语．是我们所听见所知道的、也是我们的祖宗告诉我们的。我们不将这些事向他们的子孙隐瞒．要将耶和华的美德和他的能力、并他奇妙的作为、述说给后代听。
Hear my teaching, my people. Turn your ears to the words of my mouth.
I will open my mouth in a parable. I will utter dark sayings of old, Which we have heard and known, and our fathers have told us. We will not hide them from their children, telling to the generation to come the praises of Yahweh, his strength, and his wondrous works that he has done.
主耶稣！耶和华神的作为，从古时，远处，现在，到目前仍正发生在我身上。主啊！我都要传递给下一代关于神的事。用笔记录，用口述说，录像录影录音，求主帮助，把神的真理，教训，传得完全。

13/6/2018 心里相信，口里承认

诗77:11
我要提说耶和华所行的．我要记念你古时的奇事。我也要思想你的经营、默念你的作为。神阿、你的作为是洁净的．有何神大如你呢。你是行奇事的神．你曾在列邦中、彰显你的能力。
I will remember Yah's deeds; for I will remember your wonders of old. I will also meditate on all your work, and consider your doings. Your way, God, is in the sanctuary. What god is great like God? You are the God who does wonders. You have made your strength known among the peoples.
主耶稣！我相信圣经中的记载，耶和华神和祢所行，和所说的都是真实可靠。主啊！当我开口称颂，传扬神的大爱和奇妙作为。神的爱和能力也降临在我身上。

12/6/2018 心定不"疑"

诗77:7-9
难道主要永远丢弃我、不再施恩么．难道他的慈爱永远穷尽、他的应许世世废弃么．难道神忘记开恩．因发怒就止住他的慈悲么。我便说、这是我的懦弱．但我要追念至高者显出右手之年代。
"Will the Lord reject us forever? Will he be favorable no more? Has his loving kindness vanished forever? Does his promise fail for generations? Has God forgotten to be gracious? Has he, in anger, withheld his compassion?" Then I thought, "I will appeal to this: the years of the right hand of the Most High."
主耶稣！我让我的心安静下来，开始思想过去曾经说过埋怨祢的话。主啊！心里充满的，口里就说来。我承认，我因心慌，心急，说了没有信心的话，求祢赦免。

11/6/2018 神的帐幕在人间

诗76:1-2
在犹大神为人所认识．在以色列他的名为大。在撒冷有他的帐幕、在锡安有他的居所。
In Judah, God is known. His name is great in Israel.
His tabernacle is also in Salem; His dwelling place in Zion.
主耶稣！圣灵在旧约已经有启示，耶和华神的帐幕在人间。门徒约翰听见有大声音从宝座出来说：看哪，神的帐幕在人间。他要与人同住，他们要作他的子民，神要亲自与他们同在，作他们的神．主啊！的确，耶和华神的灵，从来没有离开我们。

诗75:4-7
我对狂傲人说、不要行事狂傲．对凶恶人说、不要举角．不要把你们的角高举．不要挺着颈项说话。因为高举非从东、非从西、也非从南而来。惟有神断定．他使这人降卑、使那人升高。
I said to the arrogant, "Don't boast!" I said to the wicked, "Don't lift up the horn. Don't lift up your horn on high. Don't speak with a stiff neck." For neither from the east, nor from the west, nor yet from the south, comes exaltation. But God is the judge. He puts down one, and lifts up another.
主耶稣！若不是耶和华神的恩典，我早已经随波逐流，随从空中掌权者的计谋。主啊！几时我为所拥有的夸口，几时我有轻看他人的思想，几时我有独占功绩，几时我有自满。求祢责备我，管教我。

9/6/2018 代求者的呼声

诗74:1-2
神阿、你为何永远丢弃我们呢．你为何向你草场的羊发怒如烟冒出呢．求你记念你古时所得来的会众、就是你所赎作你产业支派的．并记念你向来所居住的锡安山。
God, why have you rejected us forever? Why does your anger smolder against the sheep of your pasture? Remember your congregation, which you purchased of old, which you have redeemed to be the tribe of your inheritance; Mount Zion, in which you have lived.
主耶稣！神是公义的神，在神面前人人平等。主啊！我们是属神的儿女，因犯罪失去神的保护，受到恶人的欺凌。求祢因祢的名，有丰盛的慈爱和怜悯，求祢记念与我们立的约，向我们施恩惠，赦免我们的过犯，救我们脱离恶人的手。

8/6/2018 我的终点

诗73:24-26
你要以你的训言引导我、以后必接我到荣耀里。除你以外、在天上我有谁呢．除你以外、在地上我也没有所爱慕的。我的肉体、和我的心肠衰残．但神是我心里的力量、又是我的福分、直到永远。
You will guide me with your counsel, and afterward receive me to glory. Whom do I have in heaven? There is no one on earth whom I desire besides you. My flesh and my heart fails, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.
主耶稣！人在地上的日子，平均3万天，世人都渴望明日会更好。主啊！感谢祢，祢的本意也是如此，祢为我们预备复活的生命，可以得着不能朽坏，不能玷污，不能衰残，为我们存留在天上永恒的基业。

7/6/2018 求主赦免我的无知

诗73:1-3,12-13,
神实在恩待以色列那些清心的人。至于我、我的脚几乎失闪．我的脚险些滑跌。我见恶人和狂傲人享平安、就心怀不平。..看哪、这就是恶人．他们既是常享安逸、财宝便加增。我实在徒然洁净了我的心、徒然洗手表明无辜．我若说、我要这样讲、这就是以奸诈待你的众子。..等我进了神的圣所、思想他们的结局。
Surely God is good to Israel, to those who are pure in heart. But as for me, my feet were almost gone. My steps had nearly slipped. For I was envious of the arrogant, when I saw the prosperity of the wicked...Behold, these are the wicked. Being always at ease, they increase in riches. Surely in vain I have cleansed my heart, and washed my hands in innocence, If I had said, "I will speak thus"; behold, I would have betrayed the generation of your children... Until I entered God's sanctuary, and considered their latter end.
主耶稣！祢其实把恶人安在滑地。使他们掉在沉沦之中。他们转眼之间，成了何等的荒凉。他们被惊恐灭尽了。主啊！我应当天天思想，称颂祢在我身上所行的奇妙恩典。我生活的焦点是祢。

5/6/2018 不可忽视的一件事

诗71:17-18
神阿、自我年幼时、你就教训我．直到如今、我传扬你奇妙的作为。神阿、我到年老发白的时候、求你不要离弃我、等我将你的能力指示下代、将你的大能指示后世的人。
God, you have taught me from my youth. Until now, I have declared your wondrous works. Yes, even when I am old and gray-haired, God, don't forsake me, until I have declared your strength to the next generation, your might to everyone who is to come.
主耶稣！将祢的能力指示下代、将你的大能指示后世的人。是我不能忽视，不能错失的事。主啊！我要专心，做成这件重大的事。

诗71:5-6，8-9
主耶和华阿、你是我所盼望的．从我年幼你是我所倚靠的。我从出母胎被你扶持．使我出母腹的是你．我必常常赞美你。你的赞美、你的荣耀、终日必满了我的口。我年老的时候、求你不要丢弃我．我力气衰弱的时候、求你不要离弃我。
For you are my hope, Lord Yahweh; my confidence from my youth. I have relied on you from the womb. You are he who took me out of my mother's womb. I will always praise you. My mouth shall be filled with your praise, with your honor all the day. Don't reject me in my old age. Don't forsake me when my strength fails.
主耶稣！叫我出母腹的是耶和华神，我当感谢赞美他。我一生都写在神手掌上，我当倚靠他。主啊！我一生的日子都在神面前渡过。我年老发白到临终，我最后一口气，也要赞美祢。

诗70:4
愿一切寻求你的、因你高兴欢喜．愿那些喜爱你救恩的常说、当尊神为大。
Let all those who seek you rejoice and be glad in you. Let those who love your salvation continually say, "Let God be exalted!"
主耶稣！我得知"救恩"的希伯来文就是"耶稣"。主啊！这是何等奇妙的奥秘，祢的名就是救恩，所以凡求告祢名的都必得救。所有喜爱救恩的人，都当尊神为大。我心尊主为大，我灵以救主我神为乐。

诗69:20-21
辱骂伤破了我的心．我又满了忧愁．我指望有人体恤、却没有一个．我指望有人安慰、却找不着一个。他们拿苦胆给我当食物．我渴了、他们拿醋给我喝。
Reproach has broken my heart, and I am full of heaviness. I looked for some to take pity, but there was none; for comforters, but I found none. They also gave me gall for my food. In my thirst, they gave me vinegar to drink.
主耶稣！谢谢祢的大爱，祢承担我的罪刑，背负我的刑罚。我当如何报答祢的恩惠呢？主啊！我要天天称颂祢的名，传扬祢的救恩，以此报答祢的厚恩。

1/6/2018 跟随主的脚踪

诗69:7-9
因我为你的缘故受了辱骂、满面羞愧。我的弟兄看我为外路人．我的同胞看我为外邦人。因我为你的殿心里焦急、如同火烧．并且辱骂你人的辱骂、都落在我身上。
Because for your sake, I have borne reproach. Shame has covered my face. I have become a stranger to my brothers, an alien to my mother's children. For the zeal of your house consumes me. The reproaches of those who reproach you have fallen on me.
主耶稣！这篇诗描述祢最后一夜的路径。祢说祢喝的苦杯，背十字架跟随祢的人也会受到同样的待遇。主啊！我愿意天天背起十字架，来跟随你。
