真理生活化

创39:2-4

约瑟住在他主人埃及人的家中．耶和华与他同在、他就百事顺利。他主人见耶和华与他同在、又见耶和华使他手里所办的尽都顺利。约瑟就在主人眼前蒙恩、伺候他主人、并且主人派他管理家务、把一切所有的都交在他手里。

Yahweh was with Joseph, and he was a prosperous man. He was in the house of his master the Egyptian. His master saw that Yahweh was with him, and that Yahweh made all that he did prosper in his hand. Joseph found favor in his sight. He ministered to him, and he made him overseer over his house, and all that he had he put into his hand.

主耶稣！我有个疑问, 耶和华与约瑟同在, 为何没有拯救他脱离哥哥们的手？主啊！经上说, 神的道路高过我们的道路。求圣灵时时刻刻教导我, 提醒我, 看当前的事物时, 同时也要留意思考, 看神的手法。不再习惯性的先入为主, 而是操练以主为先, 心意更新而変化的思维。

创37:11 他哥哥们都嫉妒他．他父亲却把这话存在心里。

His brothers envied him, but his father kept this saying in mind.

主耶稣！我的心有一种特别的感受, 看到嫉妒对人的影响。因为, 嫉妒有权势人物, 结果, 他说的话, 避而不听。嫉妒有成绩的同事, 结果, 不想与他共处。主啊！求神施恩于我, 我多少也有嫉妒的心病。拯救我脱离自卑的心态, 医治我的心灵, 我可以用坚定不移的心, 拔除嫉妒的毒根。

创37:5-8

约瑟作了一梦、告诉他哥哥们、他们就越发恨他。约瑟对他们说、请听我所作的梦．我们在田里捆禾稼、我的捆起来站着、你们的捆来围着我的捆下拜。他的哥哥们回答说、难道你真要作我们的王么、难道你真要管辖我们么．他们就因为他的梦、和他的话、越发恨他。

Joseph dreamed a dream, and he told it to his brothers, and they hated him all the more. He said to them, "Please hear this dream which I have dreamed: for behold, we were binding sheaves in the field, and behold, my sheaf arose and also stood upright; and behold, your sheaves came around, and bowed down to my sheaf." His brothers said to him, "Will you indeed reign over us? Or will you indeed have dominion over us?" They hated him all the more for his dreams and for his words.

主耶稣！我的领悟, 神透过梦向我们说话, 启示我们的未来, 若是要与人分享, 需要特别的谨慎, 选择说与不说, 什么时候说, 或是不说。主啊！我求圣灵加添智慧能力, 有禁止舌头, 不冲动, 不说高抬自己的话, 不说矮化他人的话。

28/11/2025 爱约瑟过于爱他的众子

创37:3-4

以色列原来爱约瑟过于爱他的众子、因为约瑟是他年老生的、他给约瑟作了一件彩衣。约瑟的哥哥们见父亲爱约瑟过于爱他们、就恨约瑟、不与他说和睦的话。

Now Israel loved Joseph more than all his children, because he was the son of his old age, and he made him a coat of many colors. His brothers saw that their father loved him more than all his brothers, and they hated him, and couldn't speak peaceably to him.

主耶稣！我看到了, 雅各家不能和睦相处的根源, 是源自父亲的偏爱。主啊！求圣灵光照为父为母的, 从错误中醒悟过来。敢于面对自己的错误, 谦卑向孩子们承认自己的不足。也求圣灵医治受伤的心灵, 修复家人的关系。

创35:9-11

雅各从巴旦亚兰回来、神又向他显现赐福与他．且对他说、你的名原是雅各、从今以后不要再叫雅各、要叫以色列、这样、他就改名叫以色列。神又对他说、我是全能的神、你要生养众多、将来有一族、和多国的民从你而生、又有君王从你而出。

God appeared to Jacob again, when he came from Paddan Aram, and blessed him. God said to him, "Your name is Jacob. Your name shall not be Jacob any more, but your name will be Israel." He named him Israel. God said to him, "I am God Almighty. Be fruitful and multiply. A nation and a company of nations will be from you, and kings will come out of your body.

主耶稣！我很好奇, 神为什么要为雅各改名。我想起, 经上说, 天上地上, 各家都从神那里得名。原来, 我们的名是与神有关联, 主啊！求圣灵天天引导我, 在思维上有偏差, 偏激, 对人有偏见时, 及时赐给我有属天的聪明智慧, 叫我的名可以见证神的荣耀。

创35:3-5

我们要起来、上伯特利去．在那里我要筑一座坛给神、就是在我遭难的日子、应允我的祷告、在我行的路上保佑我的那位。他们就把外邦人的神像、和他们耳朵上的环子、交给雅各．雅各都藏在示剑那里的橡树底下。他们便起行前往．神使那周围城邑的人都甚惊惧、就不追赶雅各的众子了。

Let us arise, and go up to Bethel. I will make there an altar to God, who answered me in the day of my distress, and was with me in the way which I went." They gave to Jacob all the foreign gods which were in their hands, and the rings which were in their ears; and Jacob hid them under the oak which was by Shechem. They traveled, and a terror of God was on the cities that were around them, and they didn't pursue the sons of Jacob.

主耶稣！我看到雅各与神的关系, 神使周围城邑的人都畏惧他。主啊！人依靠权威和钱势, 让人畏惧, 我选择依靠主耶稣基督的名, 求圣灵充满我, 晓得在凡事上敬畏神的名, 有主同在的印记, 人畏惧我是因为有祢的同在。

创35:1-2

神对雅各说、起来、上伯特利去、住在那里、要在那里筑一座坛给神、就是你逃避你哥哥以扫的时候向你显现的那位。雅各就对他家中的人、并一切与他同在的人说、你们要除掉你们中间的外邦神、也要自洁、更换衣裳。

God said to Jacob, "Arise, go up to Bethel, and live there. Make there an altar to God, who appeared to you when you fled from the face of Esau your brother." Then Jacob said to his household, and to all who were with him, "Put away the foreign gods that are among you, purify yourselves, change your garments.

主耶稣！我看到雅各为神筑坛给神后, 告诉家中的人, 除掉他们中间的外邦神, 要自洁, 更换衣裳。主啊！这是我的祈求, 每一次来到神的面前, 可以领会到神的心意, 晓得神要我除掉家中的那些事物, 明白神所不喜悦的生活习惯, 包括神不喜悦的衣裳。

创34:20-23

哈抹和他儿子示剑到本城的门口、对本城的人说、这些人与我们和睦、不如许他们在这地居住作买卖．这地也宽阔、足可容下他们、我们可以娶他们的女儿为妻、也可以把我们的女儿嫁给他们。惟有一件事我们必须作、他们才肯应允、和我们同住、成为一样的人民、就是我们中间所有的男丁、都要受割礼、和他们一样。他们的群畜、货财、和一切的牲口、岂不都归我们么．只要依从他们、他们就与我们同住。

Hamor and Shechem, his son, came to the gate of their city, and talked with the men of their city, saying, "These men are peaceful with us. Therefore let them live in the land and trade in it. For behold, the land is large enough for them. Let us take their daughters to us for wives, and let us give them our daughters. Only on this condition will the men consent to us to live with us, to become one people, if every male among us is circumcised, as they are circumcised. Won't their livestock and their possessions and all their animals be ours? Only let us give our consent to them, and they will dwell with us."

主耶稣！我看到恶人的邪心, 表面是和好, 心却是要掠夺。主啊！求圣灵开启我的心, 可以敏锐恶人的心机, 不被表面的好意给迷惑, 也不被眼前的利益给诱惑。赐给我一个时时刻刻儆醒祷告的心思, 敏锐圣灵的同在。

23/11/2025 自己在他们前头过去

创33:1-3

雅各举目观看、见以扫来了、后头跟着四百人．他就把孩子们分开交给利亚、拉结、和两个使女．并且叫两个使女和他们的孩子在前头、利亚和他的孩子在后头、拉结和约瑟在尽后头。他自己在他们前头过去、一连七次俯伏在地、才就近他哥哥。

Jacob lifted up his eyes, and looked, and, behold, Esau was coming, and with him four hundred men. He divided the children between Leah, Rachel, and the two handmaids. He put the handmaids and their children in front, Leah and her children after, and Rachel and Joseph at the rear. He himself passed over in front of them, and bowed himself to the ground seven times, until he came near to his brother.

主耶稣！我看到雅各的精明和知识, 优先送礼给哥哥, 软化他的心。再把家人定位后, 负责任, 自己行在前头。主啊！愿每个父亲, 都有雅各的精明和知识, 不躲避问题, 不逃避责任, 善于化解人际关系, 也有勇气, 担当一切结果。

创32:29-30

雅各问他说、请将你的名告诉我．那人说、何必问我的名．于是在那里给雅各祝福。雅各便给那地方起名叫毗努伊勒。〔就是神之面的意思〕意思说、我面对面见了神、我的性命仍得保全。

Jacob asked him, "Please tell me your name." He said, "Why is it that you ask what my name is?" He blessed him there. Jacob called the name of the place Peniel: for, he said, "I have seen God face to face, and my life is preserved."

主耶稣！雅各为与神相遇的地方留名, 作为记号。我回想, 我过去经历神的地方, 因为没有特意去记下, 结果, 失去了传承神奇妙恩典的事迹, 失去见证荣耀神的美事。主啊！现在, 我要学习, 记下神在我生命中, 引领我的故事, 要传承给我的子孙, 神在我们家里的历史。

创31:41-42

我这二十年在你家里、为你的两个女儿服事你十四年、为你的羊群服事你六年、你又十次改了我的工价。若不是我父亲以撒所敬畏的神、就是亚伯拉罕的神与我同在、你如今必定打发我空手而去．神看见我的苦情、和我的劳碌、就在昨夜责备你。

These twenty years I have been in your house. I served you fourteen years for your two daughters, and six years for your flock, and you have changed my wages ten times. Unless the God of my father, the God of Abraham, and the fear of Isaac, had been with me, surely now you would have sent me away empty. God has seen my affliction and the labor of my hands, and rebuked you last night."

主耶稣！雅各相信神看见他的苦情。主啊！我也深信神看见我们的苦情。我们只要专注在敬畏神, 做正确的事, 不怀疑神的信实, 真实。不抱怨, 埋怨, 不心怀不平。面对委曲, 学习凡事谢恩, 儆醒感恩。

创31:24

夜间神到亚兰人拉班那里、在梦中对他说、你要小心、不可与雅各说好说歹。

God came to Laban, the Syrian, in a dream of the night, and said to him, "Take heed to yourself that you don't speak to Jacob either good or bad."

主耶稣！我看到, 这里又是一个神用梦向人说话的例子。而且是向心不正, 想要伤害属神的人说话。主啊！祢看到恶人, 他们正在计划攻击伤害神的子民, 破坏家庭, 教会, 求圣灵向他们说话, 严厉警告他们, 叫他们害怕, 停止作恶。

18/11/2025 梦中举目一看

创31:10-13

羊配合的时候、我梦中举目一看、见跳母羊的公羊、都是有纹的、有点的、有花斑的。神的使者在那梦中呼叫我说、雅各。我说、我在这里。他说、你举目观看、跳母羊的公羊都是有纹的、有点的、有花斑的．凡拉班向你所作的、我都看见了。

It happened during mating season that I lifted up my eyes, and saw in a dream, and behold, the male goats which leaped on the flock were streaked, speckled, and grizzled. The angel of God said to me in the dream, 'Jacob,' and I said, 'Here I am.' He said, 'Now lift up your eyes, and behold, all the male goats which leap on the flock are streaked, speckled, and grizzled, for I have seen all that Laban does to you.

主耶稣！雅各把梦中所见当真, 主啊！我们很多时候把梦中所见的, 睡醒梦里所见, 历历在目, 却不当一回事。求圣灵帮助我, 赐给我有悟性的智慧, 能够记下从神来的梦, 也相信梦中所见, 神要成就在我身上的旨意

创31:1-3

雅各听见拉班的儿子们有话说、雅各把我们父亲所有的都夺了去、并借着我们父亲的、得了这一切的荣耀。〔荣耀或作财〕雅各见拉班的气色向他不如从前了。耶和华对雅各说、你要回你祖你父之地、到你亲族那里去、我必与你同在。

He heard the words of Laban's sons, saying, "Jacob has taken away all that was our father's. From that which was our father's, has he gotten all this wealth." Jacob saw the expression on Laban's face, and, behold, it was not toward him as before. Yahweh said to Jacob, "Return to the land of your fathers, and to your relatives, and I will be with you."

主耶稣！我看到雅各受到亲人的诬告, 可以想到他心中的委屈。主啊！我求赐百般安慰的神, 圣灵的安慰临到事奉神, 却被信徒诬告的教会同工, 也临到在职场上忠心, 却被同事诬告的弟兄姐妹。

创30:42-43

只是到羊瘦弱配合的时候、就不插枝子．这样、瘦弱的就归拉班、肥壮的就归雅各。于是雅各极其发大、得了许多的羊群、仆婢、骆驼、和驴。

but when the flock were feeble, he didn't put them in. So the feebler were Laban's, and the stronger Jacob's. The man increased exceedingly, and had large flocks, female servants and male servants, and camels and donkeys.

主耶稣！我心里有个问号, 父母身心灵不健康, 生的孩子, 也可能在身心灵上不健康。主啊！我身心灵有不健康的, 求神医治, 我们所生的孩子, 也求神祝福他们, 身心灵都健康兴盛。

15/11/2025 羊对着枝子配合

创30:37-38

雅各拿杨树、杏树、枫树的嫩枝、将皮剥成白纹、使枝子露出白的来．将剥了皮的枝子、对着羊群插在饮羊的水沟里、和水槽里、羊来喝的时候牝牡配合。羊对着枝子配合、就生下有纹的、有点的、有斑的来。

Jacob took to himself rods of fresh poplar, almond, plane tree, peeled white streaks in them, and made the white appear which was in the rods. He set the rods which he had peeled opposite the flocks in the gutters in the watering-troughs where the flocks came to drink. They conceived when they came to drink. The flocks conceived before the rods, and the flocks produced streaked, speckled, and spotted.

主耶稣！我惊叹雅各的观察力, 懂得外在的环境, 可以改变内在基因 。主啊！我们的确, 没有好好开发我们脑, 缺乏留心观察, 环境可能带来对基因的影响。求神医治我们, 因变异的基因带来的疾病。

13/11/2025 神除去了我的羞耻

创30:22-24

神顾念拉结、应允了他、使他能生育。拉结怀孕生子、说、　神除去了我的羞耻．就给他起名叫约瑟、〔就是增添的意思〕意思说、愿耶和华再增添我一个儿子。

God remembered Rachel, and God listened to her, and opened her womb. She conceived, bore a son, and said, "God has taken away my reproach." She named him Joseph, saying, "May Yahweh add another son to me."

主耶稣！神顾念拉结, 应允了他, 使他能生育, 带给我们安慰。主啊！我知道, 神对我的爱永不改变, 神最了解我, 我相信, 神顾念我, 知道我心里所渴望要除去的羞耻, 我只要专心, 耐心等候, 神所应许的增添必成就在我身上。

创30:7-9

拉结的使女辟拉又怀孕、给雅各生了第二个儿子。拉结说、我与我姐姐大大相争、并且得胜．于是给他起名叫拿弗他利。〔就是相争的意思〕利亚见自己停了生育、就把使女悉帕给雅各为妾．

Bilhah, Rachel's handmaid, conceived again, and bore Jacob a second son. Rachel said, "With mighty wrestlings have I wrestled with my sister, and have prevailed." She named him Naphtali. When Leah saw that she had finished bearing, she took Zilpah, her handmaid, and gave her to Jacob as a wife.

主耶稣！我看到了, 姐妹嫉妒生出相争, 恶性循环, 后来, 后代也彼此相争。主啊！我看到我的家族中, 有彼此相争的辖制, 求神施恩怜悯, 拯救我的一家, 脱离相争的架锁。

创30:1 ,3-4

拉结见自己不给雅各生子、就嫉妒他姐姐、对雅各说、你给我孩子、不然我就死了。..拉结说、有我的使女辟拉在这里、你可以与他同房、使他生子在我膝下、我便因他也得孩子。拉结就把他的使女辟拉给丈夫为妾、雅各便与他同房。

When Rachel saw that she bore Jacob no children, Rachel envied her sister. She said to Jacob, "Give me children, or else I will die.".. She said, "Behold, my maid Bilhah. Go in to her, that she may bear on my knees, and I also may obtain children by her." She gave him Bilhah her handmaid as wife, and Jacob went in to her.

主耶稣！我看到拉结的嫉妒所产生的错误。主啊！我们也是有像拉结同样的软弱, 会嫉妒人的恩赐, 才华, 美貌, 财富, 身份, 地位。求主帮助我, 有精明和知识从嫉妒的思维中被解放, 有智慧看到神在我里面的宝贝。

创29:21,23,25

雅各对拉班说、日期已经满了、求你把我的妻子给我、我好与他同房。..到晚上、拉班将女儿利亚送来给雅各、雅各就与他同房。..到了早晨、雅各一看是利亚、就对拉班说、你向我作的是甚么事呢．我服事你、不是为拉结么．你为甚么欺哄我呢。

Jacob said to Laban, "Give me my wife, for my days are fulfilled, that I may go in to her." ..It happened in the evening, that he took Leah his daughter, and brought her to him. He went in to her..It happened in the morning that, behold, it was Leah. He said to Laban, "What is this you have done to me? Didn't I serve with you for Rachel? Why then have you deceived me?"

主耶稣！我看到雅各欺哄他的哥哥, 现在, 被岳父欺哄。经上说, 不要自欺, 神是轻慢不得的。人种的是甚么，收的也是甚么。顺着情欲撒种的，必从情欲收败坏，顺着圣灵撒种的，必从圣灵收永生。主啊！我承认过去有种下欺哄, 求神赦免我的过犯, 也求神拯救我, 免除我收取被欺哄的果实。

9/11/2025 看这七年如同几天

创29:18-20

雅各爱拉结、就说、我愿为你小女儿拉结服事你七年。拉班说、我把他给你、胜似给别人、你与我同住吧。雅各就为拉结服事了七年．他因为深爱拉结、就看这七年如同几天。

Jacob loved Rachel. He said, "I will serve you seven years for Rachel, your younger daughter." Laban said, "It is better that I give her to you, than that I should give her to another man. Stay with me." Jacob served seven years for Rachel. They seemed to him but a few days, for the love he had for her.

主耶稣！我看到雅各对拉结的真爱, 愿意付出代价, 耐心等待。主啊！求圣灵光照在恋爱中的信徒, 感动他们起来效法雅各, 守身如玉, 婚前没有性行为, 荣耀主名。

创28:20-22

雅各许愿、说、神若与我同在、在我所行的路上保佑我、又给我食物吃、衣服穿、使我平平安安的回到我父亲的家、我就必以耶和华为我的神、我所立为柱子的石头、也必作　神的殿．凡你所赐给我的、我必将十分之一献给你。

Jacob vowed a vow, saying, "If God will be with me, and will keep me in this way that I go, and will give me bread to eat, and clothing to put on, so that I come again to my father's house in peace, and Yahweh will be my God, then this stone, which I have set up for a pillar, will be God's house. Of all that you will give me I will surely give the tenth to you."

主耶稣！我看到雅各的向神的祷告附带条件, 觉得雅各的信心不是很纯正。主啊！我们的信心也像雅各一样, 许多时候, 我们的祷告附带条件, 我们信心不足, 求神赦免。求圣灵光照, 我们向神祈求, 无论结果如何, 仍然相信神是信实, 是全然爱我的神。

创28:16-17

雅各睡醒了、说、耶和华真在这里、我竟不知道。就惧怕说、这地方何等可畏、这不是别的、乃是神的殿、也是天的门。

Jacob awakened out of his sleep, and he said, "Surely Yahweh is in this place, and I didn't know it." He was afraid, and said, "How dreadful is this place! This is none other than God's house, and this is the gate of heaven."

主耶稣！雅各将所梦见的视为真实, 认真看待梦中的启示,  醒过来后, 立即凭着信心, 献祭, 立地标留名作印记。主啊！这是我要学习的, 有与神相遇, 经历神带领的地方, 都要记录下来, 作为永久的记号。

创28:13, 15 

耶和华站在梯子以上、说、我是耶和华你祖亚伯拉罕的神、也是以撒的神、我要将你现在所躺卧之地赐给你、和你的后裔．我也与你同在、你无论往那里去、我必保佑你、领你归回这地、总不离弃你、直到我成全了向你所应许的。

Behold, Yahweh stood above it, and said, "I am Yahweh, the God of Abraham your father, and the God of Isaac. The land whereon you lie, to you will I give it, and to your seed. Behold, I am with you, and will keep you, wherever you go, and will bring you again into this land. For I will not leave you, until I have done that which I have spoken of to you."

主耶稣！当我读这节经文时, 想到以色列国, 看到了神的应许。主啊！祢复活, 升天, 为我们预备居所, 祢要再来接我们, 与祢一同坐席。祢的应许绝不落空, 天天我都要因祢的应许欢喜, 快乐的生活作息。

创28:10-12

雅各出了别是巴向哈兰走去。到了一个地方、因为太阳落了、就在那里住宿．便拾起那地方的一块石头、枕在头下、在那里躺卧睡了。梦见一个梯子立在地上、梯子的头顶着天、有神的使者在梯子上、上去下来。

Jacob went out from Beersheba, and went toward Haran. He came to a certain place, and stayed there all night, because the sun had set. He took one of the stones of the place, and put it under his head, and lay down in that place to sleep. He dreamed. Behold, a stairway set upon the earth, and its top reached to heaven. Behold, the angels of God ascending and descending on it.

主耶稣！我看到雅各详细记录所梦见的, 我的领悟, 神会借着梦向我们说话, 而我们大多数人却没有太在意所作的梦。主啊！我从现在开始, 会留意所作的梦, 记录梦境后, 祷告寻求神的启示。

创27:41

以扫因他父亲给雅各祝的福、就怨恨雅各、心里说、为我父亲居丧的日子近了、到那时候、我要杀我的兄弟雅各。

Esau hated Jacob because of the blessing with which his father blessed him. Esau said in his heart, "The days of mourning for my father are at hand. Then I will kill my brother Jacob."

主耶稣！以扫怨恨雅各, 因他父亲给雅各祝福。我看到大户人家, 像这样的家庭事件, 仍然在发生, 甚至连信主的家庭也一样。主啊！我向神祈求, 我和我的一家, 不会为了财富, 才华, 社会地位, 生嫉妒。我和我家都有敬畏神的智慧, 有衣有食, 有家有国, 常存感恩。生活所需, 没有缺乏, 能够知足常乐。

创27:36-37

以扫说、他名雅各岂不是正对么．因为他欺骗了我两次、他从前夺了我长子的名分、你看、他现在又夺了我的福分。以扫又说、你没有留下为我可祝的福么。以撒回答以扫说、我已立他为你的主、使他的弟兄都给他作仆人、并赐他五谷新酒可以养生、我儿、现在我还能为你作甚么呢。

He said, "Isn't he rightly named Jacob? For he has supplanted me these two times. He took away my birthright. See, now he has taken away my blessing." He said, "Haven't you reserved a blessing for me?" Isaac answered Esau, "Behold, I have made him your lord, and all his brothers have I given to him for servants. With grain and new wine have I sustained him. What then will I do for you, my son?"

主耶稣！我看到神的祝福是由父亲来传承的。主啊！求祢赐给我们为父的, 有充足的智慧, 晓得如何开口祝福我们的后裔, 叫我们的后裔得着永生神的眷顾, 得丰盛生命所需的的智慧, 成为通达人。

亚比米勒、同他的朋友亚户撒、和他的军长非各、从基拉耳来见以撒。以撒对他们说、你们既然恨我、打发我走了、为甚么到我这里来呢。他们说、我们明明的看见耶和华与你同在、便说、不如我们两下彼此起誓、彼此立约。

Then Abimelech went to him from Gerar, and Ahuzzath his friend, and Phicol the captain of his army. Isaac said to them, "Why have you come to me, since you hate me, and have sent me away from you?" They said, "We saw plainly that Yahweh was with you. We said, 'Let there now be an oath between us, even between us and you, and let us make a covenant with you,

主耶稣！我想起, 经上说, 人所行的若蒙耶和华喜悦, 耶和华也使他的仇敌与他和好。主啊！当我遇到仇敌时, 求圣灵赐给我属天的智慧, 可以遵照神喜悦的去行, 为仇敌祷告, 叫他们的心醒过来, 可以脱离撒但的控制, 叫他们的手停止作恶。

创26:19-22

以撒的仆人在谷中挖井、便得了一口活水井。基拉耳的牧人与以撒的牧人争竞、说、这水是我们的．以撒就给那井起名叫埃色、因为他们和他相争。以撒的仆人又挖了一口井、他们又为这井争竞、因此以撒给这井起名叫西提拿。以撒离开那里、又挖了一口井、他们不为这井争竞了、他就给那井起名叫利河伯．他说、耶和华现在给我们宽阔之地、我们必在这地昌盛。

Isaac's servants dug in the valley, and found there a well of springing water. The herdsmen of Gerar argued with Isaac's herdsmen, saying, "The water is ours." He called the name of the well Esek, because they contended with him. They dug another well, and they argued over that, also. He called its name Sitnah. He left that place, and dug another well. They didn't argue over that one. He called it Rehoboth. He said, "For now Yahweh has made room for us, and we will be fruitful in the land."

主耶稣！我从以撒身上学会信靠神的应许, 倚靠主的权柄, 交托给主的判定, 不去争竞, 不用争吵, 不需要争辩。主啊！求神赐给我敬畏神的思维, 支取归回安息的恩典, 领受属天的平静安稳, 感受在圣灵中的喜乐。
