门1:8-11

我虽然靠着基督能放胆吩咐你合宜的事．然而像我这有年纪的保罗、现在又是为基督耶稣被囚的、宁可凭着爱心求你．就是为我在捆锁中所生的儿子阿尼西母求你．他从前与你没有益处、但如今与你我都有益处．

Therefore though I have all boldness in Christ to command you that which is appropriate, yet for love's sake I rather beg, being such a one as Paul, the aged, but also a prisoner of Jesus Christ. I beg you for my child, whom I have become the father of in my chains, Onesimus, who once was useless to you, but now is useful to you and to me.

主耶稣！我看见使徒保罗爱心说诚实话的典范。主啊！求圣灵更多的充满我, 教导我, 有信心, 勇气, 有智慧, 用爱心说诚实话。

门1:4-6

我祷告的时候提到你、常为你感谢我的神．因听说你的爱心、并你向主耶稣和众圣徒的信心. 愿你与人所同有的信心显出功效、使人知道你们各样善事都是为基督作的。

I thank my God always, making mention of you in my prayers, hearing of your love, and of the faith which you have toward the Lord Jesus, and toward all the saints; that the fellowship of your faith may become effective, in the knowledge of every good thing which is in us in Christ Jesus.

主耶稣！我自问, 我在教会的服事, 在社会上的服务, 是为了什么？是为了谁？是为了自我价值的肯定? 是为了生活？是为了良心不受责备？主啊！原来, 叫我存活的是基督, 我要将身体当作活祭献上, 事奉神, 所作的都是为基督而作, 叫人得益处, 叫神得荣耀, 叫我的喜乐可以满足。

你要赶紧给律师西纳、和亚波罗送行、叫他们没有缺乏。并且我们的人要学习行善, 预备所需用的、免得不结果子。

Send Zenas, the lawyer, and Apollos on their journey speedily, that nothing may be lacking for them. Let our people also learn to maintain good works for necessary uses, that they may not be unfruitful.

主耶稣！的确, 我们承认, 不认识祢的人, 他们的善举, 强过许多信祢名的人。主啊！信祢名, 却不守规矩, 又不行善的, 求圣灵加倍责备, 管教, 引导他们悔改, 归正。

多3:10-11

分门结党的人、警戒过一两次、就要弃绝他．因为知道这等人已经背道、犯了罪、自己明知不是、还是去作。

Avoid a factious man after a first and second warning; knowing that such a one is perverted, and sins, being self-condemned.

主耶稣！我观看, 机构, 企业, 教会, 家庭, 都存在着分门结党, 分门别类的事。他们自己明知不是, 还是去作。主啊！求神拯救我脱离恶者的计谋, 不选边站, 不轻信, 不轻易随从心中所仰慕的名人。

多3:1-4

你要提醒众人、叫他们顺服作官的、掌权的、遵他的命、预备行各样的善事．不要毁谤、不要争竞、总要和平、向众人大显温柔。我们从前也是无知、悖逆、受迷惑、服事各样私欲和宴乐、常存恶毒, 嫉妒的心、是可恨的、又是彼此相恨。

Remind them to be in subjection to rulers and to authorities, to be obedient, to be ready for every good work, to speak evil of no one, not to be contentious, to be gentle, showing all humility toward all men. For we were also once foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving various lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another.

主耶稣！我看到, 服事各样私欲和宴乐的人, 不知不觉生出嫉妒的心, 进化为恶毒, 演变成了彼此相恨。主啊！我要保守我的心, 告诉自己, 我是和睦之子, 总要和平, 什么时候嫉妒, 怀恨的心, 求圣灵责备我的良心。

多2:14-15

他为我们舍了自己、要赎我们脱离一切罪恶、又洁净我们、特作自己的子民、热心为善。这些事你要讲明、劝戒人、用各等权柄责备人。不可叫人轻看你。

who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify for himself a people for his own possession, zealous for good works. Say these things and exhort and reprove with all authority. Let no man despise you.

主耶稣！原来, 我们信基督, 在主里是有权柄的人。主啊！求圣灵加添我所需要的智慧和清心, 有强的认知神荣耀的洞察力, 足以辨识人的真诚, 灵界的虚假, 并给予纠正和责备。

25/9/2024 等候所盼望的福

多2:11-14

因为神救众人的恩典、已经显明出来、教训我们除去不敬虔的心、和世俗的情欲、在今世自守、公义、敬虔度日．等候所盼望的福、并等候至大神、和我们救主耶稣基督的荣耀显现。他为我们舍了自己、要赎我们脱离一切罪恶、又洁净我们、特作自己的子民、热心为善。

For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all men, instructing us to the intent that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we would live soberly, righteously, and godly in this present world; looking for the blessed hope and appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ; who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify for himself a people for his own possession, zealous for good works.

主耶稣！我自问, 我在等候的什么？主啊！我要更多思念天上的事, 更多思想天父的慈爱, 永恒荣耀的居所, 不能朽坏, 不能玷污, 不能衰残, 为我存留在天上的基业, 永不衰残的荣耀冠冕。

多2:9-10

劝仆人要顺服自己的主人、凡事讨他的喜欢．不可顶撞他．不可私拿东西．要显为忠诚、以致凡事尊荣我们救主神的道．

Exhort servants to be in subjection to their own masters, and to be well-pleasing in all things; not contradicting; not stealing, but showing all good fidelity; that they may adorn the doctrine of God, our Savior, in all things.

主耶稣！原来, 遵从圣经的教训, 就是在尊荣我们救主神的道。主啊！我们要在凡事上, 操练尊荣的文化, 尊敬师长, 尊重他人, 尊老爱幼, 做个有尊严的人。

多2:6-8

又劝少年人要谨守．你自己凡事要显出善行的榜样、在教训上要正直、端庄、言语纯全、无可指责、叫那反对的人、既无处可说我们的不是、便自觉羞愧。

Likewise, exhort the younger men to be sober minded;  in all things showing yourself an example of good works; in your teaching showing integrity, seriousness, incorruptibility, and soundness of speech that can't be condemned; that he who opposes you may be ashamed, having no evil thing to say about us.

主耶稣！是的, 我们常忘了教育他人之前, 要先学习作个受教者。我再次被提醒, 人跟从祢, 不是因为我们教导的道理有多好, 乃是看到我们所说所行是一致的。主啊！我要求自己, 在凡事要显出善行的榜样。

多2:1-4

但你所讲的、总要合乎那纯正的道理．劝老年人、要有节制、端庄、自守、在信心爱心忍耐上、都要纯全无疵。又劝不老年妇人、举止行动要恭敬、说谗言、不给酒作奴仆、用善道教训人．好指教少年妇人、爱丈夫、爱儿女。

But say the things which fit sound doctrine, that older men should be temperate, sensible, sober minded, sound in faith, in love, and in patience: and that older women likewise be reverent in behavior, not slanderers nor enslaved to much wine, teachers of that which is good, that they may train the young women to love their husbands, to love their children.

主耶稣！我在想, 老年人多年养成的生活作息, 说话的习惯, 已经成形, 要他们改变, 是不是太为难他们。主啊！我愿意顺服, 学习依靠圣灵的引导, 不强求他们一定要改变, 而是要求自己有耐心劝导他们。

21/9/2024 常说谎话

多1:12-14

有革哩底人中的一个本地先知说、『革哩底人常说谎话、乃是恶兽、又馋又懒．』这个见证是真的。所以你要严严的责备他们、使他们在真道上纯全无疵．不听犹太人荒渺的言语、和离弃真道之人的诫命。

One of them, a prophet of their own, said, "Cretans are always liars, evil beasts, and idle gluttons." This testimony is true. For this cause, reprove them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith, not paying attention to Jewish fables and commandments of men who turn away from the truth.

主耶稣！我看到, 这时代, 越来越多像革哩底的人, 上自国家元首, 宗教领袖, 专业人士, 科研人士, 上司, 员工, 商家, 连为人父母, 儿女, 夫妻, 都常说谎言。主啊！求祢救我和我家, 脱离这说谎者的网罗, 有决心, 勇气, 智慧, 活出诚实, 见证主道, 荣耀主名的人。

20/9/2024 败坏人的全家

多1:10-11

因为有许多人不服约束、说虚空话、欺哄人．那奉割礼的、更是这样。这些人的口总要堵住．他们因贪不义之财、将不该教导的教导人、败坏人的全家。

For there are also many unruly men, vain talkers and deceivers, especially those of the circumcision, whose mouths must be stopped; men who overthrow whole houses, teaching things which they ought not, for dishonest gain's sake.

主耶稣！我看到很可怕的一幕, 原来不法之徒的教导, 不只是一个人受害, 而是全家受害。主啊！求圣灵感动为父为母的, 凡是受到不法之徒的教育所影响的, 叫他们的心可以苏醒过来, 求圣灵引导他们归回正道。

19/9/2024 纯正的教训

真理生活化

多1:7-9

监督既是神的管家、必须无可指责、不任性、不暴躁、不因酒滋事、不打人、不贪无义之财、乐意接待远人、好善、庄重、公平、圣洁、自持．坚守所教真实的道理、就能将纯正的教训劝化人．又能把争辩的人驳倒了。

For the overseer must be blameless, as God's steward; not self-pleasing, not easily angered, not given to wine, not violent, not greedy for dishonest gain; but given to hospitality, a lover of good, sober minded, fair, holy, self-controlled; holding to the faithful word which is according to the teaching, that he may be able to exhort in the sound doctrine, and to convict those who contradict him.

主耶稣！我想起经上说, 大卫王, 按心中的纯正, 牧养他们, 用手中的巧妙, 引导他们。主啊！神的道是纯正的真理, 求圣灵照明我们的心, 有不纯正的心机, 心态, 求圣灵及时责备, 管教。有不正确的手法, 求圣灵及时感动专人来教导我。

18/9/2024 在各城设立长老

多1:5-6

我从前留你在革哩底、是要你将那没有办完的事都办整齐了、又照我所吩咐你的、在各城设立长老．若有无可指责的人、只作一个妇人的丈夫、儿女也是信主的、没有人告他们是放荡不服约束的、就可以设立。

I left you in Crete for this reason, that you would set in order the things that were lacking, and appoint elders in every city, as I directed you; if anyone is blameless, the husband of one wife, having children who believe, who are not accused of loose or unruly behavior.

主耶稣！我的领悟, 在各城设立长老, 是扩张属灵的疆界。主啊！愿在各城市中, 兴起长老, 有无可指责的人, 只作一个妇人的丈夫, 儿女也是信主的, 没有人告他们是放荡不服约束的, 教会就可以设立他们为长老。

15/9/2024 但愿这罪不归与他们

提后4:14-15

铜匠亚力山大多多的害我．主必照他所行的报应他。我初次申诉、没有人前来帮助、竟都离弃我．但愿这罪不归与他们。

Alexander, the coppersmith, did much evil to me. The Lord will repay him according to his works, At my first defense, no one came to help me, but all left me. May it not be held against them.

主耶稣！经文让我感受到使徒保罗心中的心酸, 不只是被恶人陷害, 还被友人给遗忘。我虽然没有像他一样的经历, 但是, 我也曾经被友人给诬蔑, 给遗忘。主啊！求祢医治我受伤的心灵, 求主赦免我对他们的抱怨。我不会再去追究, 追讨, 追算, 他们的债和亏欠。

14/9/0224 离世的时候

提后4:5-7

你却要凡事谨慎、忍受苦难、作传道的工夫、尽你的职分。我现在被浇奠、我离世的时候到了。那美好的仗我已经打过了．当跑的路我已经跑尽了．所信的道我已经守住了．

But you be sober in all things, suffer hardship, do the work of an evangelist, and fulfill your ministry. For I am already being offered, and the time of my departure has come. I have fought the good fight. I have finished the course. I have kept the faith.

主耶稣！我在思想, 每个人都会有离世的时候, 他们会留下什么？主啊！我离世的时候, 要给后代留下的是, 美好荣耀神的见证, 读经祷告的生活习惯, 和敬畏神的榜样。

提后4:3 

因为时候要到、人必厌烦纯正的道理．耳朵发痒、就随从自己的情欲、增添好些师傅．并且掩耳不听真道、偏向荒渺的言语。你却要凡事谨慎、忍受苦难、作传道的工夫、尽你的职分。

For the time will come when they will not listen to the sound doctrine, but, having itching ears, will heap up for themselves teachers after their own lusts; and will turn away their ears from the truth, and turn aside to fables. But you be sober in all things, suffer hardship, do the work of an evangelist, and fulfill your ministry.

主耶稣！是的, 时候要到, 然而, 我们总是不以为然。主啊！求圣灵教导我, 无时无刻都做好要见主的面的心理准备。

提后4:1-2

我在神面前、并在将来审判活人死人的基督耶稣面前、凭着他的显现和他的国度嘱咐你．务要传道．无论得时不得时、总要专心、并用百般的忍耐、各样的教训、责备人、警戒人、劝勉人。

I command you therefore before God and the Lord Jesus Christ, who will judge the living and the dead at his appearing and his Kingdom: preach the word; be urgent in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with all patience and teaching.

主耶稣！是的, 我们正是处在太多闲杂的事, 和太多使人分心声音, 不能专心传道。主啊！我在传道这件事上会更专心, 做好这一件事, 不被心中喜爱作的事工所取代。

提后3:16-17

圣经都是神所默示的、于教训、督责、使人归正、教导人学义、都是有益的．叫属神的人得以完全、预备行各样的善事。

Every Scripture is God-breathed and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.

主耶稣！我在思想, 我们有神所默示的圣经, 不认识圣经, 就会对神陌生, 不读圣经, 不可能更多认识神。主啊！认识神, 是人生就大的祝福, 我要更多阅读圣经, 求圣灵帮助我, 更多, 更深认识神的属性, 免得因得罪神, 失去神的荣耀。

10/9/2024 信基督耶稣有得救的智慧

提后3:13-15

只是作恶的、和迷惑人的、必越久越恶、他欺哄人也被人欺哄。但你所学习的、所确信的、要存在心里．因为你知道是跟谁学的．并且知道你是从小明白圣经．这圣经能使你因信基督耶稣有得救的智慧。

But evil men and impostors will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived. But you remain in the things which you have learned and have been assured of, knowing from whom you have learned them. From infancy, you have known the holy Scriptures which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith, which is in Christ Jesus.

主耶稣！信基督耶稣有得救的智慧, 主啊！我信祢是基督, 是有智慧的人, 谢谢你承担我的罪孽, 咒诅, 刑罚。我不需要另一外救主。我信圣灵借着圣徒所编写的圣经, 也不需要其他的经书。求圣灵教导我明白圣经中一切的真理。

提后3:10-12

但你已经服从了我的教训、品行、志向、信心、宽容、爱心、忍耐、以及我在安提阿、以哥念、路司得、所遭遇的逼迫、苦难．我所忍受是何等的逼迫．但从这一切苦难中、主都把我救出来了。不但如此、凡立志在基督耶稣里敬虔度日的、也都要受逼迫。-

But you did follow my teaching, conduct, purpose, faith, patience, love, steadfastness, persecutions, and sufferings: those things that happened to me at Antioch, Iconium, and Lystra. I endured those persecutions. Out of them all the Lord delivered me. Yes, and all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution.

主耶稣！立志在基督耶稣里敬虔度日, 我感到自己有不足之处。主啊！我所有的只是知道, 只听教训, 缺乏品行, 志向随意, 信心虚弱, 宽容不实, 爱心冷淡, 忍耐不足, 求主圣灵扶持我。

提后3:1-5

你该知道、末世必有危险的日子来到。因为那时人要专顾自己、贪爱钱财、自夸、狂傲、谤讟、违背父母、忘恩负义、心不圣洁、无亲情、不解怨、好说谗言、不能自约、性情凶暴、不爱良善、卖主卖友、任意妄为、自高自大、爱宴乐不爱神．有敬虔的外貌、却背了敬虔的实意．这等人你要躲开。

But know this, that in the last days, grievous times will come. For men will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, without natural affection, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, fierce, no lovers of good, traitors, headstrong, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God; holding a form of godliness, but having denied its power. Turn away from these, also.

主耶稣！我看到了末世, 危险的日子是什么样的。这里所说, 关于的末世的事, 几乎都已经发生了。主啊！我求圣灵天天充满我, 使我有儆醒的心, 躲开, 脱离这些文化, 不被污染, 不被同化。

7/9/2024 主的仆人不可争竞

提后2:23-25

惟有那愚拙无学问的辩论、总要弃绝．因为知道这等事是起争竞的。然而主的仆人不可争竞、只要温温和和的待众人、善于教导、存心忍耐、用温柔劝戒那抵挡的人．或者神给他们悔改的心、可以明白真道．

But refuse foolish and ignorant questionings, knowing that they generate strife. The Lord's servant must not quarrel, but be gentle towards all, able to teach, patient, in gentleness correcting those who oppose him: perhaps God may give them repentance leading to a full knowledge of the truth.

主耶稣！温温和和待众人, 温柔劝戒抵挡真道的人, 这些都是我所缺乏的。主啊！求圣灵天天充满我, 当面对争议, 争执时, 叫我的心思意念可以集焦在圣灵的同在, 有温柔的舌头, 温和的语气, 说合宣的话。

你要逃避少年的私欲、同那清心祷告主的人追求公义、信德、仁爱、和平。

Flee from youthful lusts; but pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart.

主耶稣！我看到了, 公义, 信德, 仁爱, 和平, 是清心祷告的人所要追求的。主啊！我在生活中, 遇见有霸凌, 欺凌时, 祈求圣灵启示, 教导我祷告, 活出公义, 信德, 仁爱, 和平。

5/9/2024 主认识谁是他的人

提后2:19-21

然而神坚固的根基立住了．上面有这印记说、主认识谁是他的人．又说、凡称呼主名的人、总要离开不义。在大户人家、不但有金器银器、也有木器瓦器．有作为贵重的、有作为卑贱的。人若自洁、脱离卑贱的事、就必作贵重的器皿、成为圣洁、合乎主用、预备行各样的善事。

However God's firm foundation stands, having this seal, "The Lord knows those who are his," and, "Let every one who names the name of the Lord depart from unrighteousness." Now in a large house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of clay. Some are for honor, and some for dishonor. If anyone therefore purges himself from these, he will be a vessel for honor, sanctified, and suitable for the master's use, prepared for every good work.

主耶稣！主认识谁是他的人, 我听见这话, 心中充满感恩, 眼泪不禁而流。主啊！我要报答主的救赎恩典, 我总要离开神眼中不义, 竭力脱离卑贱的事, 更要紧的是彼此切实相爱, 荣耀主名。

提后2:15-18

你当竭力、在神面前得蒙喜悦、作无愧的工人、按着正意分解真理的道。但要远避世俗的虚谈．因为这等人必进到更不敬虔的地步．他们的话如同毒疮、越烂越大．其中有许米乃和腓理徒．他们偏离了真道、说复活的事已过、就败坏好些人的信心。

Give diligence to present yourself approved by God, a workman who doesn't need to be ashamed, properly handling the Word of Truth. But shun empty chatter, for it will go further in ungodliness, and those words will consume like gangrene, of whom is Hymenaeus and Philetus; men who have erred concerning the truth, saying that the resurrection is already past, and overthrowing the faith of some.

主耶稣！我常说, 要作忠心良善的仆人, 这里提醒我, 要作无愧的工人, 要按着正意分解真理的道, 要远避世俗的虚谈。主啊！什么时候我在分解真理上有偏激, 偏差, 偏离, 什么时候喜爱世俗的虚谈, 求圣灵严历的管教我, 引我归回正道。

3/9/2024 不可为言语争辩

提后2:12-13

我们若能忍耐、也必和他一同作王．我们若不认他、他也必不认我们．我们纵然失信、他仍是可信的．因为他不能背乎自己。你要使众人回想这些事、在主面前嘱咐他们、不可为言语争辩．这是没有益处的、只能败坏听见的人。

If we endure, we will also reign with him. If we deny him, he also will deny us. If we are faithless, he remains faithful. He can't deny himself." Remind them of these things, charging them in the sight of the Lord, that they don't argue about words, to no profit, to the subverting of those who hear.

主耶稣！我没有任何悬念, 我知道所信的是谁, 祢是唯一, 独一的救赎主。除祢以外, 再也没有任何救赎主。主啊！任何为了祢的名, 救恩, 引起的争辩, 都对我没有意义。求圣灵引导我, 不参与争辩。

提后2:10-11

所以我为选民凡事忍耐、叫他们也可以得着那在基督耶稣里的救恩、和永远的荣耀。有可信的话说、我们若与基督同死、也必与他同活．

Therefore I endure all things for the chosen ones' sake, that they also may obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory. This saying is faithful: "For if we died with him, we will also live with him.

主耶稣！是的, 我要审查, 我对可信的话的认知度, 所听到的话的纯正度, 所了解的深度。主啊！我切实相信, 我所听见的, 我在基督耶稣里所得的救恩, 在世上与主同活, 同行, 同受苦难, 同死, 同得永远的荣耀的真理。阿们！
