弗4:1-3
我为主被囚的劝你们、既然蒙召、行事为人就当与蒙召的恩相称．凡事谦虚、温柔、忍耐、用爱心互相宽容、用和平彼此联络、竭力保守圣灵所赐合而为一的心。
I therefore, the prisoner in the Lord, beg you to walk worthily of the calling with which you were called, with all lowliness and humility, with patience, bearing with one another in love; being eager to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
主耶稣！我的心充满感恩, 我是白白蒙受神恩典的人。主啊！我要在凡事上活出与蒙恩相称的生命, 有内在的谦卑, 温柔, 宽容的心力, 外有联络, 竭力保守合一的能力。同时, 也有施恩于人的动力。
弗3:20-21
神能照着运行在我们心里的大力、充充足足的成就一切超过我们所求所想的．但愿他在教会中、并在基督耶稣里、得着荣耀、直到世世代代、永永远远。阿们。
Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to him be the glory in the assembly and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen.
主耶稣！我在思想, 我所求所想的有多少是为了满足私欲, 有多少是与神的旨意对齐。又有多少是在建立荣耀的教会。主啊！我看到, 若是我所求所想, 是与基督耶稣得着荣耀对齐, 神要在我身上成就的, 必超过我所求所想的。
弗3:14-16
因此。我在父面前屈膝、天上地上的各家、都是从他得名。求他按着他丰盛的荣耀、借着他的灵、叫你们心里的力量刚强起来。
For this cause, I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, from whom every family in heaven and on earth is named, that he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, that you may be strengthened with power through his Spirit in the inward man.
主耶稣！我明白了, 荣耀神需要心里刚强的力量。心里力量的源头, 来自神的灵和神的话。主啊！我为我家的成员祈求, 求圣灵大大浇灌, 叫我们全家的心, 都被神的爱大大的充满, 使我们心里的力量刚强, 拥有与神同行的信心。
弗3:12-13
我们因信耶稣、就在他里面放胆无惧、笃信不疑的来到神面前。所以我求你们、不要因我为你们所受的患难丧胆．这原是你们的荣耀。
in whom we have boldness and access in confidence through our faith in him. Therefore I ask that you may not lose heart at my troubles for you, which are your glory.
主耶稣！祢受苦, 受死, 复活, 这一切都是为了我们。借着祢所作的一切, 我们可以与神和好, 也恢复我们在天国里的身份, 和职份, 袮使我们得回所失去的荣耀。主啊！我要笃信不疑, 常来到神面前, 家人代求, 为要叫全家人得回荣耀， 且要在更多的事上, 尽心竭力, 不怨辛劳, 成为家人的祝福。
弗3:8-11
我本来比众圣徒中最小的还小．然而他还赐我这恩典、叫我把基督那测不透的丰富、传给外邦人．又使众人都明白、这历代以来隐藏在创造万物之神里的奥秘、是如何安排的. 为要借着教会、使天上执政的、掌权的、现在得知神百般的智慧．
To me, the very least of all saints, was this grace given, to preach to the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ, and to make all men see what is the administration of the mystery which for ages has been hidden in God, who created all things through Jesus Christ; to the intent that now through the assembly the manifold wisdom of God might be made known to the principalities and the powers in the heavenly places.
主耶稣！原来教会是神的奥秘, 要借着教会, 使天上执政的, 掌权的, 得知神百般的智慧。主啊！求祢赐给教会的领袖, 有天上来的智慧, 能力, 带领教会, 去完成教会的使命。也求我光照, 使我有聪明, 加入教会的事奉, 与教会共同享誉神的荣耀。
弗2:19-22
这样、你们不再作外人、和客旅、是与圣徒同国、是神家里的人了．并且被建造在使徒和先知的根基上、有基督耶稣自己为房角石．各房靠他联络得合式、渐渐成为主的圣殿．你们也靠他同被建造成为 神借着圣灵居住的所在。
So then you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but you are fellow citizens with the saints, and of the household of God, being built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus himself being the chief cornerstone; in whom the whole building, fitted together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord; in whom you also are built together for a habitation of God in the Spirit.
主耶稣！相信祢是基督, 蒙恩得救的人, 彼此相爱, 团契, 哪里就成为神借着圣灵居住的所在。主啊！这是何等奇妙, 万有主宰, 竟然住在我们当中。愿我的家也成为神借着圣灵居住的所在。
弗2:14-16
因他使我们和睦、将两下合而为一、拆毁了中间隔断的墙．而且以自己的身体、废掉冤仇、就是那记在律法上的规条．为要将两下、借着自己造成一个新人、如此便成就了和睦．既在十字架上灭了冤仇、便藉这十字架、使两下归为一体、与神和好了．
For he is our peace, who made both one, and broke down the middle wall of partition, having abolished in the flesh the hostility, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, that he might create in himself one new man of the two, making peace; and might reconcile them both in one body to God through the cross, having killed the hostility thereby.
主耶稣！祢为了我们与神和好, 付出代价, 拆毁了我们和神中间隔断的墙。叫我们可以与神和好。主啊！我们却偏偏喜欢在人与人之间筑墙, 求主赦免我的叛逆心理, 救我脱离肉身的恶行。我要凭爱心, 有信心和勇气, 智慧和能力, 拆除家中一切隔断的墙。先是自己架起的隔墙, 求圣灵来相助。
弗2:11-13
所以你们应当记念、你们从前按肉体是外邦人、是称为没受割礼的这名原是那些凭人手在肉身上称为受割礼之人所起的．那时、你们与基督无关、在以色列国民以外、在所应许的诸约上是局外人．并且活在世上没有指望、没有神。你们从前远离神的人、如今却在基督耶稣里、靠着他的血、已经得亲近了。
Therefore remember that once you, the Gentiles in the flesh, who are called "uncircumcision" by that which is called "circumcision," (in the flesh, made by hands); that you were at that time separate from Christ, alienated from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of the promise, having no hope and without God in the world. But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off are made near in the blood of Christ.
主耶稣！我特别留意到这句话, 所应许的诸约。神与亚伯拉罕, 摩西, 大卫立约, 凡约都要用血为印。主啊！感谢祢与我立永约, 祢流宝血为印记。因这约, 我可以与神和好, 可以亲近神。因这约, 我不再是外邦人, 乃是神家里的人。因这约, 我有永生的生命。因这约, 被圣灵重生, 充满。因这约, 我可以靠主天天喜乐 。
弗2:8-10
你们得救是本乎恩、也因着信、这并不是出于自己、乃是神所赐的．也不是出于行为、免得有人自夸。我们原是他的工作、在基督耶稣里造成的、为要叫我们行善、就是神所预备叫我们行的。
for by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before that we would walk in them.
主耶稣！我感到亏欠, 明知道该做的, 尤其是向着家人, 却没有去行, 不该做的, 反倒去行。主啊！我亏欠了神荣耀, 求神赦免我。我原是神的工作, 神造我, 原是为要我行善, 愿神借着我的手, 成为众人的祝福, 为主作见证, 传扬天国的福音。
弗2:4-5
然而神既有丰富的怜悯．因他爱我们的大爱、当我们死在过犯中的时候、便叫我们与基督一同活过来．（你们得救是本乎恩)他又叫我们与基督耶稣一同复活、一同坐在天上。
But God, being rich in mercy, for his great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead through our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up with him, and made us to sit with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus.
主耶稣！与基督一同活过来, 一同复活, 一同坐在天上。主啊！三个一同, 叫我的心雀跃, 我的诞生是真实, 我的重生是切实的, 我正在经历中, 我盼望的永生, 与祢一同坐在天上, 也是肯定的。
弗2:1-3
你们死在过犯罪恶之中、他叫你们活过来．那时、你们在其中行事为人随从今世的风俗、顺服空中掌权者的首领、就是现今在悖逆之子心中运行的邪灵．我们从前也都在他们中间、放纵肉体的私欲、随着肉体和心中所喜好的去行、本为可怒之子、和别人一样．
You were made alive when you were dead in transgressions and sins, in which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in the children of disobedience; among whom we also all once lived in the lust of our flesh, doing the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, even as the rest.
主耶稣！我看见了, 一旦邪灵在人心里运, 那人就会随肉体和心中所喜好的去行, 也会引诱他人去行。主啊！我为自己, 也为家人, 向神祈求, 常有圣灵的感动, 叫我和家人可以辨明邪灵的运行, 使我和家人可以倚靠圣灵, 顺从圣灵, 不会去放纵肉体的私欲, 伤害自己的身体, 和伤害家人的关系。
弗1:22
又将万有服在他的脚下、使他为教会作万有之首．教会是他的身体、是那充满万有者所充满的。
He put all things in subjection under his feet, and gave him to be head over all things for the assembly, which is his body, the fullness of him who fills all in all.
主耶稣！教会是祢的身体, 我们是教会的肢体。主啊！我承认, 我的生活作息, 在人面前的行为, 有亏欠神的荣耀的地方。偶尔有不满教会领袖的治理, 自己对教会的贡献少之又少, 又偏爱责怪教会不足之处。圣灵, 我的确得罪主的身体, 求主赦免。
弗1:16-18
就为你们不住的感谢神、祷告的时候、常提到你们．求我们主耶稣基督的 神、荣耀的父、将那赐人智慧和启示的灵、赏给你们、使你们真知道他．并且照明你们心中的眼睛、使你们知道他的恩召有何等指望．他在圣徒中得的基业、有何等丰盛的荣耀．
don't cease to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers, that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him; having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope of his calling, and what are the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints.
主耶稣！我的领悟, 要看见属灵的事, 需要心中的眼睛。要真知道神, 需要智慧和启示的灵。主啊！我祈求在读经, 祷告, 敬拜, 赞美神的时候, 常有圣灵的光照, 充满和启示。得到智慧, 知识, 聪明, 知道当行的事, 并且有足够的能力完成任务。
弗1:13-15
你们既听见真理的道、就是那叫你们得救的福音、也信了基督、既然信他、就受了所应许的圣灵为印记．这圣灵、是我们得基业的凭据、直等到神之民被赎、使他的荣耀得着称赞。
in whom you also, having heard the word of the truth, the Good News of your salvation--in whom, having also believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, who is a pledge of our inheritance, to the redemption of God's own possession, to the praise of his glory.
主耶稣！原来, 我们认罪悔改, 接受祢的救赎, 被圣灵重生时, 在我们的身上, 就会有圣灵的印记。主啊！这是我得荣耀的记号, 我为这记号献上感恩祭。以这印记为至宝。
弗1:6-8
使他荣耀的恩典得着称赞．这恩典是他在爱子里所赐给我们的。我们藉这爱子的血、得蒙救赎、过犯得以赦免、乃是照他丰富的恩典．这恩典是神用诸般智慧聪明、充充足足赏给我们的、
to the praise of the glory of his grace, by which he freely bestowed favor on us in the Beloved, in whom we have our redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace, which he made to abound toward us in all wisdom and prudence .
主耶稣！荣耀的恩典, 丰富的恩典, 是神用诸般智慧聪明, 充充足足赏给我们的。主啊！我领悟到, 我越多认识神的恩典, 越多认识神的智慧聪明, 也会越多靠神的恩典过生活, 越多晓得如何以恩典待人。
弗1:2-6
愿恩惠平安、从神我们的父、和主耶稣基督、归与你们。愿颂赞归与我们主耶稣基督的父神、他在基督里、曾赐给我们天上各样属灵的福气．就如神从创立世界以前、在基督里拣选了我们、使我们在他面前成为圣洁、无有瑕疵．又因爱我们、就按着自己意旨所喜悦的、预定我们、借着耶稣基督得儿子的名分。
Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy and without blemish before him in love; having predestined us for adoption as children through Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his desire.
主耶稣！我在想天上各样属灵的福气, 与我在地上生活有什么关联。我想到空中的飞鸟, 野地的花, 天父都眷顾。主啊！我的心就得着智慧, 我是天父的孩子, 在父神眼中是宝贝, 比飞鸟, 花朵, 更加宝贵。有全宇宙的神是我的父, 我还担心, 害怕什么呢？
加6:12-15
凡希图外貌体面的人、都勉强你们受割礼．无非是怕自己为基督的十字架受逼迫。他们那些受割礼的、连自己也不守律法．他们愿意你们受割礼、不过要借着你们的肉体夸口。但我断不以别的夸口、只夸我们主耶稣基督的十字架．因这十字架、就我而论、世界已经钉在十字架上．就世界而论、我已经钉在十字架上。受割礼不受割礼、都无关紧要、要紧的就是作新造的人。
As many as desire to look good in the flesh, they compel you to be circumcised; only that they may not be persecuted for the cross of Christ. For even they who receive circumcision don't keep the law themselves, but they desire to have you circumcised, that they may boast in your flesh.But far be it from me to boast, except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world. For in Christ Jesus neither is circumcision anything, nor uncircumcision, but a new creation.
主耶稣！我看到信徒因教会宗派的规章, 分门别类, 高举自己的宗派, 而言语行为, 行事为人, 却与主的教导, 背道而驰, 成了未信主的绊脚石。主啊！我承认, 曾犯上同样的错误, 祈求神赦免我。求圣灵帮助我, 在生活中更多活出基督的生命。
加6:9-10
我们行善、不可丧志．若不灰心、到了时候、就要收成。所以有了机会、就当向众人行善．向信徒一家的人更当这样。
Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don't give up.
So then, as we have opportunity, let's do what is good toward all men, and especially toward those who are of the household of the faith.
主耶稣！我自我反省, 看见我对家人善行的盲点, 向外人行善很积极, 很慷慨, 对家人的态度却不一样。主啊！我向神认罪, 承认我对家人缺乏耐心, 容易丧失向家人行善的心志。求圣灵充满我的心, 感动我的良知, 晓得如何以无私的爱去关怀家人。
加6:6-8
在道理上受教的、当把一切需用的供给施教的人。不要自欺、神是轻慢不得的．人种的是甚么、收的也是甚么。顺着情欲撒种的、必从情欲收败坏．顺着圣灵撒种的、必从圣灵收永生。
But let him who is taught in the word share all good things with him who teaches. Don't be deceived. God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption. But he who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life.
主耶稣！我越发回想, 我过去众多的决定, 所作的决定, 许多是出于一时的冲动, 完全没有去想是否有荣耀神的名。主啊！我承认, 在许多事情上亏欠神的荣耀, 爱挑人的不是, 弱点, 不善于表达感恩, 有自私的心态, 求主赦免。
加6:3-5
人若无有、自己还以为有、就是自欺了。各人应当察验自己的行为、这样、他所夸的就专在自己、不在别人了。因为各人必担当自己的担子。
For if a man thinks himself to be something when he is nothing, he deceives himself. But let each man test his own work, and then he will take pride in himself and not in his neighbor. For each man will bear his own burden.
主耶稣！今早, 我察验自己的行为, 回忆过去, 我认为我是信靠主的人, 结果发现到, 其实, 许多场合, 情景, 我有的信心只是脑海里的知识。主啊！求神赦免我的小信, 疑惑, 胆怯, 有时候还带着不信 。我承认我有倚靠自己的惯性, 求圣灵帮助我走出太自信的毛病。
加6:1-2
弟兄们、若有人偶然被过犯所胜、你们属灵的人、就当用温柔的心、把他挽回过来．又当自己小心、恐怕也被引诱。你们各人的重担要互相担当、如此、就完全了基督的律法。
Brothers, even if a man is caught in some fault, you who are spiritual must restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness; looking to yourself so that you also aren't tempted. Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.
主耶稣！过去我认为各人的重担, 不关我的事。今天, 经上说：各人的重担要互相担当, 如此, 就完全了基督的律法。主啊！求圣灵加添智慧, 晓得如何分担他人的重担, 尤其是家里的人。同时, 有足够的谋略, 在分担他人的重担时, 不把他们的重担变成自身的重担。
加5:24-26
凡属基督耶稣的人、是已经把肉体、连肉体的邪情私欲、同钉在十字架上了。我们若是靠圣灵得生、就当靠圣灵行事。不要贪图虚名、彼此惹气、互相嫉妒。
Those who belong to Christ have crucified the flesh with its passions and lusts. If we live by the Spirit, let's also walk by the Spirit. Let's not become conceited, provoking one another, and envying one another.
主耶稣 ！彼此惹气, 对我有特别的感触。回想, 我们的情绪是多么容易被一点小事所牵动。主啊！我祈求圣灵充满, 遇见惹气的环节时, 能及时以谦卑的心回应, 能有降服神的话为首的思维, 有心力及时制止心里的气, 有节制力禁止我的口不说气话。
加5:22-23
圣灵所结的果子、就是仁爱、喜乐、和平、忍耐、恩慈、良善、信实、温柔、节制．这样的事、没有律法禁止。
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience,
kindness, goodness, faith,
gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law.
主耶稣！我在想种和收的律, 我领悟到, 圣灵住在我里面, 这些果子也在我里面。主啊！当我看到某个人, 或是自己, 需要喜乐, 和平, 忍耐, 恩慈, 良善, 信实, 温柔, 节制的时候, 就要立即求告圣灵的浇灌, 求圣灵常常不止感动我的良心, 叫我多结圣灵的果子。
加5:19-20
情欲的事, 都是显而易见的. 就如奸淫, 污秽, 邪荡, 嫉妒, 凶杀, 醉酒, 荒宴等类, 我从前告诉你们, 现在又告诉你们, 行这样事的人, 必不能承受神的国。
Now the works of the flesh are obvious, which are: adultery, sexual immorality, uncleanness, lustfulness, envyings, murders, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these; of which I forewarn you, even as I also forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit the Kingdom of God.
主耶稣！早上的经文, “嫉妒”这两个字非常的强眼。嫉妒, 是如此严重, 足以影响人不能承受神的国。让我想起可拉党, 嫉妒摩西和亚伦。主啊！祈求圣灵光照, 不叫我的心对上位者, 和有才能, 权势, 身份的人士, 有任何的嫉妒。
加5:16-17
我说、你们当顺着圣灵而行、就不放纵肉体的情欲了。因为情欲和圣灵相争、圣灵和情欲相争．这两个是彼此相敌、使你们不能作所愿意作的。
But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you won't fulfill the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, that you may not do the things that you desire.
主耶稣！我看见了, 若是要不放纵肉体的情欲, 就必须学习顺着圣灵而行, 同时, 我也看见, 若是要顺着圣灵而行, 必须先要有愿意作的心。主啊！我愿意在更多的时候, 不让肉体的情欲有机会获得成功。我愿意在更多的事上顺从圣灵的感动, 在更多的事上, 聚焦思想, 专注在凡事想要荣耀神的名。
加5:13-15
弟兄们、你们蒙召、是要得自由．只是不可将你们的自由当作放纵情欲的机会．总要用爱心互相服事。因为全律法都包在爱人如己这一句话之内了。你们要谨慎．若相咬相吞、只怕要彼此消灭了。
For you, brothers, were called for freedom. Only don't use your freedom for gain to the flesh, but through love be servants to one another. For the whole law is fulfilled in one word, in this: "You shall love your neighbor as yourself." But if you bite and devour one another, be careful that you don't consume one another.
主耶稣！原来我们蒙神选召是要叫我们得自由, 可以脱离奴隶的生活。主啊！我不再害怕, 不再感到蒙羞, 自卑, 不在恐惧不安下渡日。我不再需要与人比较, 想要证明自己有多好。我要更专心珍惜自己与神的关系, 活出为神孩子的荣美生命, 可以自由自在地在世上过正直, 诚实, 喜爱行公义和善行的生活。
加5:1
基督释放了我们、叫我们得以自由、所以要站立得稳、不要再被奴仆的轭挟制。我保罗告诉你们、若受割礼、基督就与你们无益了。我再指着凡受割礼的人确实的说、他是欠着行全律法的债。你们这要靠律法称义的、是与基督隔绝、从恩典中坠落了。
Stand firm therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and don't be entangled again with a yoke of bondage. Behold, I, Paul, tell you that if you receive circumcision, Christ will profit you nothing. Yes, I testify again to every man who receives circumcision, that he is a debtor to do the whole law. You are alienated from Christ, you who desire to be justified by the law. You have fallen away from grace.
主耶稣！感谢主圣灵的光照, 再次唤醒我, 我是在律法中生活, 却是靠主恩典存留的人。主啊！我是蒙恩得救的人, 我要更多高举的是主全备, 丰盛的恩典。
加4:17-19
那些人热心待你们、却不是好意、是要离间〔原文作“把你们关在外面”〕你们、叫你们热心待他们。在善事上、常用热心待人、原是好的、却不单我与你们同在的时候才这样。我小子阿、我为你们再受生产之苦、直等到基督成形在你们心里．
They zealously seek you in no good way. No, they desire to alienate you, that you may seek them. But it is always good to be zealous in a good cause, and not only when I am present with you. My little children, of whom I am again in travail until Christ is formed in you
主耶稣！我在思想, 我有多渴慕基督成形在我心里？基督成形在我心里, 我会有什么样的外在体现？主啊！我深知基督成形在我心里, 我的外在就有行公义, 不胆怯, 好怜悯, 不定罪, 存谦卑, 好学习, 就能活出与神同行的生命。
加4:15-16
你们当日所夸的福气在哪里呢．那时你们若能行、就是把自己的眼睛剜出来给我、也都情愿．这是我可以给你们作见证的。如今我将真理告诉你们、就成了你们的仇敌么。
What was the blessing you enjoyed? For I testify to you that, if possible, you would have plucked out your eyes and given them to me. So then, have I become your enemy by telling you the truth?
主耶稣！我想到我的过去, 亏欠了教导我的牧师和导师。当时, 他们给我的教诲, 原是为了我的好处, 我也曾以他们为荣。但, 却是为了一件事对他们不满, 就厌烦他们。主啊！求神赦免, 医治我的心病, 拯救我, 叫我脱离偏激的自我保护。叫我不再把训诲我的良师视为敌人。
加4:9-11
现在你们既然认识神、更可说是被神所认识的、怎么还要归回那懦弱无用的小学、情愿再给他作奴仆呢。你们谨守日子、月分、节期、年分。我为你们害怕．惟恐我在你们身上是枉费了工夫。
But now that you have come to know God, or rather to be known by God, why do you turn back again to the weak and miserable elemental principles, to which you desire to be in bondage all over again? You observe days, months, seasons, and years. I am afraid for you, that I might have wasted my labor for you.
主耶稣！原来宗教信仰里存着人造的懦弱无用的小学, 教会宗派为了各自的主义, 也制订了不必有的条规, 强制要求会友遵守某种形式的衣装, 禁欲, 守节。 主啊！求神赦免教会宗派领袖, 为了巩固自己的势力, 作了糊涂事。求主祝福他们的心灵苏醒, 有力量修复过去的错误。
