箴17:22,27
喜乐的心、乃是良药．忧伤的灵、使骨枯干。寡少言语的有知识．性情温良的有聪明。
A cheerful heart makes good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones. He who spares his words has knowledge. He who is even tempered is a man of understanding.
主耶稣！祢已将又宝贵又极大的应许赐给我们，叫我们既脱离世上从情欲来的败坏，就得与神的性情有分。主啊！心病叫人从神的性情中滑落，谢谢祢的话，我要作性情温良聪明人，心中常充满感恩，感谢，有满足的喜乐。叫一切的疾病远离我。

29/12/2018 父亲们，不要再推卸责任

箴17:6，21，25
子孙为老人的冠冕．父亲是儿女的荣耀。生愚昧子的、必自愁苦．愚顽人的父、毫无喜乐。愚昧子使父亲愁烦、使母亲忧苦。
Children's children are the crown of old men; the glory of children are their parents. He who becomes the father of a fool grieves. The father of a fool has no joy. A foolish son brings grief to his father, and bitterness to her who bore him.
主耶稣！年幼儿女以父母为荣，父母是他们效法的榜样。上不正，下梁歪，若父亲没有设立好榜样，没有及时管教孩子，孩子成了愚昧子，不是孩子出问题，仍是家庭出问题。主啊！多少的母亲因孩子心中忧苦，父亲因孩子愁烦。为父的失责，还怪责妻子，怪责学校老师，求祢赦免。求神启示父亲，加添力量和智慧给父亲，有勇气向家人认错，承认自身的亏欠，不再推卸责任，重建家的根基。

28/12/2018 我的家像什么？

箴17:1
设筵满屋、大家相争、不如有块干饼、大家相安。
Better is a dry morsel with quietness, than a house full of feasting with strife.
主耶稣！我观看现代化的家里，所需要的电器家具都具备齐全，也不缺乏粮食。家人同在一个屋檐下，面对面谈话的时间越来越少，虽然没有相争，关系却是越来越冷漠。主啊！求祢施恩，拯救我的家，脱离世俗的价值观，不再继续活在冷漠中自乐。叫我的心火热，积极参与家人的活动。积极主动为家人设计团体生活的节目，积极为家人建立美好关系来守望和祷告。

27/12/2018 选择生命

箴16:16，21-23
得智慧胜似得金子．选聪明强如选银子。人有智慧就有生命的泉源．愚昧人必被愚昧惩治。心中有智慧、必称为通达人．嘴中的甜言、加增人的学问。
智慧人的心、教训他的口、又使他的嘴、增长学问。
How much better it is to get wisdom than gold! Yes, to get understanding is to be chosen rather than silver. Understanding is a fountain of life to one who has it, but the punishment of fools is their folly. The wise in heart shall be called prudent. Pleasantness of the lips promotes instruction. The heart of the wise instructs his mouth, and adds learning to his lips.
主耶稣！谢谢祢的教诲，一切所得，都要以智慧为首，尤其是在工作和生意上。主啊！求祢的话引导我，在赚取财富，取财有道。不贪心，不占人的便宜，不欺诈，不贿赂，不奉承。凡事都以诚信，卓越，专业的态度去服事，叫神的名得荣耀。

箴16:7
人所行的若蒙耶和华喜悦、耶和华也使他的仇敌与他和好。
When a man's ways please Yahweh, he makes even his enemies to be at peace with him.
主耶稣！祢看到那些故意与我作对，故意刁难我，攻击我，甚至想要陷害我。主啊！我行蒙祢喜悦的事，不计算他们的恶，为他们的过犯，替他们向祢求怜悯。不追讨他们所亏欠的。主啊！有一天，他们悔改的时候，求祢加添我所需要的信心和爱心，接受他们为朋友。

25/12/2018 谋略到交托

箴16:2-3
人一切所行的、在自己眼中看为清洁．惟有耶和华衡量人心。你所作的、要交托耶和华、你所谋的、就必成立。
All the ways of a man are clean in his own eyes; but Yahweh weighs the motives. Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed.
主耶稣！我记得圣经的教诲，一生的果效，由心发出。感谢祢，赐给我有谋略的思维，可以探讨事务。主啊！我要提升我的责任感，对人对神负责，在进行认为对的事上，同时省察我的心，我的动机，是益人利己，或只想满足自己的欲望。我尽当尽的责任去谋略，仍要把所谋的交托，在最后一刻，若是主要改变，我要顺服。求主悦纳，我听所作的。

24/12/2018 诚实面对自己

箴15:8-9
恶人献祭、为耶和华所憎恶．正直人祈祷、为他所喜悦。恶人的道路、为耶和华所憎恶．追求公义的、为他所喜爱。
The sacrifice made by the wicked is an abomination to Yahweh, but the prayer of the upright is his delight. The way of the wicked is an abomination to Yahweh, but he loves him who follows after righteousness.
主耶稣！耶和华喜悦燔祭和平安祭，岂如喜悦人听从他的话呢。听命胜于献祭，顺从胜于公羊的脂油。原来人的心不纯正，任何以服事神的名义所做的事，都是神所不喜悦的。主啊！求神赦免我们的软弱，许多时候我们只有以神的名进行宗教活动，却没有内在与神有亲密关系。奉神的名去宣教，却没有认真祷告寻求主的面。有去崇拜，却无心敬拜。有去教会，却没有与弟兄姐妹建立彼此相爱的生活。求神在金钱上的祝福，却没有奉献，也没有供给家人。

23/12/2018 谦卑带来尊荣

箴15:5，31-33
愚妄人藐视父亲的管教．领受责备的、得着见识。听从生命责备的、必常在智慧人中。弃绝管教的、轻看自己的生命．听从责备的、却得智慧。敬畏耶和华、是智慧的训诲．尊荣以前、必有谦卑。
A fool despises his father's correction, but he who heeds reproof shows prudence. The ear that listens to reproof lives, and will be at home among the wise. He who refuses correction despises his own soul, but he who listens to reproof gets understanding. The fear of Yahweh teaches wisdom. Before honor is humility.
主耶稣！管教和责备可以考验人的心，是否存在着骄傲。愚妄人藐视父亲的管教，因为心中缺少谦卑，结果给自己带来羞愧。主啊！我看重自己的生命，我珍惜我的生命，求祢不要任凭我，我要以谦卑的心，正面的思维和态度，来回应任何人对我的责备和管教。

22/12/2018 心先要柔和

箴15:1,2,4
回答柔和、使怒消退．言语暴戾、触动怒气。智慧人的舌、善发知识．愚昧人的口、吐出愚昧。温良的舌、是生命树．乖谬的嘴、使人心碎。
A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger. The tongue of the wise commends knowledge, but the mouth of fools gush out folly. A gentle tongue is a tree of life, but deceit in it crushes the spirit.
主耶稣！心烦，心慌，心急，口齿就不清。心刚硬，心狂妄，口气越大。主啊！我把我的心全然献上，将心归祢，让祢来修理干净。除去我心中的不安，污垢，贪婪，恶心。我将祢的话藏在心里，让祢的话净洁我的心灵。愿我的心越来越柔和谦卑，我口中的言语有盐调和。

21/12/2018 绳之以法

箴14:34
公义使邦国高举．罪恶是人民的羞辱。
Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a disgrace to any people.
主耶稣！诚实从地而生、公义从天而现。主啊！祝福国家政府以诚实制定劳工法令，雇用法令，保护家庭法令。求祢加添力量给执行者，保守他们心中的正直，也求祢揭穿被金钱收买的政府官员，将他们和同谋绳之以法。在不公义之下受审判的人，求祢来拯救。

20/12/2018 人都当被尊重

箴14:31
欺压贫寒的、是辱没造他的主．怜悯穷乏的、乃是尊敬主。
He who oppresses the poor shows contempt for his Maker, but he who is kind to the needy honors him.
主耶稣！耶和华神造人，是照神的形象，有神的尊荣。不尊重神所造的人，好比在辱没造他的神。主啊！求祢赦免我过去对家人，对家佣，对上司，对同事，对员工，对弱势者有不尊重的态度。我寻求主的帮助，建立同理心，有好怜悯，行公义，且存谦卑的心与主同行。

19/12/2018 管理情绪高手

箴14:29-30
不轻易发怒的、大有聪明．性情暴躁的、大显愚妄。心中安静、是肉体的生命．嫉妒是骨中的朽烂。
He who is slow to anger has great understanding, but he who has a quick temper displays folly. The life of the body is a heart at peace, but envy rots the bones.
主耶稣！祢教导我们生气却不要犯罪，不可含怒到日落。摩西生气，进不了迦南美地。约拿生气，面对神的责备。主啊！我要紧紧倚靠圣灵，结圣灵的果子，成为管理情绪高手，不轻易发怒。

18/12/2018 敬畏耶和华神的祝福

箴14:26-27
敬畏耶和华的、大有倚靠．他的儿女、也有避难所。敬畏耶和华、就是生命的泉源、可以使人离开死亡的网罗。
In the fear of Yahweh is a secure fortress, and he will be a refuge for his children. The fear of Yahweh is a fountain of life, turning people from the snares of death.
主耶稣！我们不可能全天候守护着我们的儿女，不会遇到恶人。主啊！我确信，有耶和华神差派的天使，四面围绕我和家人，有耶和华神的荣光，照明我们的路径。有耶和华神的信实，供应我们一切所需用的。有耶和华神为我们家族的神，是最大的祝福。

17/12/2018 自欺与诡计是手掌的两面

箴14:2,8
行动正直的、敬畏耶和华．行事乖僻的、却藐视他。通达人的智慧、在乎明白己道．愚昧人的愚妄、乃是诡诈。
He who walks in his uprightness fears Yahweh, but he who is perverse in his ways despises him. The wisdom of the prudent is to think about his way, but the folly of fools is deceit.
主耶稣！人缺乏耐心去思考，只喜欢听人的分享。只想有人提供分析，懒得去探索。照搬他人的理解为己见。主啊！通达人的智慧、在乎明白己道。我不再自欺，我要确定自己所有的知识是实在，所分享的信息是真实，所传讲的是亲身经历。不自欺也没有诡诈的成份。

16/12/2018 家室毁于自己的手

箴14:1
智慧妇人、建立家室．愚妄妇人、亲手拆毁。
Every wise woman builds her house, but the foolish one tears it down with her own hands.
主耶稣！我明白了，家室的兴亡都是出于自己的手，外人可以通过各种手段，手法，想尽一切来破坏家庭，若不是妻子的参与，恶人的计谋就不会成功。主啊！求祢的拯救临到将要决裂的家庭，叫作妻子在主里兴起，奉主名赶除撒旦，邪灵，拯救家庭。

15/12/2018 小心愚昧人的传染

 箴13:16,20
凡通达人都凭知识行事．愚昧人张扬自己的愚昧。 与智慧人同行的、必得智慧．和愚昧人作伴的、必受亏损。
Every prudent man acts from knowledge, but a fool exposes folly. One who walks with wise men grows wise, but a companion of fools suffers harm.
主耶稣！我观察周围的朋友，有好些有学问的知识分子，但是，他们好表现，喜爱张扬自己的成功。主啊！成为有知识的通达人是我的愿望。求祢祝福，加添给我有更多的知识，也让我看明愚昧人，避免成为他们的一份子。

14/12/2018 父与子的智慧

箴13:1，18，24
智慧子听父亲的教训．亵慢人不听责备。弃绝管教的、必致贫受辱．领受责备的、必得尊荣。
不忍用杖打儿子的、是恨恶他．疼爱儿子的、随时管教。
A wise son listens to his father's instruction, but a scoffer doesn't listen to rebuke.  Poverty and shame come to him who refuses discipline, but he who heeds correction shall be honored. One who spares the rod hates his son, but one who loves him is careful to discipline him.
主耶稣！有智慧的父亲，随时管教儿女。儿女乐意领受管教，成为智慧子。主啊！愿我家族的 每个作父亲，都与圣灵同行，成为有智慧的父亲。也愿我家每个子孙，都乐意与父亲同行，成为智慧子 。

13/12/2018 唯有品格使人居高位

箴12:24
殷勤人的手必掌权．懒惰的人必服苦。
The hands of the diligent ones shall rule, but laziness ends in slave labor.
主耶稣！我晓得才能可以领人到高位，唯有好品格能使人居高位。也唯有，诚实，仁慈和公义能够让执政掌权者不被推翻。主啊！有些掌权者在恶事上殷勤，却在善事上懒惰。我向祢申冤，求祢显出祢的审判临到他们身上。叫行公义，好怜悯，存谦卑心的领袖，勇敢回应神的呼召，进入命定，殷勤以仁慈，诚实和公义事奉耶和华神和神的百姓。

12/12/2018 智慧人的舌头

箴12:14，18-19
人因口所结的果子、必饱得美福．人手所作的、必为自己的报应。说话浮躁的、如刀刺人．智慧人的舌头、却为医人的良药。口吐真言、永远坚立．舌说谎话、只存片时。
A man shall be satisfied with good by the fruit of his mouth. The work of a man's hands shall be rewarded to him. There is one who speaks rashly like the piercing of a sword, but the tongue of the wise heals. Truth's lips will be established forever, but a lying tongue is only momentary.
主耶稣！我晓得心里充满的，口里就说出来。心里有苦毒，口中有恶言。心中有抱怨，口里有怨言。心里有贪婪，口中有谄媚。心里有报复，口中有蜜语。主啊！求祢启示我，我要有智慧人的舌头，心中有盼望，口中有安慰。心中有真爱，口中有真言。

11/12/2018 效法义人的家道

箴12:3，7-8
人靠恶行不能坚立．义人的根必不动摇。恶人倾覆、归于无有．义人的家、必站得住。恶人想得坏人的网罗．义人的根、得以结实。
A man shall not be established by wickedness, but the root of the righteous shall not be moved. The wicked are overthrown, and are no more, but the house of the righteous shall stand. The wicked desires the plunder of evil men, but the root of the righteous flourishes.
主耶稣！日光之下，没有新事，义人的家，蒙神眷顾而兴盛，恶人的家，被撒旦掳掠而衰落。主啊！我家的根基建立在基督的磐石上，我不羡慕恶人的权势，我要追随义人的道路，效法义人的家道。

箴12:4
才德的妇人、是丈夫的冠冕．贻羞的妇人、如同朽烂在他丈夫的骨中。
A worthy woman is the crown of her husband, but a disgraceful wife is as rottenness in his bones.
主耶稣！家人有微妙的关系。父亲以荣耀神为荣，妻子以尊荣丈夫为荣，丈夫以妻子的美德为荣，儿女以尊重父母为荣。这是神的国度降临在我们的家。主啊！愿家中的男人兴起，刚强壮胆，带领家人行光明的路。愿家中的妇人兴起，脱离虚假的荣光。愿家中的青年兴起，追求真实，美善，纯正，可称赞的美名。

9/12/2018 管教和责备中有宝贝

箴12:1
喜爱管教的、就是喜爱知识．恨恶责备的、却是畜类。
Whoever loves correction loves knowledge, but he who hates reproof is stupid.
主耶稣！原来管教和责备中有宝贝。主啊！我认识自己的情绪，我在被责备和受管教时，经常会有情绪化的反应，求主圣灵来医治我过去创伤的心灵。我愿意靠主的恩典，无条件去饶恕那伤害我的人，叫我的情绪化得到完全的医治和释放。使我面对责备和管教时，心中有安全感，不慌，不乱，不急，心中充满感恩，不气愤，不怨恨，口里充满感谢。

箴11:28-31
倚仗自己财物的、必跌倒．义人必发旺如青叶。扰害己家的、必承受清风．愚昧人必作慧心人的仆人。义人所结的果子、就是生命树．有智慧的必能得人。看哪、义人在世尚且受报、何况恶人和罪人呢。
He who trusts in his riches will fall, but the righteous shall flourish as the green leaf. He who troubles his own house shall inherit the wind. The foolish shall be servant to the wise of heart. The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life. He who is wise wins souls. Behold, the righteous shall be repaid in the earth; how much more the wicked and the sinner!
主耶稣！倚靠神的人被称为义人和慧心人，倚仗自己的人被称为愚昧人，恶人和罪人。前者要承受丰盛，后者必承受清风。主啊！我要作个慧心人，成为义的仆人，不作罪的奴仆。我要拥有预备随时见主面的心和智慧。

箴11:24-25
有施散的、却更增添．有吝惜过度的、反致穷乏。好施舍的、必得丰裕．滋润人的、必得滋润。
There is one who scatters, and increases yet more. There is one who withholds more than is appropriate, but gains poverty. The liberal soul shall be made fat. He who waters shall be watered also himself.
主耶稣！ 祢教导我们祷告。愿祢的旨意行在地上，如同行在天上。主啊！这是天国定律的，施比受，更为有福，凡遵循天国定律的，必不缺乏。凡是愿意成为他人的祝福，必蒙神的喜乐。

6/12/2018 走正路合家喜乐

箴11:3，5，6，10，11
正直人的纯正、必引导自己．奸诈人的乖僻、必毁灭自己。完全人的义、必指引他的路．但恶人必因自己的恶跌倒。正直人的义、必拯救自己．奸诈人必陷在自己的罪孽中。义人得脱离患难、有恶人来代替他。义人享福、合城喜乐．恶人灭亡、人都欢呼。
The integrity of the upright shall guide them, but the perverseness of the treacherous shall destroy them. The righteousness of the blameless will direct his way, but the wicked shall fall by his own wickedness. The righteousness of the upright shall deliver them, but the unfaithful will be trapped by evil desires. A righteous person is delivered out of trouble, and the wicked takes his place. When it goes well with the righteous, the city rejoices. When the wicked perish, there is shouting.
主耶稣！人心正，路也正，家也有光，国也兴盛。主啊！我把祢的话存在心里，求祢的道在我的心中引导我，求祢的灵在我的心中感动我。叫我享福，合家喜乐。

5/12/2018 我以神得喜悦为我的满足

箴11:1-2
诡诈的天平、为耶和华所憎恶．公平的法码、为他所喜悦。骄傲来、羞耻也来．谦逊人却有智慧。
A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, but accurate weights are his delight. When pride comes, then comes shame, but with humility comes wisdom.
主耶稣！骄傲会产生双重标准，而双重标准是天父所憎恶的。所以无论何事，我们愿意人怎样待我们，我们也要先怎样待人，因为这就是律法和先知的道理。主啊！我要以神得喜悦为我的满足。

4/12/2018 传承有法则

箴10:22
耶和华所赐的福、使人富足、并不加上忧虑。
Yahweh's blessing brings wealth, and he adds no trouble to it.
主耶稣！我看到上一代得到了物质上的财富，却是常常为着如何有效的传承而烦恼。有高智商的父母，常常为着儿女的学习成长而担忧。主啊！
求祢将正确传承的法则向我心中显明，我要将物质的财富分别出来，任何来自不公义，不正直的财富，我要归还。我也要将孩子分别出来，奉献在祢面前，教导他们敬畏耶和华神的名。遵循神的法则使我的富足，没有忧虑。

箴10:19-21，31-32
多言多语难免有过．禁止嘴唇是有智慧。义人的舌、乃似高银．恶人的心所值无几。义人的口教养多人．愚昧人因无知而死亡。义人的口、滋生智慧．乖谬的舌、必被割断。义人的嘴、能令人喜悦．恶人的口、说乖谬的话。
In the multitude of words there is no lack of disobedience, but he who restrains his lips does wisely. The tongue of the righteous is like choice silver. The heart of the wicked is of little worth. The lips of the righteous feed many, but the foolish die for lack of understanding. The mouth of the righteous brings forth wisdom, but the perverse tongue will be cut off. The lips of the righteous know what is acceptable, but the mouth of the wicked is perverse.
主耶稣！人说话，撒旦在听，神也在听。合撒旦喜欢的话，带给人咒诅。合神喜悦的话，带给人祝福。主啊！我与人交谈，说话，求祢的灵在我心中运行。我若心里有不正不义，脑海里有指责，论断，控告，等句子，求圣灵相助，有能力禁止舌头，直等到心被爱所充满。

2/12/2018 是检查嘴舌的日子

箴10:3，4，6，8，11。14
耶和华不使义人受饥饿．恶人所欲的他必推开。 手懒的、要受贫穷．手勤的、却要富足。福祉临到义人的头．强暴蒙蔽恶人的口。心中智慧的、必受命令．口里愚妄的、必致倾倒。义人的口是生命的泉源．强暴蒙蔽恶人的口。智慧人积存知识．愚妄人的口速致败坏。
Yahweh will not allow the soul of the righteous to go hungry, but he thrusts away the desire of the wicked. He becomes poor who works with a lazy hand, but the hand of the diligent brings wealth. Blessings are on the head of the righteous, but violence covers the mouth of the wicked. The wise in heart accept commandments, but a chattering fool will fall.
The mouth of the righteous is a spring of life, but violence covers the mouth of the wicked.
Wise men lay up knowledge, but the mouth of the foolish is near ruin.
主耶稣！常听人说，病从口入，祸从口出。主祢的话说，愚昧人的口速致败坏，义人的口是生命的泉源。主啊！我要在口舌上建立好习惯，回想从所说的话来检查我的心，免得我变成了愚昧的人，还不晓得。

1/12/2018 死后且有审判

箴9:17-18
偷来的水是甜的、暗吃的饼是好的。人却不知有阴魂在他那里．他的客在阴间的深处。
"Stolen water is sweet. Food eaten in secret is pleasant." But he doesn't know that the dead are there, that her guests are in the depths of Sheol.
主耶稣！按着定命，人人都有一死，死后且有审判。于是海交出其中的死人，死亡和阴间也交出其中的死人，他们都照各人所行的受审判。我们所说，每一句话，所做的，每一件事，在那一天，每个人都会来到神的台前。都要为所说，所做的向神负责。主啊！求祢赐给我敬畏神的灵，智慧，知识，谋略，聪明的灵。

30/11/2018 我是智慧人吗？

箴9:7-9
指斥亵慢人的、必受辱骂．责备恶人的、必被玷污。不要责备亵慢人、恐怕他恨你．要责备智慧人、他必爱你。教导智慧人、他就越发有智慧．指示义人、他就增长学问。
He who corrects a mocker invites insult. He who reproves a wicked man invites abuse. Don't reprove a scoffer, lest he hate you. Reprove a wise man, and he will love you. Instruct a wise man, and he will be still wiser. Teach a righteous man, and he will increase in learning.
主耶稣！我问我自己， 我是智慧人吗？神用圣经，借助长辈，透过家人，朋友，同事，和不认识的人，都责备过我。我的反应不一。主啊！救我，我要做个智慧人，接受神的责备，接受爱神的人的责备，接受智慧人，义人的责备。我要增长学问，叫神得荣耀，叫人得益处。

29/11/2018 我想要的家

箴9:1-2
智慧建造房屋、凿成七根柱子、宰杀牲畜、调和旨酒、设摆筵席．
Wisdom has built her house. She has carved out her seven pillars. She has prepared her meat. She has mixed her wine. She has also set her table.
主耶稣！城市化使房屋逐渐失去家的意义，虽然有了空间，但是，却是没有时间强化亲情。主啊！人被自我中心的文化所蒙蔽，求祢帮助我们，叫我们的灵苏醒，叫我们的心常为家设想。我的家不再只是睡觉，吃饭，看电视，玩电动的地方。我的家是家人谈心，共享欢乐，分担忧虑，彼此祝福的地方。

28/11/2018 我要属天的智慧

箴9:10-12
敬畏耶和华、是智慧的开端．认识至圣者、便是聪明。你借着我、日子必增多、年岁也必加添。你若有智慧、是与自己有益．你若亵慢、就必独自担当。
The fear of Yahweh is the beginning of wisdom. The knowledge of the Holy One is understanding. For by me your days will be multiplied. The years of your life will be increased. If you are wise, you are wise for yourself. If you mock, you alone will bear it.
主耶稣！摩西的祈祷：我们一生的年日是七十岁。若是强壮可到八十岁，但其中所矜夸的，不过是劳苦愁烦。转眼成空，我们便如飞而去。主啊！我的人生短暂，我不想一生只是为了生活而工作，劳苦愁烦。我要我的一生为意义，永恒的荣耀，永远的基业而活。

箴8:17-21
爱我的、我也爱他．恳切寻求我的、必寻得见。丰富尊荣在我．恒久的财并公义也在我。我的果实胜过黄金．强如精金．我的出产超乎高银。我在公义的道上走、在公平的路中行．使爱我的承受货财、并充满他们的府库。
I love those who love me. Those who seek me diligently will find me. With me are riches, honor, enduring wealth, and prosperity.
My fruit is better than gold, yes, than fine gold; my yield than choice silver. I walk in the way of righteousness, in the midst of the paths of justice; That I may give wealth to those who love me. I fill their treasuries.
主耶稣！我要与神相爱。我所爱的不是在地上眼睛所见到的美物，我所爱的是神话语的美善，我爱神所爱的清洁，正直，公义，怜悯。主啊！我若爱神，却恨我的弟兄，就是说谎话的。我若不爱所看见的弟兄，就不能爱没有看见的神。

26/11/2018 考验我的智慧

箴8:10-13
你们当受我的教训、不受白银．宁得知识、胜过黄金。因为智慧比珍珠更美．一切可喜爱的、都不足与比较。我智慧以灵明为居所、又寻得知识和谋略。敬畏耶和华、在乎恨恶邪恶．那骄傲、狂妄、并恶道、以及乖谬的口、都为我所恨恶。
Receive my instruction rather than silver; knowledge rather than choice gold. For wisdom is better than rubies. All the things that may be desired can't be compared to it.
"I, wisdom, have made prudence my dwelling. Find out knowledge and discretion. The fear of Yahweh is to hate evil. I hate pride, arrogance, the evil way, and the perverse mouth.
主耶稣！智慧有从天上和地上来的，有源自神和撒旦。我知道，我所作的决定，都是在显明它的来源，也是我的智慧正受到考验。主啊！我向神求圣灵的恩赐，对邪恶，骄傲，狂妄，乖谬的话，恶道，有强烈反应，有从神来的智慧去回应。

25/11/2018 我心需要的是什么？

箴7:1-2，25-27
我儿、你要遵守我的言语、将我的命令存记在心．遵守我的命令、就得存活．保守我的法则，好象保守眼中的瞳人．你的心、不可偏向淫妇的道．不要入他的迷途。因为被他伤害仆倒的不少．被他杀戮的而且甚多。他的家是在阴间之路、下到死亡之宫。
My son, keep my words. Lay up my commandments within you. Keep my commandments and live! Guard my teaching as the apple of your eye. Don't let your heart turn to her ways. Don't go astray in her paths,
for she has thrown down many wounded. Yes, all her slain are a mighty army. Her house is the way to Sheol, going down to the rooms of death.
主耶稣！世上眼目的情欲，肉体的情欲，今生的骄傲，是撒旦淫妇得力武器，专门侵略人的心。主啊！我要保守我的心，对欲望有特别的敏锐，几时对属地的欲望大过对属天的，常思念地上的大过思念天上的，求祢的灵及时向我的心发出警报。

24/11/2018 叫婚外情的灵魂苏醒

箴6:29，32，33
亲近邻舍之妻的、也是如此．凡挨近他的、不免受罚。与妇人行淫的、便是无知、行这事的、必丧掉生命。他必受伤损、必被凌辱．他的羞耻不得涂抹。
So is he who goes in to his neighbor's wife. Whoever touches her will not be unpunished.
He who commits adultery with a woman is void of understanding. He who does it destroys his own soul. He will get wounds and dishonor. His reproach will not be wiped away.
主耶稣！原来夫妻之间的性爱是神所分别出来，是神看为圣洁。在这之外的性爱是神所不允许的，是神看为污垢。多少的婚外情，一夜情，破坏了家庭，伤害儿女。主啊！求祢施恩怜悯，保护离婚家庭年幼孩子的心灵，叫在婚外情的灵魂苏醒，悔改，重建家庭根基。

22/11/2018 不要糊里糊涂渡日

箴6:16-19
耶和华所恨恶的有六样、连他心所憎恶的共有七样．就是高傲的眼、撒谎的舌、流无辜人血的手、
图谋恶计的心、飞跑行恶的脚、吐谎言的假见证、并弟兄中布散分争的人。
There are six things which Yahweh hates; yes, seven which are an abomination to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood; a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are swift in running to mischief, a false witness who utters lies, and he who sows discord among brothers.
主耶稣！我晓得，明白后三样。请圣灵现在来光照，自大，自私，自我，算不算是高傲的眼。善意的谎言，算不算是撒谎的舌。压价收购，高价销售，算不算流无辜人血。与伙伴商谈，预测人心，探讨策略，算不算图谋恶计。主啊：我不想糊里糊涂，在耶和华恨恶的事上生活。

21/11/2018 在对的事上殷勤

箴6:6-11
懒惰人哪、你去察看蚂蚁的动作、就可得智慧．蚂蚁没有元帅、没有官长、没有君王、尚且在夏天预备食物、在收割时聚敛粮食。懒惰人哪、你要睡到几时呢．你何时睡醒呢。再睡片时、打盹片时、抱着手躺卧片时、你的贫穷就必如强盗速来、你的缺乏彷佛拿兵器的人来到。
Go to the ant, you sluggard. Consider her ways, and be wise; which having no chief, overseer, or ruler, provides her bread in the summer, and gathers her food in the harvest. How long will you sleep, sluggard? When will you arise out of your sleep? A little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to sleep: so your poverty will come as a robber, and your scarcity as an armed man.
主耶稣！有人在坏事上殷勤，有人在好事上懒惰。社会就会变成恶人谷。主啊！我今早回首看我过去所作的，有好的结果，也有不好的结果。我已经看见我需要在读经，祷告，进修，善行上更加殷勤，求圣灵来相助。

20/11/2018 作保的代价

箴6:1-3
我儿、你若为朋友作保、替外人击掌、你就被口中的话语缠住、被嘴里的言语捉住。我儿、你既落在朋友手中、就当这样行、才可救自己．你要自卑、去恳求你的朋友．
My son, if you have become collateral for your neighbor, if you have struck your hands in pledge for a stranger; You are trapped by the words of your mouth. You are ensnared with the words of your mouth. Do this now, my son, and deliver yourself, since you have come into the hand of your neighbor. Go, humble yourself. Press your plea with your neighbor.
主耶稣！我出于爱心为外人作保，没有查清作保的代价，也没有省察外人的背景。主啊！我承认我不谨慎，我太自信，自以为有能力替你作保。求祢赦免。谢谢祢的话，我要去恳求朋友谅解，请他另找中保。

19/11/2018 脱离愚昧的心

箴5:22-23
恶人必被自己的罪孽捉住．他必被自己的罪恶如绳索缠绕。他因不受训诲、就必死亡．又因愚昧过甚、必走差了路。
The evil deeds of the wicked ensnare him. The cords of his sin hold him firmly. He will die for lack of instruction. In the greatness of his folly, he will go astray.
主耶稣！那些在基督耶稣里的，就不定罪了。祢叫我们自由，我们就真自由了。主啊！感谢天父，赦免了我们的罪孽，过犯。使我们得自由，不再作罪的奴仆，不再事奉撒旦以至作恶。我要靠圣灵所赐的能力，脱离愚昧的心。

18/11/2018 不要将尊荣拿去交易

箴5:7-11
众子阿、现在要听从我、不可离弃我口中的话。你所行的道要离他远、不可就近他的房门． 恐怕将你的尊荣给别人、将你的岁月给残忍的人． 恐怕外人满得你的力量、你劳碌得来的、归入外人的家．终久你皮肉和身体消毁、你就悲叹.
Now therefore, my sons, listen to me. Don't depart from the words of my mouth. Remove your way far from her. Don't come near the door of her house, lest you give your honor to others, and your years to the cruel one; lest strangers feast on your wealth, and your labors enrich another man's house. You will groan at your latter end, when your flesh and your body are consumed.
主耶稣！夏娃，亚当听信蛇的话，被赶出伊甸园。罗波安听信同辈幼稚的话，国家分裂。亚伯拉罕听信神的话，万国得福。主啊！我不想重复先人的错误，将尊荣拿去换取羞辱。我坚决不会为了享乐，把尊荣给卖了。

17/11/2018 我的责任

箴4:24-27
你要除掉邪僻的口、弃绝乖谬的嘴。你的眼目、要向前正看你的眼睛当向前直观。要修平你脚下的路、坚定你一切的道。不可偏向左右．要使你的脚离开邪恶。
Put away from yourself a perverse mouth. Put corrupt lips far from you. Let your eyes look straight ahead. Fix your gaze directly before you. Make the path of your feet level. Let all of your ways be established. Don't turn to the right hand nor to the left. Remove your foot from evil.
主耶稣！天父已经清楚指明，我该做的事，看什么和不该说的话。主啊！调正我的心态，纠正所说的话，查验所站的位置，确定前往的目的，对神的法则，坚定不移，行公义，正直，不与同性文化妥协，这些都是我的责任。

16/11/2018 心中有什么

箴4:20-23
我儿、要留心听我的言词、侧耳听我的话语．都不可离你的眼目．要存记在你心中。因为得着他的、就得了生命、又得了医全体的良药。你要保守你心、胜过保守一切因为一生的果效、是由心发出。
My son, attend to my words. Turn your ear to my sayings. Let them not depart from your eyes. Keep them in the midst of your heart. For they are life to those who find them, and health to their whole body. Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it is the wellspring of life.
主耶稣！听神的话，得生命。听专人的话，得知识。听恶人的话，得臭名。听坏人的话，得歪理。听义人的话，得聪明。主啊！我要谨慎留心听，侧耳听，圣灵正在向我说的话。

15/11/2018 懂得分辨和应对

箴4:14-16，18-19
不可行恶人的路．不要走坏人的道。要躲避、不可经过．要转身而去。这等人若不行恶、不得睡觉．不使人跌倒、睡卧不安。但义人的路、好象黎明的光、越照越明、直到日午。恶人的道、好象幽暗．自己不知因甚么跌倒。
Don't enter into the path of the wicked. Don't walk in the way of evil men. Avoid it, and don't pass by it. Turn from it, and pass on. For they don't sleep, unless they do evil. Their sleep is taken away, unless they make someone fall. But the path of the righteous is like the dawning light, that shines more and more until the perfect day. The way of the wicked is like darkness. They don't know what they stumble over.
主耶稣！我向神求智慧，懂得分辨恶人的路，坏人的道。懂得躲避，万一一时糊涂经过，也懂得及时转身。主啊！我决定一生走义人的道路，有清洁的爱心，无亏的良心，无伪的信心，有全面又充足的知识，有良师益友的相伴，有影响力如光照明，成为多人的帮助，吸引人来到主的跟前。

14/11/2018 延年益寿的秘诀

箴4:10-13
我儿、你要听受我的言语、就必延年益寿。我已指教你走智慧的道、引导你行正直的路。你行走、脚步必不致狭窄．你奔跑、也不致跌倒。要持定训诲、不可放松．必当谨守、因为他是你的生命。
Listen, my son, and receive my sayings. The years of your life will be many. I have taught you in the way of wisdom. I have led you in straight paths. When you go, your steps will not be hampered. When you run, you will not stumble. Take firm hold of instruction. Don't let her go. Keep her, for she is your life.
主耶稣！人活着，要活的光彩，活出精彩，活的有意义，还要延年益寿。主啊！祢来要人得生命，并且活得更丰盛。我要遵循祢的吩咐，支取神的应许，我要在智慧的道上生活，作息，决不放松，使我一生受益，代代蒙福。

13/11/2018 乖僻的人神憎恶

箴3:27-28，32
你手若有行善的力量、不可推辞、就当向那应得的人施行。你那里若有现成的、不可对邻舍说、去吧、明天再来、我必给你。因为乖僻人为耶和华所憎恶．正直人为他所亲密。
Don't withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in the power of your hand to do it. Don't say to your neighbor, "Go, and come again; tomorrow I will give it to you," when you have it by you. For the perverse is an abomination to Yahweh, but his friendship is with the upright.
主耶稣！人不行善，不是没有能力，是因为自私。人不肯助人，借口推迟，是因为自大。自私自大都是乖僻的人，是耶和华神所憎恶的。主啊！我要脱离自私和自大的思维，我要以诚实侍人，有善行的生活习惯，不找任何借口，不假装。我要成为神所亲密的人。

12/11/2018有满足的平安
箴3:24-26
你躺下、必不惧怕．你躺卧、睡得香甜。忽然来的惊恐、不要害怕．恶人遭毁灭、也不要恐惧．因为耶和华是你所倚靠的．他必保守你的脚不陷入网罗。
When you lie down, you will not be afraid. Yes, you will lie down, and your sleep will be sweet.
Don't be afraid of sudden fear, neither of the desolation of the wicked, when it comes: for Yahweh will be your confidence, and will keep your foot from being taken.
主耶稣！有人靠保卫，靠保安系统，靠权势，才有平安，有人靠药物，靠按摩，才可以入眠。主啊！我感恩，因为我心中有祢，遵循神的道，心中有满足的平安，不惧怕凶恶，不为明日担忧，不为家人挂虑，睡得甘甜。

11/11/2018 神的责备叫人得智慧

箴3:11-14
我儿、你不可轻看耶和华的管教、也不可厌烦他的责备．因为耶和华所爱的、他必责备．正如父亲责备所喜爱的儿子。得智慧、得聪明的、这人便为有福。因为得智慧胜过得银子、其利益强如精金．
My son, don't despise Yahweh's discipline, neither be weary of his reproof: for whom Yahweh loves, he reproves; even as a father reproves the son in whom he delights. Happy is the man who finds wisdom, the man who gets understanding. For her good profit is better than getting silver, and her return is better than fine gold.
主耶稣！人的责备和管教，有不同的目的。耶和华神的责备和管教，完全是因为爱，要我得智慧和聪明。主啊！当我遇见打击，挫折，误会，冲突，责备，求圣灵相助，使我可以看到神的同在。使我得着，在我身上的每件事，所隐藏的智慧。

10/11/2018 自以为的陷阱

箴3:5-8
你要专心仰赖耶和华、不可倚靠自己的聪明．在你一切所行的事上、都要认定他、他必指引你的路。
不要自以为有智慧．要敬畏耶和华、远离恶事．这便医治你的肚脐、滋润你的百骨。
Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Don't be wise in your own eyes. Fear Yahweh, and depart from evil. It will be health to your body, and nourishment to your bones.
主耶稣！知识叫人自大，把自以为当作认为。主啊！愚昧，骄傲的人，习惯把以为当真。求主除去我的无知，晓得寻求神的智慧，不停止在"以为"，反倒要查验真伪，喜爱真实。

9/11/2018 蒙恩宠的人生

箴3:1-4
我儿、不要忘记我的法则．你心要谨守我的诫命．因为他必将长久的日子、生命的年数、与平安、加给你。不可使慈爱诚实离开你．要系在你颈项上、刻在你心版上．这样、你必在神和世人眼前蒙恩宠、有聪明。
My son, don't forget my teaching; but let your heart keep my commandments:  for length of days, and years of life, and peace, will they add to you. Don't let kindness and truth forsake you. Bind them around your neck. Write them on the tablet of your heart. So you will find favor, and good understanding in the sight of God and man.
主耶稣！ 长寿，健康，平安，喜乐，凡事亨通顺利，有聪明，这是神所祝福的蒙恩宠之人。主啊！这是我想得到的生命。我要紧紧抓住祢的应许，牢牢记住祢的诫命，遵循神的法则。我必在神和世人眼前蒙恩宠。

8/11/2018 离婚背后的意思

箴2:10-12,16-17
智慧必入你心．你的灵要以知识为美．谋略必护卫你．聪明必保守你． 要救你脱离恶人的道、脱离说乖谬话的人。智慧要救你脱离淫妇、就是那油嘴滑舌的外女．他离弃幼年的配偶、忘了神的盟约．他的家陷入死地、他的路偏向阴间．
For wisdom will enter into your heart. Knowledge will be pleasant to your soul. Discretion will watch over you. Understanding will keep you, to deliver you from the way of evil, from the men who speak perverse things. To deliver you from the strange woman, even from the foreigner who flatters with her words; who forsakes the friend of her youth, and forgets the covenant of her God，for her house leads down to death, her paths to the dead.
主耶稣！原来离婚是离弃幼年的配偶，忘了神的盟约，把家推向死地。主啊！求圣灵光照想要离婚的信徒，回转，寻求神的帮助。求圣灵感动己离婚，还没有再婚的，认罪悔改，回转归向神。

7/11/2018 关键：侧耳听，专心求，常开口

箴2:1-6
我儿、你若领受我的言语、存记我的命令、侧耳听智慧、专心求聪明．呼求明哲、扬声求聪明，寻找他如寻找银子、搜求他如搜求隐藏的珍宝、你就明白敬畏耶和华、得以认识神。因为、耶和华赐人智慧．知识和聪明都由他口而出．
My son, if you will receive my words, and store up my commandments within you; So as to turn your ear to wisdom, and apply your heart to understanding; Yes, if you call out for discernment, and lift up your voice for understanding; If you seek her as silver, and search for her as for hidden treasures: then you will understand the fear of Yahweh, and find the knowledge of God. For Yahweh gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding.
主耶稣！箴言给我的启示，智慧比一切金银财宝更宝贝，智慧始于侧耳听神的命令，专心寻求讨神喜悦的事，开口称颂神的美德。主啊！原来一切的智慧都写在经上，喜爱并遵循祢话语的人，必得智慧，我也要与智慧人同行，增加智慧。

6/11/2018 凡事要想到后果

箴1:29-33
因为你们恨恶知识、不喜爱敬畏耶和华、不听我的劝戒、藐视我一切的责备、所以必吃自结的果子、充满自设的计谋。愚昧人背道、必杀己身．愚顽人安逸、必害己命。惟有听从我的、必安然居住、得享安静、不怕灾祸。
because they hated knowledge, and didn't choose the fear of Yahweh. They wanted none of my counsel. They despised all my reproof. Therefore they will eat of the fruit of their own way, and be filled with their own schemes. For the backsliding of the simple will kill them. The careless ease of fools will destroy them. But whoever listens to me will dwell securely, and will be at ease, without fear of harm."
主耶稣！人若是不尊重祢的命令，看重祢的训诲，偏行己路，后果是远离神的祝福。主啊！人种的是什么，收取的也是什么。心灵不安，不能够有好的睡眠，是因为没有听从神的道。

5/11/2018 受责备时应有的回应

箴1:23
你们当因我的责备回转．我要将我的灵浇灌你们、将我的话指示你们。
Turn at my reproof. Behold, I will pour out my spirit on you. I will make known my words to you.
主耶稣！人受责备时感到不好受是自然反应，然而回应的方式各异，有生气，不满，发怒，怀恨，有知错，悔改。前者带来关系决裂，后者带来关系巩固。主啊！我决定要作后者，求祢照祢的应许，将祢的灵浇灌我，将祢的话指示我。

4/11/2018 家里的宝

箴1:8-9
我儿、要听你父亲的训诲、不可离弃你母亲的法则〔或作指教〕．因为这要作你头上的华冠、你项上的金炼。
My son, listen to your father's instruction, and don't forsake your mother's teaching: for they will be a garland to grace your head, and chains around your neck.
主耶稣！约伯说：年老的有智慧，寿高的有知识。主啊！打开我被蒙蔽的心眼，叫我看到家里年老的，他们身上有许多宝贝知识，值得我们去向他们请教。求主帮助我们家中的年长者，晓得如何传承他们身上的宝贵知识。我要尊荣家里的年老的，为他们感到尊荣。

3/11/2018 智慧人与愚昧人的差别

箴1:1-7
以色列王大卫儿子所罗门的箴言．要使人晓得智慧和训诲．分辨通达的言语．使人处事．领受智慧、仁义、公平、正直的训诲．使愚人灵明、使少年人有知识和谋略．使智慧人听见、增长学问、使聪明人得着智谋、使人明白箴言和譬喻、懂得智慧人的言词和谜语。敬畏耶和华是知识的开端．愚妄人藐视智慧和训诲。
The proverbs of Solomon, the son of David, king of Israel: to know wisdom and instruction; to discern the words of understanding; to receive instruction in wise dealing, in righteousness, justice, and equity; to give prudence to the simple, knowledge and discretion to the young man: that the wise man may hear, and increase in learning; that the man of understanding may attain to sound counsel: to understand a proverb, and parables, the words and riddles of the wise. The fear of Yahweh is the beginning of knowledge; but the foolish despise wisdom and instruction.
主耶稣！智慧人与愚昧人的差别只是一点，有没有敬畏耶和华神，敬畏神的有属天的智慧。主啊！在敬畏神的事上，求祢不要让我有一丝的懈怠。

2/11/2018 赞美神的大能大德

诗150:1-3,6
你们要赞美耶和华、在神的圣所赞美他、在他显能力的穹苍赞美他。要因他大能的作为赞美他、按着他极美的大德赞美他。凡有气息的、都要赞美耶和华。你们要赞美耶和华。
Praise Yah! Praise God in his sanctuary! Praise him in his heavens for his acts of power! Praise him for his mighty acts! Praise him according to his excellent greatness! Let everything that has breath praise Yah! Praise Yah!
主耶稣！宇宙万物，有生命，有气息的，都是耶和华神的智慧所造。主啊！按照祢的吩咐，这一切被造可以存留，他们都要赞美祢。我要来赞美神，因 他的慈爱永远长存，神的信实至到永远。

1/11/2018 圣民都有的荣耀

诗149:6-9
愿他们口中称赞神为高、手里有两刃的刀。为要报复列邦、刑罚万民．要用链子捆他们的君王、用铁镣锁他们的大臣．要在他们身上施行所记录的审判．他的圣民都有这荣耀。你们要赞美耶和华。
May the high praises of God be in their mouths, and a two-edged sword in their hand;
To execute vengeance on the nations, and punishments on the peoples; To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron; to execute on them the written judgment. All his saints have this honor. Praise Yah!
主耶稣！我们称颂赞美耶和华神，天使天军也一同歌颂，就有神的审判座在当中，并且神要与的圣民一同审判恶人。哈利路亚！神的圣民与主同坐王，施行审判，何等的荣耀。主啊！是的，凡是做恶的，必不得豁免。

31/10/2018 自由的赞美

诗149:1-3,5
你们要赞美耶和华、向耶和华唱新歌、在圣民的会中赞美他。愿以色列因造他的主欢喜．愿锡安的民、因他们的王快乐。愿他们跳舞赞美他的名、击鼓弹琴歌颂他。愿圣民因所得的荣耀高兴．愿他们在床上欢呼。
Praise Yahweh! Sing to Yahweh a new song, his praise in the assembly of the saints. Let Israel rejoice in him who made them. Let the children of Zion be joyful in their King. Let them praise his name in the dance! Let them sing praises to him with tambourine and harp!
Let the saints rejoice in honor. Let them sing for joy on their beds.
主耶稣！在会中唱新歌，跳舞，击鼓弹琴，赞美神，甚至于在家里的床上也可以赞美神。主啊！
我不再压制我的情感，我要自由的赞美耶和华神。

30/10/2018 天地都要赞美耶和华

诗148:1
你们要赞美耶和华、从天上赞美耶和华、在高处赞美他。他的众使者都要赞美他．他的诸军都要赞美他。日头月亮、你们要赞美他．放光的星宿、你们都要赞美他。天上的天、和天上的水、你们都要赞美他。愿这些都赞美耶和华的名．因他一吩咐便都造成。
Praise Yah! Praise Yahweh from the heavens! Praise him in the heights! Praise him, all his angels! Praise him, all his army! Praise him, sun and moon! Praise him, all you shining stars! Praise him, you heavens of heavens, You waters that are above the heavens. Let them praise the name of Yahweh, For he commanded, and they were created.
主耶稣！我在想象，天上的星宿发光，天上的水发声，众天使天军和声，都在赞美耶和华神的名，那将是何等的美妙。主啊！我期待能够在灵里观看这奇景。我也相信将来必定能够享受这壮观的敬拜。

29/10/2018 成为神的心上人

诗147:10-11
他不喜悦马的力大、不喜爱人的腿快。耶和华喜爱敬畏他、和盼望他慈爱的人。
He doesn't delight in the strength of the horse. He takes no pleasure in the legs of a man.
Yahweh takes pleasure in those who fear him, in those who hope in his loving kindness.
主耶稣！我努力行善，参加教会的活动，一心想要讨神喜悦，想努力去赚取神的爱。原来成为神喜爱的人，是在乎有多盼望神的慈爱，有多敬畏神的名。主啊！我要天天思想祢的慈爱，称颂祢的名。叫祢的名，天天在我心中显为大，使我成为神的心上人。

诗147:1,3-5
你们要赞美耶和华、因歌颂我们的神为善为美．赞美的话是合宜的。他医好伤心的人、裹好他们的伤处。他数点星宿的数目、一一称他的名。我们的主为大、最有能力．他的智慧、无法测度。
Praise Yah, for it is good to sing praises to our God; for it is pleasant and fitting to praise him.
He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. He counts the number of the stars. He calls them all by their names. Great is our Lord, and mighty in power. His understanding is infinite.
主耶稣！这几节经文使我震撼，宇宙的浩大，人的渺小，祢为数不尽的星星取名，人未出世，他的名字已经写祢手掌上。主啊！夜里举目，观看月亮星星，灵就在我心中跳跃，要敬拜赞美耶和华，创造天地万物的主宰。

诗146:9
耶和华保护寄居的、扶持孤儿和寡妇．却使恶人的道路弯曲。
Yahweh preserves the foreigners. He upholds the fatherless and widow, but the way of the wicked he turns upside down.

主耶稣！人对寄居，孤儿，寡妇的反应，有怜悯，有冷漠，有关怀。主啊！在我的周围也有寄居的，有孤儿，寡妇。求祢赦免我的冷漠，原谅我有同情，却没有行动。求祢坚固我的手，使我能够成为他们的帮助。

26/10/2018 不要效法恶

诗145:17-20
耶和华在他一切所行的、无不公义．在他一切所作的、都有慈爱。凡求告耶和华的、就是诚心求告他的、耶和华便与他们相近。敬畏他的、他必成就他们的心愿．也必听他们的呼求、拯救他们。耶和华保护一切爱他的人、却要灭绝一切的恶人。
Yahweh is righteous in all his ways, and gracious in all his works. Yahweh is near to all those who call on him, to all who call on him in truth. He will fulfill the desire of those who fear him. He also will hear their cry, and will save them. Yahweh preserves all those who love him, but all the wicked he will destroy.
主耶稣！耶和华神的恩慈领人悔改，耶和华神的公义使人敬畏。主啊！我要追求爱，也要切慕公义，一生在爱中过活，在义中生活。一生学习敬畏神，在光明中行，一生远离作恶，蒙神保守。

诗145:1-3
我的神我的王阿、我要尊崇你．我要永永远远称颂你的名。我要天天称颂你．也要永永远远赞美你的名。耶和华本为大、该受大赞美．其大无法测度。
I will exalt you, my God, the King. I will praise your name forever and ever. Every day I will praise you. I will extol your name forever and ever. Great is Yahweh, and greatly to be praised! His greatness is unsearchable.
主耶稣！我列出每天所做的事，发现没有称颂和赞美祢名的事。主啊！经上说，凡事都要以主为首。我要在天天当做的事上，清楚写明，做任何事情之前，首要做的就是称颂主名。

诗144:3-4
耶和华阿、人算甚么、你竟认识他．世人算甚么、你竟顾念他。人好象一口气．他的年日如同影儿快快过去。
Yahweh, what is man, that you care for him? Or the son of man, that you think of him? Man is like a breath. His days are like a shadow that passes away.
主耶稣！若不是耶和华神造人，向人吹一口气，成为有灵的活人，人与兽没有分别。主啊！神看我为宝，祢也爱我，为我舍命，我要好好珍惜生命。

23/10/2018 神凭什么应允我

诗143:1-2
耶和华阿、求你听我的祷告、留心听我的恳求、凭你的信实和公义应允我。求你不要审问仆人．因为在你面前凡活着的人、没有一个是义的。
Hear my prayer, Yahweh. Listen to my petitions. In your faithfulness and righteousness, relieve me. Don't enter into judgment with your servant, for in your sight no man living is righteous.
主耶稣！我以为神应允我的祈求，是因为我的不住祷告，禁食祷告，还以为是我的善行，感动了神。原来，这些行动，行为都是我该行的。主啊！耶和华神垂听祷告，应允我所求，完全是出于神的信实和公义。

22/10/2018 我是有福的

诗144:12-15
我们的儿子、从幼年好象树栽子长大、我们的女儿、如同殿角石、是按建宫的样式凿成的。我们的仓盈满、能出各样的粮食、我们的羊、在田间孳生千万．我们的牛驮着满驮、没有人闯进来抢夺、也没有人出去争战、我们的街市上、也没有哭号的声音．遇见这光景的百姓、便为有福．有耶和华为他们的神、这百姓便为有福。
Then our sons will be like well-nurtured plants, our daughters like pillars carved to adorn a palace. Our barns are full, filled with all kinds of provision. Our sheep bring forth thousands and ten thousands in our fields. Our oxen will pull heavy loads. There is no breaking in, and no going away, and no outcry in our streets.
Happy are the people who are in such a situation. Happy are the people whose God is Yahweh.
主耶稣！多数人对有福的定义是有钱有健康是福，有儿有女是福。主啊！人活在地上蒙福，是天父的心意。我以保守我的心，以基督的心为心，凡事谢恩，来享受神的祝福。

21/10/2018 神因我是你的仆人

诗143:10-12
求你指教我遵行你的旨意、因你是我的神．你的灵本为善．求你引我到平坦之地。耶和华阿、求你为你的名将我救活．凭你的公义、将我从患难中领出来．凭你的慈爱剪除我的仇敌、灭绝一切苦待我的人．因我是你的仆人。
Teach me to do your will, for you are my God. Your Spirit is good. Lead me in the land of uprightness. Revive me, Yahweh, for your name's sake. In your righteousness, bring my soul out of trouble. In your loving kindness, cut off my enemies, and destroy all those who afflict my soul, For I am your servant.
主耶稣！大卫王说他是神的仆人，我也是。俗语说：打狗也要看主人。主啊！只要我承认耶和华是我的神，愿意凡事遵循神的旨意，必得耶和华神的保护，一切苦待我的人，必不得站立。

诗142:1-3，5
我发声哀告耶和华．发声恳求耶和华。我在他面前吐露我的苦情．陈说我的患难。我的灵在我里面发昏的时候、你知道我的道路。在我行的路上、敌人为我暗设网罗。耶和华阿、我曾向你哀求．我说、你是我的避难所．在活人之地、你是我的福分。
I cry with my voice to Yahweh. With my voice, I ask Yahweh for mercy. I pour out my complaint before him. I tell him my troubles. When my spirit was overwhelmed within me, you knew my path. In the way in which I walk, they have hidden a snare for me. I cried to you, Yahweh. I said, "You are my refuge, my portion in the land of the living."
主耶稣！感谢祢成为我的中保，成就了一条又新又活的路从幔子经过，这幔子就是祢的身体，我们可以坦然无惧到父神面前。主啊！我不再压郁，我要向天父倾心吐意，我可以来到神面前，向神倾诉，是我的福气。

诗141:5
任凭义人击打我、这算为仁慈．任凭他责备我、这算为头上的膏油．我的头不要躲闪。正在他们行恶的时候、我仍要祈祷。
Let the righteous strike me, it is kindness; let him reprove me, it is like oil on the head; don't let my head refuse it; Yet my prayer is always against evil deeds.
主耶稣！事情临到我身上，有多层面的解读。我向祢祈求，能够从属天的角度解读义人对待我的手法。甚至，他们所做所为是恶的，我也不会咒骂。主啊！求祢教导我，如何为这类型的"义人"代祷。

18/10/2018 禁止我的口

诗141:3-4
耶和华阿、求你禁止我的口、把守我的嘴。求你不叫我的心、偏向邪恶、以致我和作孽的人同行恶事．也不叫我吃他们的美食。
Set a watch, Yahweh, before my mouth. Keep the door of my lips. Don't incline my heart to any evil thing, to practice deeds of wickedness with men who work iniquity. Don't let me eat of their delicacies.
主耶稣！人可以昧着良心，口是心非说奉承的话。因为心中贪婪，可以对家人说不诚实的话。主啊！求你禁止我的口，叫我先检查我的良心，对得起主，并且等到正当的话在心中显明。

17/10/2018 救我脱离这三种人

诗140:4-6
耶和华阿、求你拯救我、脱离恶人的手、保护我、脱离强暴的人．他们图谋推我跌倒。骄傲人为我暗设网罗和绳索．他们在路旁铺下网、设下圈套。我曾对耶和华说、你是我的神．耶和华阿、求你留心听我恳求的声音。
Yahweh, keep me from the hands of the wicked. Preserve me from the violent men who have determined to trip my feet. The proud have hidden a snare for me, they have spread the cords of a net by the path. They have set traps for me. I said to Yahweh, "You are my God." Listen to the cry of my petitions, Yahweh.
主耶稣！我的四周有恶人，强暴人，骄傲人。我可以识别恶人，强暴人，并远离他们。然而，我的软弱却舍不得离开有成就的骄傲人。主啊！我需要果断，果敢，坚强的心，不再倚靠骄傲的人。

诗139:23-24
神阿、求你鉴察我、知道我的心思、试炼我、知道我的意念。看在我里面有甚么恶行没有、引导我走永生的道路。
Search me, God, and know my heart. Try me, and know my thoughts. See if there is any wicked way in me, and lead me in the everlasting way。
主耶稣！经历战役的军人，认识战场。经历人生考验的信徒，认识神的信实。主啊！我不要只是风闻有祢的知识，我要亲身经历神的考验，叫我的信心可以经历试炼，天使服役的灵都常在我身边，一生充满爱神爱人的见证。

15/10/2018 我受造奇妙可畏

诗139:13-14
我的肺腑是你所造的．我在母腹中、你已覆庇我。我要称谢你、因我受造奇妙可畏．你的作为奇妙．这是我心深知道的。
For you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother's womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well.
主耶稣！人体组织的奥妙，叫人惊叹。还有灵魂的奥秘，永生的奥秘。主啊！神的智慧，人所有的知识不能测透。对于我的奥秘，我所知道的有：神造我，父母生我，圣灵重生了我，神很疼爱我。

14/10/2018 全能的神

诗139:1-6
耶和华阿、你已经鉴察我、认识我． 我坐下、我起来、你都晓得．你从远处知道我的意念。我行路、我躺卧、你都细察、你也深知我一切所行的。耶和华阿、我舌头上的话、你没有一句不知道的．你在我前后环绕我、按手在我身上。这样的知识奇妙、是我不能测的．至高、是我不能及的。
Yahweh, you have searched me, and you know me. You know my sitting down and my rising up. You perceive my thoughts from afar. You search out my path and my lying down, and are acquainted with all my ways. For there is not a word on my tongue, but, behold, Yahweh, you know it altogether. You hem me in behind and before. You laid your hand on me. This knowledge is beyond me. It's lofty. I can't attain it.
主耶稣！我对神的认知不再极限在人类狭小的知识，也不再说"不可能的"。主啊！在人不能，在神凡事都能。我信耶和华是全能的神，我有永生的生命。我信我在肉身上死，神必定会叫我复活，得荣耀的身体。

诗138:8
耶和华必成全关乎我的事．耶和华阿、你的慈爱永远长存．求你不要离弃你手所造的。
Yahweh will fulfill that which concerns me; your loving kindness, Yahweh, endures forever. Don't forsake the works of your own hands.
主耶稣！窑匠用泥作的器皿、在他手中做坏了、他又用这泥另作别的器皿．窑匠看怎样好、就怎样作。主啊！好些时候觉得我入错行，嫁/娶错人，有时还觉得信错神。主啊！求祢赦免我在心情不好时对祢置疑，在苦境中对祢不满。原来，这一切都是神的恩手在塑造我，成为主贵重的器皿。

12/10/2018 神的话

诗138:2，4
我要向你的圣殿下拜、为你的慈爱和诚实称赞你的名．因你使你的话显为大、过于你所应许的。〔或作超乎你的名声〕耶和华阿、地上的君王、都要称谢你、因他们听见了你口中的言语。
I will bow down toward your holy temple, and give thanks to your Name for your loving kindness and for your truth; for you have exalted your Name and your Word above all.
All the kings of the earth will give you thanks, Yahweh, for they have heard the words of your mouth.
主耶稣！祢的话就是灵，句句都是生命，能力，智慧。多少时候，我们喜爱看神的应许，却没有留心看神的命令，警告，吩咐。主啊！何时我看重神的吩咐，法则，何时我专心说神的话，我就看见神能力的彰显，神荣耀的同在，神应许的应验。

诗137:1-6
我们曾在巴比伦的河边坐下、一追想锡安就哭了。我们把琴挂在那里的柳树上。因为在那里掳掠我们的、要我们唱歌、抢夺我们的、要我们作乐、说、给我们唱一首锡安歌吧。我们怎能在外邦唱耶和华的歌呢。耶路撒冷阿、我若忘记你、情愿我的右手忘记技巧。我若不记念你、若不看耶路撒冷过于我所最喜乐的、情愿我的舌头贴于上膛。
By the rivers of Babylon, there we sat down. Yes, we wept, when we remembered Zion. On the willows in its midst, we hung up our harps.
For there, those who led us captive asked us for songs. Those who tormented us demanded songs of joy: "Sing us one of the songs of Zion!" How can we sing Yahweh's song in a foreign land? If I forget you, Jerusalem, let my right hand forget its skill. Let my tongue stick to the roof of my mouth if I don't remember you; if I don't prefer Jerusalem above my chief joy.
主耶稣！我把我所喜乐的排序，发现手机成为我的首选，美食，旅游也排列前二名，健康，家庭，工作，其次。而崇拜，读经，团契，祷告，禁食，为主做见证，行善，传福音，这些不可缺少的，竟然不入围。求主赦免，我必须改变，不再迷失。主啊！救我。

诗136:1-3，5，25-26
你们要称谢耶和华、因他本为善．他的慈爱永远长存。你们要称谢万神之神、因他的慈爱永远长存．称谢那用智慧造天的、因他的慈爱永远长存．
他赐粮食给凡有血气的、因他的慈爱永远长存。
你们要称谢天上的神、因他的慈爱永远长存。

主耶稣！凡事谢恩和万事互相效力，叫爱神的人受益，可以帮助我们在面对困扰，疑惑，不解时提供属天的思维。主啊！无论何境遇，当我想不通时，我只要坚信，神的慈爱永远长存。神爱我，永不变。不是因为我作了什么，只因为"神就是爱"。

诗135:15-19
外邦的偶像、是金的银的、是人手所造的。有口却不能言．有眼却不能看．有耳却不能听．口中也没有气息。造他的要和他一样．凡靠他的、也要如此。以色列家阿、你们要称颂耶和华．亚伦家阿、你们要称颂耶和华．
The idols of the nations are silver and gold, the work of men's hands. They have mouths, but they can't speak. They have eyes, but they can't see. They have ears, but they can't hear; neither is there any breath in their mouths. Those who make them will be like them; yes, everyone who trusts in them. House of Israel, praise Yahweh! House of Aaron, praise Yahweh!
主耶稣！耶和华神是真神，我虽然没有亲眼见到神，亲耳听到神的声音。但是，我却从以色列国的历史上，犹太人的身上，看见神的见证。如今，我还可以借着圣经，听见神的话。主啊！我是主的羊，认识我主的声音。我要称颂主，听主的声音。

诗134
耶和华的仆人、夜间站在耶和华殿中的、你们当称颂耶和华。你们当向圣所举手、称颂耶和华。愿造天地的耶和华、从锡安赐福给你们。
Look! Praise Yahweh, all you servants of Yahweh, who stand by night in Yahweh's house! Lift up your hands in the sanctuary. Praise Yahweh! May Yahweh bless you from Zion; even he who made heaven and earth.
主耶稣！主日我在神的殿里称颂神，周日我虽不在神的殿里，仍旧要称颂神。主啊！我要在工作上卓越，来荣耀神的名。我要在所在的岗位上有美好的见证，可以影响更多人来认识神，叫他们也来称颂祢的名。我要被神称赞为忠心良善的仆人。

诗133:1-3
看哪、弟兄和睦同居、是何等的善、何等的美。这好比那贵重的油、浇在亚伦的头上、流到胡须．又流到他的衣襟．又好比黑门的甘露、降在锡安山．因为在那里有耶和华所命定的福、就是永远的生命。
See how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to live together in unity! It is like the precious oil on the head, that ran down on the beard, even Aaron's beard; that came down on the edge of his robes; like the dew of Hermon, that comes down on the hills of Zion: for there Yahweh gives the blessing, even life forevermore.
主耶稣！彼此谦卑束腰，彼此服侍，彼此相爱，彼此代求，互相饶恕，只有祝福，这都是信祢名的人应当活出来的生命。我若是渴慕神的同在，这"彼此""互相"之道，也是我当追求的。主啊！我渴慕讨神喜悦，叫我有满足的喜乐。

6/10/2018 锡安的穷人不缺粮

诗132:13-15
因为耶和华拣选了锡安、愿意当作自己的居所、说、这是我永远安息之所．我要住在这里．因为是我所愿意的。我要使其中的粮食丰满、使其中的穷人饱足。
For Yahweh has chosen Zion. He has desired it for his habitation. "This is my resting place forever. Here I will live, for I have desired it. I will abundantly bless her provision. I will satisfy her poor with bread.
主耶稣！因为天父的慈爱，愿意与人同住。因为天父的怜悯，叫粮食丰满，使人有粮。主啊！我手中有行善的能力，愿意献上我的财力，物力，和时间，能够成为穷人的祝福。

诗132:1-5
耶和华阿、求你记念大卫所受的一切苦难．他怎样向耶和华起誓、向雅各的大能者许愿、说、我必不进我的帐幕、也不上我的床榻．我不容我的眼睛睡觉、也不容我的眼目打盹．直等我为耶和华寻得所在、为雅各的大能者寻得居所。
Yahweh, remember David and all his affliction, how he swore to Yahweh, and vowed to the Mighty One of Jacob: "Surely I will not come into the structure of my house, nor go up into my bed; I will not give sleep to my eyes, or slumber to my eyelids; until I find out a place for Yahweh, a dwelling for the Mighty One of Jacob."
主耶稣！大卫王的心里常牵挂着耶和华神的会幕( 神同在的象征)。而我心里牵挂的又是什么？我看重神同在到什么程度？我渴慕圣灵，公义，正直，怜悯，圣洁有多深？我爱慕，遵循神的命令有多强？主啊！这是我所追求的，我要专一跟随祢，专心来爱祢，凡事讨神喜悦，凡事谢恩，凡事要尊荣神的名。

诗131:1
耶和华阿、我的心不狂傲、我的眼不高大．重大和测不透的事、我也不敢行。
Yahweh, my heart isn't haughty, nor my eyes lofty; nor do I concern myself with great matters, or things too wonderful for me.
主耶稣！我每天都有许多需要处理的事，我需要有足够的智慧，能力，解读一切所面对的事。哪些事是我的责任，我也有足够的能力去完成。那些又大又难的事，必须要用信心靠主去完成。哪些不是我应该做的，哪些是主要亲手完成的。主啊！我向祢求一个谦卑的心，直到见主面。

3/10/2018 脱离一切的罪孽

诗130
耶和华阿、我从深处向你求告。主阿、求你听我的声音．愿你侧耳听我恳求的声音。主耶和华阿、你若究察罪孽、谁能站得住呢．但在你有赦免之恩、要叫人敬畏你。我等候耶和华、我的心等候．我也仰望他的话。我的心等候主、胜于守夜的等候天亮、胜于守夜的等候天亮。以色列阿、你当仰望耶和华．因他有慈爱、有丰盛的救恩。他必救赎以色列脱离一切的罪孽。
Out of the depths I have cried to you, Yahweh. Lord, hear my voice. Let your ears be attentive to the voice of my petitions. If you, Yah, kept a record of sins, Lord, who could stand? But there is forgiveness with you, therefore you are feared. I wait for Yahweh. My soul waits. I hope in his word. My soul longs for the Lord more than watchmen long for the morning; more than watchmen for the morning. Israel, hope in Yahweh, for with Yahweh there is loving kindness. With him is abundant redemption.
He will redeem Israel from all their sins.
主耶稣！可以脱离一切的罪孽，这极大的恩典。神若是究察人的过犯，没有任何人，可以说我是无罪的。主啊！我以感恩，敬畏的心等候神，专心跟随圣灵的引领，且要热心服侍家人和社区，要得着更多人，可以脱离一切的罪孽。

2/10/2018 历史是神的荣耀

诗129:1-5
以色列当说、从我幼年以来、敌人屡次苦害我、从我幼年以来、敌人屡次苦害我、却没有胜了我。如同扶犁的、在我背上扶犁而耕．耕的犁沟甚长。耶和华是公义的．他砍断了恶人的绳索。愿恨恶锡安的、都蒙羞退后。
Many times they have afflicted me from my youth up. Let Israel now say, many times they have afflicted me from my youth up, yet they have not prevailed against me. The plowers plowed on my back. They made their furrows long. Yahweh is righteous. He has cut apart the cords of the wicked. Let them be disappointed and turned backward, all those who hate Zion.
主耶稣！感谢神，以色列国复国的历史，见证神奇妙的作为，是神的荣耀。历代总是有一群叛逆的人，他们的心被邪灵所占据，行各样的恶事，想尽办法想灭绝以色列国。主啊！感谢神记念与亚伯拉罕的约，保护以色列国。愿以色列国平安，攻击以色列的必受神的审判。

1/10/2018 全家福

诗128:1-4
凡敬畏耶和华、遵行他道的人、便为有福。你要吃劳碌得来的．你要享福、事情顺利。你妻子在你的内室、好象多结果子的葡萄树．你儿女围绕你的桌子、好象橄榄栽子。看哪、敬畏耶和华的人、必要这样蒙福。
Blessed is everyone who fears Yahweh, who walks in his ways. For you will eat the labor of your hands. You will be happy, and it will be well with you. Your wife will be as a fruitful vine, in the innermost parts of your house; your children like olive plants, around your table. Behold, thus is the man blessed who fears Yahweh.
主耶稣！全家福，这是我要的福，也是神乐意赐给那敬畏他名的人。主啊！求祢帮助我，去除对祝福的错误思维。也求祢恢复我的记忆，我有向他人借贷的，承诺的，我都要归还。金钱上有不正当来源的，我都要退回。

30/9/2018 恩蒙恩福

诗127:3-5
儿女是耶和华所赐的产业．所怀的胎、是他所给的赏赐。少年时所生的儿女、好象勇士手中的箭。箭袋充满的人、便为有福．他们在城门口、和仇敌说话的时候、必不至于羞愧。
Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward. As arrows in the hand of a mighty man, so are the children of youth. Happy is the man who has his quiver full of them. They won't be disappointed when they speak with their enemies in the gate.
主耶稣！结婚又不想生儿育女，怕麻烦，怕负担，怕不懂得教养孩子。怕婚姻失败(若是没有孩子，离婚没有拖累)。主啊！求祢拔除谎言，切除惧怕的思维，叫不敢生育的夫妇重新得力，蒙恩蒙福，生儿育女，荣耀主名。

29/9/2018 睡的甘甜

诗127:1-2
若不是耶和华建造房屋、建造的人就枉然劳力．若不是耶和华看守城池、看守的人就枉然儆醒。你们清晨早起、夜晚安歇、吃劳碌得来的饭、本是枉然．惟有耶和华所亲爱的、必叫他安然睡觉。
Unless Yahweh builds the house, they labor in vain who build it. Unless Yahweh watches over the city, the watchman guards it in vain. It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones.
主耶稣！我在想，我建立家室，劳力工作到底要的是什么？为了什么？我若一生忙碌只是为了生存，为了衣，行，住，食而活，那我只是为一个肉身而活。主啊！因为我有永生，所以我肉身的生命就有永恒的价值，显得更加宝贵。夜里想到神爱我，想到永生，我的心就得到安慰，睡的甘甜。

诗126:3-6
耶和华果然为我们行了大事、我们就欢喜。耶和华阿、求你使我们被掳的人归回、好象南地的河水复流。流泪撒种的、必欢呼收割。那带种流泪出去的、必要欢欢乐乐的带禾捆回来。
Yahweh has done great things for us, and we are glad. Restore our fortunes again, Yahweh, like the streams in the Negev. Those who sow in tears will reap in joy. He who goes out weeping, carrying seed for sowing, will certainly come again with joy, carrying his sheaves.
主耶稣！以色列国的历史，见证神的信实，神对亚伯拉罕所立的盐约，永不改变。主啊！我的梦想，是全家得救，代代敬畏，侍奉耶和华神。我愿意为这美梦成真，献上我的生命为祭。

27/9/2018 平安归于神的子民

诗125:4-5
耶和华阿、求你善待那些为善、和心里正直的人。至于那偏行弯曲道路的人、耶和华必使他和作恶的人、一同出去受刑。愿平安归于以色列。
Do good, Yahweh, to those who are good, to those who are upright in their hearts. But as for those who turn aside to their crooked ways, Yahweh will lead them away with the workers of iniquity. Peace be on Israel.
主耶稣！那偏行弯曲正直公义，把同罪行给合理化，把贿赂当礼貌，把赌博当康乐，把嫖妓当娱乐，把同性文化正常化。人心自大，狂妄。人心险恶，奸诈。良心麻木，心灵昏暗，耳朵发沉。世界越来越混乱。主啊！至于我和我家，坚守：不从不站不坐。不跟从恶心的领袖，不与恶人站在同一立场，不与恶人同坐享福。

诗124:1-3,8
以色列人要说、若不是耶和华帮助我们，若不是耶和华帮助我们、当人起来攻击我们、向我们发怒的时候、就把我们活活的吞了．我们得帮助、是在乎倚靠造天地之耶和华的名。
If it had not been Yahweh who was on our side, let Israel now say, if it had not been Yahweh who was on our side, when men rose up against us; then they would have swallowed us up alive, when their wrath was kindled against us; Our help is in the name of Yahweh, who made heaven and earth.
主耶稣！许多时候，我只看到帮助我的人，更多时候只是看到我喜欢的人来的帮助。却看不到祢会透过我不认识，不喜欢的人，更看不到祢借着与我为敌的人，成为我的帮助。主啊！我明白了，我信靠神，倚靠神的名，所得到的帮助，都要将荣耀归给神。

诗123:1-2
坐在天上的主阿，我向你举目。看哪、仆人的眼睛怎样望主人的手、使女的眼睛怎样望主母的手、我们的眼睛也照样望耶和华我们的神、直到他怜悯我们。
To you I do lift up my eyes, you who sit in the heavens. Behold, as the eyes of servants look to the hand of their master, as the eyes of a maid to the hand of her mistress; so our eyes look to Yahweh, our God, until he has mercy on us.
主耶稣！我审查对敬畏耶和华神的认知，我向神献上的祷告祈求的言辞，敬拜献祭的专心，在与神独处，静思，等候神的态度。我发现当中有无礼的请求，有自义的心机，有急躁的心理。主啊！求祢赦免我不敬畏神的过犯。

24/9/2018 为祖国求平安

诗122:6-9
你们要为耶路撒冷求平安。耶路撒冷阿、爱你的人必然兴旺。愿你城中平安、愿你宫内兴旺。因我弟兄和同伴的缘故、我要说、愿平安在你中间。因耶和华我们神殿的缘故、我要为你求福。
Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. Those who love you will prosper. Peace be within your walls, and prosperity within your palaces. For my brothers' and companions' sakes, I will now say, "Peace be within you." For the sake of the house of Yahweh our God, I will seek your good.
主耶稣！耶路撒冷是耶和华名下的产业，那个国家想是要攻击，破坏神的产业，哪国必不得安宁。主啊！愿我的祖国与以色列国的邦交是坚固，是美好的。愿我国与以色列国经贸，教育，科技有紧密联系和发展。愿以色列四围虽然有动荡，国内却是满有平安的祝福临到我的祖国。

我要向山举目。我的帮助从何而来。我的帮助从造天地的耶和华而来。他必不叫你的脚摇动．保护你的必不打盹。保护以色列的、也不打盹、也不睡觉。保护你的是耶和华．耶和华在你右边荫庇你。
白日太阳必不伤你．夜间月亮必不害你。耶和华要保护你、免受一切的灾害．他要保护你的性命。你出你入、耶和华要保护你、从今时直到永远。
I will lift up my eyes to the hills. Where does my help come from? My help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth. He will not allow your foot to be moved. He who keeps you will not slumber. Behold, he who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. Yahweh is your keeper. Yahweh is your shade on your right hand. The sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night. Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forth, and forevermore.
主耶稣！我信圣父，圣孑，圣灵，我信祢是神的独生儿子，我信祢是基督，是弥赛亚，我信祢为我的罪受刑罚，受死，复活，升天，还要再回来。主啊！我且要在生活中相信祢与我同在，同行，同住。

诗120:5-7
我寄居在米设、住在基达帐棚之中、有祸了。我与那恨恶和睦的人、许久同住。我愿和睦．但我发言、他们就要争战。
Woe is me, that I live in Meshech, that I dwell among the tents of Kedar! My soul has had her dwelling too long with him who hates peace. I am for peace, but when I speak, they are for war.
主耶稣！祢说，这世界有祸了，因为将人绊倒。绊倒人的事是免不了的，但那绊倒人的有祸了。又说你们若属世界，世界必爱属自己的。只因你们不属世界。乃是我从世界中拣选了你们，所以世界就恨你们。主啊！祢向父祈求，不求父叫我们离开世界、只求父保守我们脱离那恶者，脱离罪恶。我知道我的身份，我是上帝的孩子，使人和睦是我当尽的本份。有我在的地方，我仍旧要为这地求和睦。

诗119:141，164-165
我微小被人藐视．却不忘记你的训词。我因你公义的典章、一天七次赞美你。爱你律法的人、有大平安．甚么都不能使他们绊脚。
I am small and despised. I don't forget your precepts. Seven times a day, I praise you, because of your righteous ordinances. Those who love your law have great peace. Nothing causes them to stumble.
主耶稣！祢的话说：你们这小群，不要惧怕，因为你们的父，乐意把国赐给你们。主啊！人可以藐视我们，我们绝不会藐视自己，因为我们知道天父爱我们，乐意把国赐给我们。不尊重我们的，就是不尊重神。他们将会为不尊重神而付出代价。我们要靠着主，倚赖他的大能大力，时时称颂耶和华，默念神的训词，成为刚强的人。

诗119:136，139
我的眼泪下流成河、因为他们不守你的律法。我心焦急、如同火烧、因我敌人忘记你的言语。
Streams of tears run down my eyes, because they don't observe your law. My zeal wears me out, because my enemies ignore your words.
主耶稣！大卫合神心意岂是没有原因的吗？大卫的的祷告，带给我极大的冲击。他为不守神律法的人，为敌人，为他们忘记神的言语而流泪，哭泣，焦急。主啊！求祢更新我，使我活出神孩子的生命，像父一样，满有怜悯，慈爱，能够爱罪人，敌人，领他们悔改。

19/9/2018 兴奋是为了什么

诗119:127-131
所以我爱你的命令、胜于金子、更胜于精金。你一切的训词、在万事上、我都以为正直．我却恨恶一切假道。你的法度奇妙．所以我一心谨守。你的言语一解开、就发出亮光、使愚人通达。我张口而气喘．因我切慕你的命令。
Therefore I love your commandments more than gold, yes, more than pure gold. Therefore I consider all of your precepts to be right. I hate every false way. Your testimonies are wonderful, therefore my soul keeps them. The entrance of your words gives light. It gives understanding to the simple. I opened my mouth wide and panted, for I longed for your commandments.
主耶稣！有人因发财兴奋，有人因得奖而兴奋，有人因得表扬而兴奋，有人因被判无罪而兴奋。我省察，我兴奋的源由？主啊！是的，有许多可以令我兴奋的，然而，我定意叫我的兴奋与神的言语相连。只要听见，默想神的话，得到启示，安慰，指引，鼓励，劝勉，我就感到极其兴奋，因为，我感到神超爱我。

诗119:120
我因惧怕你，肉就发抖，我也怕你的判语。
My flesh trembles for fear of you. I am afraid of your judgments.
主耶稣！感谢神造人，赐给人有害怕的感觉。怕失败，怕穷困，怕痛苦，怕孤独，怕被欺负，怕被拒绝，怕被骗，怕犯错，怕犯法。有人不怕做恶，却怕被捉上法庭。有人怕真神，却侍奉人所造的假神。主啊！当我有怕的感觉时，求祢提升我的认知，我所怕的若是不该有的，我要拒绝。若是从祢来的惧怕，求圣灵相助，在惧怕中得胜，叫神得荣耀。

17/9/2018 在神面前的害羞感

诗119:116-117
求你照你的话扶持我、使我存活．也不叫我因失望而害羞。求你扶持我、我便得救、时常看重你的律例。
Uphold me according to your word, that I may live. Let me not be ashamed of my hope. Hold me up, and I will be safe, and will have respect for your statutes continually.
主耶稣！我面对神时感到害羞，因为，神吩咐我的话，我把它当耳边风，不以为然，我倚靠自己的知识，看不见所要的结果，还要埋怨神。求主赦免！主啊！害羞感是神赐给我的良心触角，我若感觉不到害羞，这将是很可怕的。求圣灵帮助我，对羞辱神名声的事，有强烈的感觉。

诗119:104-105
我借着你的训词、得以明白．所以我恨一切的假道。你的话是我脚前的灯、是我路上的光。
Through your precepts, I get understanding;  therefore I hate every false way. Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path.
主耶稣！我没有忘记您的教诲，不可恨人的，因为，恨人的就是杀人。主啊！我有所恨， 我只恨邪恶，不恨人。我恨的是一切假道，欺骗人的道理，歪曲真理的知识。

诗119:98-100
你的命令常存在我心里、使我比仇敌有智慧。我比我的师傅更通达．因我思想你的法度。我比年老的更明白、因我守了你的训词。
Your commandments make me wiser than my enemies, for your commandments are always with me. I have more understanding than all my teachers, for your testimonies are my meditation. I understand more than the aged, because I have kept your precepts.
主耶稣！感谢祢让我知道胜过仇敌的能力源自祢的命令，把祢的命令存在心里，就会产生力量。主啊！年老的，做师傅的，他们是我所尊敬的。他们守祢的训词是我所要效法。他们对祢的命令有所缺乏的，求祢亲自来指教我。

14/9/2018 求主赐给我悟性

诗119:73-74
你的手制造我、建立我．求你赐我悟性、可以学习你的命令。敬畏你的人见我、就要欢喜．因我仰望你的话。
Your hands have made me and formed me. Give me understanding, that I may learn your commandments. Those who fear you will see me and be glad, because I have put my hope in your word.
主耶稣！经上说，我要用灵祷告，也要用悟性祷告。我要用灵歌唱，也要用悟性歌唱。在教会中，宁可用悟性说五句教导人的话，强如说万句方言。保罗为门徒不住的祷告祈求，愿他们在一切属灵的智慧悟性上，满心知道神的旨意．主啊！求祢为我造清洁的心，与敬畏神的人互相联络，以致丰丰足足在悟性中有充足的信心，使我真知神的奥秘，就是基督。叫敬畏祢名的人见我，就要欢喜。

诗119:67，71,72
我未受苦以先、走迷了路．现在却遵守你的话。我受苦是与我有益、为要使我学习你的律例。你口中的训言、律法与我有益、胜于千万的金银。
Before I was afflicted, I went astray; but now I observe your word. It is good for me that I have been afflicted, that I may learn your statutes. The law of your mouth is better to me than thousands of pieces of gold and silver.
主耶稣！祢受苦，受害，受死，都是为了完成天父的旨意。祢因看见那极大的荣耀，这些苦，就算不了什么。主啊！我犯错受苦，求祢光照，赦免，叫我归正。我行公义，正直，良善受苦，求祢加添力量，爱祢到底。我患病，遇患难受苦，求祢医治，叫神得荣耀。

诗119:63
凡敬畏你、守你训词的人、我都与他作伴。
I am a friend of all those who fear you, of those who observe your precepts.
主耶稣！祢的话说，祢称我们为朋友，又说，不是我们拣选了祢，是祢拣选了我们，并且分派我们去结果子，叫我们的果子常存。使我们奉祢的名，无论向父神求甚么，神就赐给我们。主啊！我要有智慧拣选朋友，首选有敬畏神，守祢训词，与有智慧的人同行。他们处事待人有感恩，真诚和尊荣的德行。其次才是有同样兴趣的人。求祢赐给我勇气，切除与愚昧人一切的魂结。

诗119:59-62
我思想我所行的道、就转步归向你的法度。我急忙遵守你的命令、并不迟延。恶人的绳索缠绕我．我却没有忘记你的律法。我因你公义的典章、半夜必起来称谢你。
I considered my ways, and turned my steps to your statutes. I will hurry, and not delay, to obey your commandments. The ropes of the wicked bind me, but I won't forget your law. At midnight I will rise to give thanks to you, because of your righteous ordinances.
主耶稣！夜晚躺下睡眠，明早能够起身，这是恩典。主啊！ 我若是半夜起来，也要称谢主。早晨起床，我不再急忙只想干活，却是要想念主的命令，并不迟疑。因为，在祢的命令里，我找到了爱。

弗5:3-7
至于淫乱、并一切污秽、或是贪婪、在你们中间连提都不可、方合圣徒的体统。淫词、妄语、和戏笑的话、都不相宜、总要说感谢的话。因为你们确实的知道、无论是淫乱的、是污秽的、是有贪心的、在基督和神的国里、都是无分的．有贪心的、就与拜偶像的一样。不要被人虚浮的话欺哄．因这些事、神的忿怒必临到那悖逆之子。 所以你们不要与他们同伙。

祷告，把他们这群鼓吹同性文化合法化作恶的人，交在主耶稣手里。他们有的受罚，有的蒙救赎。

9/9/2018 为什么要记住神的话

诗119:49-52
求你记念向你仆人所应许的话、叫我有盼望。这话将我救活了．我在患难中、因此得安慰。骄傲的人甚侮慢我．我却未曾偏离你的律法。耶和华阿、我记念你从古以来的典章、就得了安慰。
Remember your word to your servant, because you gave me hope. This is my comfort in my affliction, for your word has revived me. The arrogant mock me excessively, but I don't swerve from your law. I remember your ordinances of old, Yahweh, and have comforted myself.
主耶稣！神的话，就是灵，就是生命，叫人活的乃是灵。主啊！我要听神的话，说神的话，也要记住神的话，且要用神的话作歌。我用神的话，向神祷告，支取万有者的应许，神的话成为我的力量，做个正能量的人。

8/9/2018 羞辱远离我

诗119:39-42
求你使我所怕的羞辱远离我．因你的典章本为美。我羡慕你的训词．求你使我在你的公义上生活。耶和华阿、愿你照你的话、使你的慈爱、就是你的救恩、临到我身上。我就有话回答那羞辱我的．因我倚靠你的话。
Take away my disgrace that I dread, for your ordinances are good. Behold, I long for your precepts! Revive me in your righteousness. Let your loving kindness also come to me, Yahweh, your salvation, according to your word. So I will have an answer for him who reproaches me, for I trust in your word.
主耶稣！愚昧的人在暗中生活，自以为光荣，但是，在神的角度看，他们所行却是在羞辱自己，家人，和造物之主。主啊！神的话是人生命的光，求神的话照耀在我的心里，使我晓得骄傲，淫荡，贪婪，拜偶像，这些行为都带来羞辱。主祢的宝血洗净我过去一切的羞辱。叫羞辱远离我和我的一家。

诗119:34
求你赐我悟性、我便遵守你的律法．且要一心遵守。求你叫我遵行你的命令．因为这是我所喜乐的。求你使我的心、趋向你的法度、不趋向非义之财。求你叫我转眼不看虚假、又叫我在你的道中生活。
Give me understanding, and I will keep your law. Yes, I will obey it with my whole heart. Direct me in the path of your commandments, for I delight in them. Turn my heart toward your statutes, not toward selfish gain. Turn my eyes away from looking at worthless things. Revive me in your ways.
主耶稣！所罗王说：虚空的虚空，凡事都是虚空。大卫王说：叫我转眼不看虚假。圣灵说：
这世界和其上的情欲，都要过去。惟独遵行神旨意的，是永远常存。主啊！如今常存的有信，有望，有爱，其中最大的是爱。我要爱神，爱家人，爱众人到爱仇敌，在真道中生活。叫父神得荣耀。阿们！

6/9/2018 谁是我的谋士？

诗119:22-24
求你除掉我所受的羞辱和藐视．因我遵守你的法度。虽有首领坐着妄论我、你仆人却思想你的律例。你的法度、是我所喜乐的、是我的谋士。
Take reproach and contempt away from me, for I have kept your statutes. Though princes sit and slander me, your servant will meditate on your statutes. Indeed your statutes are my delight, and my counselors.
主耶稣！亚希多弗曾经是大卫王的谋士，后来竟然变成设谋要杀害大卫王的人。主啊！我祈求祢施恩保护我，有时我寻求他人的帮助提供意见，他们的建议偏离了祢法度的，我能够及时辨明并加以否决，因为唯有神的话是我的谋士。

5/9/2018 我真的爱神吗？

诗119:14-16，18，20
我喜悦你的法度、如同喜悦一切的财物。我要默想你的训词、看重你的道路。我要在你的律例中自乐．我不忘记你的话。求你开我的眼睛、使我看出你律法中的奇妙。我时常切慕你的典章、甚至心碎。
I have rejoiced in the way of your testimonies, as much as in all riches. I will meditate on your precepts, and consider your ways. I will delight myself in your statutes. I will not forget your word. Open my eyes, that I may see wondrous things out of your law. My soul is consumed with longing for your ordinances at all times.
主耶稣！祢说：有了祢的命令，又遵守的，这人就是爱祢的。又说：你们若爱我，就必遵守我的命令。人若说，我爱神，却恨他的弟兄，就是说谎话的。不爱他所看见的弟兄，就不能爱没有看见的　神。主啊！我检查我的人生意义，对金钱，财富的意义。我是否爱神的命令大过爱财富？我是否爱满足自己过于爱家人？

诗119:1-6
行为完全、遵行耶和华律法的、这人便为有福。遵守他的法度、一心寻求他的、这人便为有福。这人不作非义的事．但遵行他的道。耶和华阿、你曾将你的训词吩咐我们、为要我们殷勤遵守。但愿我行事坚定、得以遵守你的律例。我看重你的一切命令、就不至于羞愧。
Blessed are those whose ways are blameless, who walk according to Yahweh's law. Blessed are those who keep his statutes, who seek him with their whole heart. Yes, they do nothing wrong. They walk in his ways. You have commanded your precepts, that we should fully obey them. Oh that my ways were steadfast to obey your statutes! Then I wouldn't be disappointed, when I consider all of your commandments.
主耶稣！在富豪榜上有名的人，被人称为有富。他们有的是地上的资产。感谢祢的话语说，那些有祢的命令又遵守的人， 他们被神称为有福。他们拥有的是永恒生命的基业。主啊！我看重，也喜悦遵守祢的命令，我是有福的人。

诗118:26
奉耶和华名来的，是应当称颂的。我们从耶和华的殿中，为你们祝福。
Blessed is he who comes in the name of Yahweh! We have blessed you out of the house of Yahweh.
主耶稣！天父向我们所怀的意念是祝福，主祢道成肉身，所作的一切也为了祝福世人。神是一切祝福的源头。主啊！我领受了神的祝福，要成为家人的祝福，也要成为教会，社会，国家的祝福。更要为以色列祝福。

2/9/2018 耶和华的门

诗118:17-21
我必不至死、仍要存活、并要传扬耶和华的作为。
耶和华虽严严的惩治我、却未曾将我交于死亡。给我敞开义门．我要进去、称谢耶和华。这是耶和华的门．义人要进去。我要称谢你、因为你已经应允我、又成了我的拯救。
I will not die, but live, and declare Yah's works.
Yah has punished me severely, but he has not given me over to death. Open to me the gates of righteousness. I will enter into them. I will give thanks to Yah. This is the gate of Yahweh; the righteous will enter into it. I will give thanks to you, for you have answered me, and have become my salvation.
主耶稣！每道门有名称，在告诉人关于门后面的意义，进入永生耶和华神门的人必得永生。主啊！谢谢祢，我因相信祢是神的儿子，接受祢为我的救主，我因相信祢，被神称为义人，我可以进入耶和华神的门，得永生的生命。感恩！

1/9/2018 投靠耶和华的人

诗118:8-13
投靠耶和华、强过倚赖人。投靠耶和华、强过倚赖王子。万民围绕我．我靠耶和华的名、必剿灭他们。他们环绕我、围困我．我靠耶和华的名、必剿灭他们。他们如同蜂子围绕我、好象烧荆棘的火、必被熄灭．我靠耶和华的名、必剿灭他们。你推我要叫我跌倒、但耶和华帮助了我。
It is better to take refuge in Yahweh, than to put confidence in man. It is better to take refuge in Yahweh, than to put confidence in princes. All the nations surrounded me, but in the name of Yahweh, I cut them off. They surrounded me, yes, they surrounded me. In the name of Yahweh I indeed cut them off. They surrounded me like bees. They are quenched like the burning thorns. In the name of Yahweh I cut them off. You pushed me back hard, to make me fall, but Yahweh helped me.
主耶稣！我投靠耶和华，有耶和华神为保障，凡是攻击我者，好比攻击耶和华。主啊！仇敌在明处或在暗中攻击我，我不去思想如何反击，我只要专注于爱主我的神。我回首看那攻击我者的下场，他们都受到神公义审判的刑罚。

31/8/2018 我应该有的态度

诗118:6-7，13-14
有耶和华帮助我．我必不惧怕．人能把我怎么样呢。在那帮助我的人中、有耶和华帮助我．所以我要看见那恨我的人遭报。..你推我要叫我跌倒、但耶和华帮助了我。耶和华是我的力量、是我的诗歌．他也成了我的拯救。
Yahweh is on my side. I will not be afraid. What can man do to me? Yahweh is on my side among those who help me. Therefore I will look in triumph at those who hate me. You pushed me back hard, to make me fall, but Yahweh helped me. Yah is my strength and song. He has become my salvation.
主耶稣！我思想，我若是确信有耶和华帮助我，我在处理事情时，会有那些态度。主啊！但以理被人陷害，被丢进狮子坑，若是我，我会像但以理一样安稳吗？保罗被打，关在牢里，若是我，我会像保罗一样向神歌唱吗？被鞭打，针十架，若是我，我会像祢一样说：父啊，赦免他们，因他们所作的，他们不晓得。主啊！我若确信有耶和华神帮助我，这些态度都是我应该有的，不怕苦难，不怕痛苦，不怕死亡。

30/8/2018 期待这一天的到来

诗117:1-2
万国阿、你们都当赞美耶和华．万民哪、你们都当颂赞他。因为他向我们大施慈爱．耶和华的诚实、存到永远。你们要赞美耶和华。
Praise Yahweh, all you nations! Extol him, all you peoples! For his loving kindness is great toward us. Yahweh's faithfulness endures forever. Praise Yah!
主耶稣！ 万国万民，不同语音，不同种族，不同乐器，在那一天，他们将一同歌唱，称颂赞美耶和华神。主啊！我很期待这一天的到来，愿我在肉身活着，可以等到这一天，万国万民都要来赞美耶和华神。

诗116:15
在耶和华眼中看圣民之死，极为宝贵。
Precious in the sight of Yahweh is the death of his saints.
主耶稣！我们对亲人的离去，难免感到难过，悲伤，不舍得。从来没有想到人死后有何价值。然而，今早的经文，让我可以从神的角度思考亲人的过世。主啊！人的肉生出于尘土，归回尘土。人的灵出于神的灵，归回神。新的满有荣光的灵体，不再有死亡，也不再有悲哀，哭号，疼痛，因为以前的事都过去了。这是何等美好！难怪，诗人说：神看圣民之死是极为宝贵。

28/8/2018 还愿与报恩

诗116:12-14
我拿甚么报答耶和华向我所赐的一切厚恩。我要举起救恩的杯、称扬耶和华的名。我要在他众民面前向耶和华还我的愿。
What will I give to Yahweh for all his benefits toward me? I will take the cup of salvation, and call on the name of Yahweh. I will pay my vows to Yahweh, yes, in the presence of all his people.
主耶稣！我不再以"偶然"看事情，凡事学习去寻找，要明白神在这些事上有何要我知道的。我越多祷告，祈求，我越多经历神的恩典。主啊！我要向神还愿，见证神的大爱，传扬耶和华神的名，报答神所赐给我的厚恩。

27/8/2018 耶和华用厚恩待我

诗116:7
我的心哪、你要仍归安乐、因为耶和华用厚恩待你。主阿、你救我的命、免了死亡、救我的眼、免了流泪、救我的脚、免了跌倒。我要在耶和华面前、行活人之路。
Return to your rest, my soul, for Yahweh has dealt bountifully with you. For you have delivered my soul from death, my eyes from tears, and my feet from falling. I will walk before Yahweh in the land of the living.
主耶稣！我相信耶和华神用厚恩待我。主啊！我不需要等到突破来到才有喜乐和平安。我只要想到祢说，祢爱我到底！我的心就被圣灵感动，不再惧怕，不再忧虑，不再慌张。我的心就得平静安稳。喜乐的灵再一次充满我，我就可以以喜乐的心活在人间。

诗116:1-2，5
我爱耶和华、因为他听了我的声音、和我的恳求。他既向我侧耳、我一生要求告他。耶和华有恩惠、有公义．我们的神以怜悯为怀。
I love Yahweh, because he listens to my voice, and my cries for mercy. Because he has turned his ear to me, therefore I will call on him as long as I live. Yahweh is Gracious and righteous. Yes, our God is merciful.
主耶稣！我爱耶和华，我喜爱听他爱的言语。主啊！每当我打开圣经，我都带着兴奋的心情，因为，我又能够再次听见耶和华神那充满着爱的声音。我也要向耶和华神说：我的良人，我爱祢，我要快跑跟随祢。

25/8/2018 死人不能赞美耶和华

诗115:16-18
天是耶和华的天．地、他却给了世人。死人不能赞美耶和华．下到寂静中的、也都不能．但我们要称颂耶和华、从今时直到永远。你们要赞美耶和华。
The heavens are the heavens of Yahweh; but the earth has he given to the children of men.
The dead don't praise Yah, neither any who go down into silence; But we will bless Yah, from this time forth and forevermore. Praise Yah!
主耶稣！死人不能赞美耶和华，这话提醒我，我若是没有赞美耶和华神，那我与死人没有两样。主啊！耶和华神的名是应当称颂的，因他的慈爱永远长存，我活着还有一口气的时候，都要赞美他，我最后一口气，也要留给他。

24/8/2018 耶和华向来眷念我们

诗115:11-15
你们敬畏耶和华的、要倚靠耶和华．他是你们的帮助、和你们的盾牌。耶和华向来眷念我们．他还要赐福给我们、要赐福给以色列的家、赐福给亚伦的家。凡敬畏耶和华的、无论大小、主必赐福给他。愿耶和华叫你们和你们的子孙、日见加增。你们蒙了造天地之耶和华的福。
You who fear Yahweh, trust in Yahweh! He is their help and their shield. Yahweh remembers us. He will bless us. He will bless the house of Israel. He will bless the house of Aaron. He will bless those who fear Yahweh, both small and great. May Yahweh increase you more and more, you and your children. Blessed are you by Yahweh, who made heaven and earth.
主耶稣！我是何等的无知，因为我信的又慢又迟钝。我信全能的耶和华神，创造天地万物，我信基督耶稣是上帝的独生儿子，道成肉身，承担世人的罪，为世人受死，从死里复活，升天，坐在父的右边为人代求。主啊！从创世直到现在，耶和华向来都在眷念我们。我所需要的，神早已知道，也早已经为我预备，我还在忧虑什么呢？我只要尽心尽力，爱主，我的神，爱人如己。凡事叫神的名得荣耀神。父啊！谢谢祢，何等丰盛的荣耀在等着我。

在生病痛苦的时候

早安。在生病痛苦的时候，最怕别人在旁边用「过错」或「报应」，替我找原因；但唯有主耶稣用祂受的刑罚，使我们得平安，用祂受的鞭伤，使你我得医治。

【圣经中的祝福】
耶稣回答说：「也不是这人犯了罪，也不是他父母犯了罪，是要在他身上显出神的作为来。趁着白日，我们必须做那差我来者的工；黑夜将到，就没有人能做工了。(约翰福音 9:3-4)

【主是拯救】
谢谢主耶稣，祢是带着慈爱来安慰我的神。祢不计算我的过犯，反倒用怜悯、恩慈来帮助我，用祢自己成为得救的道路，让神的作为显在我的身上，使我被饶恕而得生命。

当别人用我的过错或当来的报应，断定我为什么生病和痛苦，使我心里忧伤的时候；唯有祢是用宝血和救恩，来恢復神与我的关系，伸出手来医治我，赐给我可以抓紧的盼望。

主啊！除祢以外，别无拯救；求祢不单医治我的身体，也救我的灵魂，让我更多认识祢，因为相信祢而被神称义。我的外体虽然毁坏，内心却一天新似一天，天天都有在祢里面的平安，并且照我的信心给我成全。

诗115:1
耶和华阿、荣耀不要归与我们、不要归与我们．要因你的慈爱和诚实归在你的名下。
Not to us, Yahweh, not to us, but to your name give glory, for your loving kindness, and for your truth's sake.
主耶稣！ 荣耀不要归与我们，今早这句话如雷贯耳。主啊！许多时候，我们被肯定，被赞赏时，没有及时将荣耀归给天父。我们在人面前分享成就时，也忘了提耶和华神给予的帮助。我们也忘了感谢神把我安置在现在的位子上。愿一切的荣耀，颂赞都归给我们在天上的父，和救主耶稣基督，并圣灵保惠师。阿们！

22/8/2018 两国一制

诗114:1-2
以色列出了埃及、雅各家离开说异言之民．那时犹大为主的圣所、以色列为他所治理的国度。
When Israel went forth out of Egypt, the house of Jacob from a people of foreign language;
Judah became his sanctuary, Israel his dominion.
主耶稣！记得祢教导我们如何祷告，愿神的国度降临，愿神的旨意行在地上，如同行在天上。主啊！我在肉身上生活，有国家的制度，我的灵却是属于天上的国。我虽身在两国，却是只有一个国度，我要借这身体活出天国的制度，叫父得荣耀。

21/8/2018 赐百般安慰的神

诗113:5
谁像耶和华我们的神呢．他坐在至高之处、自己谦卑、观看天上地下的事。他从灰尘里抬举贫寒人、从粪堆中提拔穷乏人．使他们与王子同坐、就是与本国的王子同坐。他使不能生育的妇人安居家中、为多子的乐母。你们要赞美耶和华。
Who is like Yahweh, our God, who has his seat on high, Who stoops down to see in heaven and in the earth? He raises up the poor out of the dust. Lifts up the needy from the ash heap;
that he may set him with princes, even with the princes of his people. He settles the barren woman in her home, as a joyful mother of children. Praise Yah!
主耶稣！无论是穷乏人，贪寒人，他们需要的安慰，包括不能生育的妇人，耶和华神都亲自安慰。主啊！神是赐百般安慰，求圣灵赐安慰的话给那些在失恋中，在学习中，在工作中受挫的，也赐安慰的话给在病患中，和丧失亲人的。使他们心里有力量，有智慧聪明能力，去克服艰难，并胜过眼前的挑战。

20/8/2018 我惧怕什么

诗112:4-9 正直人在黑暗中、有光向他发现．他有恩惠、有怜悯、有公义。 施恩与人、借贷与人的、这人事情顺利．他被审判的时候、要诉明自己的冤。他永不动摇．义人被记念直到永远。他必不怕凶恶的信息．他心坚定、倚靠耶和华。他心确定、总不惧怕、直到他看见敌人遭报。他施舍钱财、赒济贫穷．他的仁义、存到永远。他的角必被高举、大有荣耀。 Light dawns in the darkness for the upright, gracious, merciful, and righteous. It is well with the man who deals graciously and lends. He will maintain his cause in judgment. For he will never be shaken. The righteous will be remembered forever. He will not be afraid of evil news. His heart is steadfast, trusting in Yahweh. His heart is established. He will not be afraid in the end when he sees his adversaries. He has dispersed, he has given to the poor. His righteousness endures forever. His horn will be exalted with honor. 主耶稣！大卫王心坚定倚靠耶和华，心确定，耶和华神是信实正直，守约施慈爱，公义仁慈的神，就没有惧怕。主啊！我坚定倚靠，信靠耶和华神，不怕外在困难，困扰，困惑，威吓。我怕是神不理我，不再管我，任凭我。

19/8/2018 神赐的福

诗112:1
你们要赞美耶和华。敬畏耶和华、甚喜爱他命令的、这人便为有福。他的后裔在世必强盛．正直人的后代、必要蒙福。他家中有货物、有钱财．他的公义、存到永远。
Praise Yah! Blessed is the man who fears Yahweh, who delights greatly in his commandments. His seed will be mighty in the land. The generation of the upright will be blessed. Wealth and riches are in his house. His righteousness endures forever.
主耶稣！人可以凭自己的才能，靠人际关系，去赚取财富，荣耀归给自己。主啊！我决定以荣耀神的名蒙神赐的福。无论是做什么样的生意，入那样的行业，都必须是真实，诚实，尊重人。好叫耶和华神的祝福可以临到我和后代。

18/8/2018 凡喜爱的都必考察

诗111:2-4
耶和华的作为本为大．凡喜爱的都必考察。他所行的是尊荣、和威严。他的公义存到永远。他行了奇事、使人记念．耶和华有恩惠、有怜悯。
Yahweh's works are great, pondered by all those who delight in them. His work is honor and majesty. His righteousness endures forever. He has caused his wonderful works to be remembered. Yahweh is gracious and merciful.
主耶稣！凡我喜爱的我都需要重新考察，是否有尊荣祢的名。主啊！我要重视，珍惜祢赦罪的恩典，敬畏祢设立的圣餐，敬重祢所按立的长老，和尊重祢所设的上位者。我特别要尊荣我的父母。我也要发挥祢赐给我的恩赐和才智，我拥有的一切，都是出于神。不是理所当然。

17/8/2018 受邀与王同坐

诗110:1-4 耶和华对我主说、你坐在我的右边、等我使你仇敌作你的脚凳。耶和华必使你从锡安伸出能力的杖来．你要在你仇敌中掌权。当你掌权的日子，你的民要以圣洁的妆饰为衣，甘心牺牲自己．你的民多如清晨的甘露。耶和华起了誓、决不后悔、说、你是照着麦基洗德的等次、永远为祭司。 Yahweh says to my Lord, "Sit at my right hand, until I make your enemies your footstool for your feet." Yahweh will send forth the rod of your strength out of Zion. Rule in the midst of your enemies. Your people offer themselves willingly in the day of your power, in holy array. Out of the womb of the morning, you have the dew of your youth. Yahweh has sworn, and will not change his mind: "You are a priest forever in the order of Melchizedek." 主耶稣！祢的话说：得胜的，我要赐他在我宝座上与我同坐，就如我得了胜，在我父的宝座上与他同坐一般。主啊！祢从死里复活，胜过死亡，胜过掌死权的魔鬼撒旦。我因信称义，罪得赦免，得永生，受邀与祢同坐在宝座上。我得尊荣，是何等有福，何等满足。

16/8/2018 我要用口极力称谢耶和华

诗109:30-31
我要用口极力称谢耶和华．我要在众人中间赞美他。因为他必站在穷乏人的右边、要救他脱离审判他灵魂的人。
I will give great thanks to Yahweh with my mouth. Yes, I will praise him among the multitude. For he will stand at the right hand of the needy, to save him from those who judge his soul.
主耶稣！无论在那里有敬拜，称颂，赞美耶和华神，神的宝座就在当中，神必定会除去一切的不公义。主啊！ 我要在穷乏人当中，用口极力称谢耶和华，我不再担心，顾虑，别人怎样看我，也不会被人的评语所影响，我只专心，以单纯的心，诚实的心，敬畏神，献上赞美。耶和华神要兴起，他的仇敌要四散。

15/8/2018 以善报恶是神的儿女

诗109:5-
他们向我以恶报善、以恨报爱。愿你派一个恶人辖制他、派一个对头站在他右边。他受审判的时候、愿他出来担当罪名．愿他的祈祷、反成为罪。愿他的年日短少．愿别人得他的职分。愿他的儿女为孤儿、他的妻子为寡妇。愿他的儿女漂流讨饭、从他们荒凉之处出来求食。
They have rewarded me evil for good, and hatred for my love. Set a wicked man over him. Let an adversary stand at his right hand. When he is judged, let him come forth guilty. Let his prayer be turned into sin. Let his days be few. Let another take his office. Let his children be fatherless, and his wife a widow. Let his children be wandering beggars. Let them be sought from their ruins.
主耶稣！大卫王在诗篇109的请愿，我的读后感，觉得不好。因为，我想起祢在十字架上如何为那些以恶报善，以恨报爱的人的祈祷，说：父阿，赦免他们。因为他们所作的，他们不晓得。主啊！教导我，如何祷告，免得在祷告的事上不讨神喜悦。

14/8/2018 但我专心祈祷

诗109:1-4
我所赞美的神阿，求你不要闭口不言。因为恶人的嘴，和诡诈人的口，已经张开攻击我。他们用撒谎的舌头对我说话。他们围绕我，说怨恨的话，又无故地攻打我。他们与我为敌以报我爱。但我专心祈祷。
God of my praise, don't remain silent, for they have opened the mouth of the wicked and the mouth of deceit against me. They have spoken to me with a lying tongue. They have also surrounded me with words of hatred, and fought against me without a cause. In return for my love, they are my adversaries; but I am in prayer.
主耶稣！大卫王的祷告，给我极大的鼓励，也提醒了我，是基督在我里面活着，我不是活在人的话下。主啊！我要专心读经，祈祷，传道。神的话就是灵，就是生命，我有神的话，神的灵，我的生命不再让恶人的恶言所摆弄。

13/8/2018 我自己要极早醒起

诗108:1-4
神阿、我心坚定．我口要唱诗歌颂。琴瑟阿、你们当醒起．我自己要极早醒起。耶和华阿、我要在万民中称谢你、在列邦中歌颂你。因为你的慈爱大过诸天．你的诚实达到穹苍。
My heart is steadfast, God. I will sing and I will make music with my soul. Wake up, harp and lyre! I will wake up the dawn. I will give thanks to you, Yahweh, among the nations. I will sing praises to you among the peoples. For your loving kindness is great above the heavens. Your faithfulness reaches to the skies.
主耶稣！大卫王的祷告，特别吸引我的是：我自己要极早醒起！主啊！我要清早起来默想祢的法则，思想祢慈爱的话语，要向祢歌唱，称颂祢伟大的作为，且要述说祢奇异的恩典，更是要不住的感谢祢丰富的供应。

12/8/2018 根本原因

诗107:10-15
那些坐在黑暗中死荫里的人、被困苦和铁链捆锁、是因他们违背神的话语、藐视至高者的旨意。所以他用劳苦治服他们的心．他们仆倒、无人扶助。于是他们在苦难中哀求耶和华、他从他们的祸患中拯救他们。他从黑暗中、和死荫里、领他们出来、折断他们的绑索。但愿人因耶和华的慈爱、和他向人所行的奇事、都称赞他。
Some sat in darkness and in the shadow of death, being bound in affliction and iron, because they rebelled against the words of God, and condemned the counsel of the Most High. Therefore he brought down their heart with labor. They fell down, and there was none to help. Then they cried to Yahweh in their trouble, and he saved them out of their distresses. He brought them out of darkness and the shadow of death, and broke their bonds in sunder. Let them praise Yahweh for his loving kindness, for his wonderful works to the children of men!
主耶稣！那在黑暗中渡日，被困苦和恶习捆住的人，是因为违背神的话。主啊！凡是在困苦中生活的人，求祢恩典的光向他们照耀。求祢在光中向他们说话。凡听见祢名的，愿他们都回转向祢求告。凡求告祢名的人，都要蒙恩得救。

11/8/2018 保护下一代

诗106:34-36
他们不照耶和华所吩咐的灭绝外邦人、反与他们混杂相合、学习他们的行为、事奉他们的偶像．这就成了自己的网罗。把自己的儿女祭祀鬼魔。
They didn't destroy the peoples, as Yahweh commanded them, but mixed themselves with the nations, and learned their works. They served their idols, which became a snare to them. Yes, they sacrificed their sons and their daughters to demons.
主耶稣！经上说：顺着情欲撒种的必收取败坏。肉眼的情欲，心中的贪婪，道德的沦丧，人心的败坏，已经成为社会的常态。主啊！我要保守我的心，不让世俗腐败文化影响我和下一代。我要尽心尽力活出所信的真道，并且我的身教可以成为后代的保护。

10/8/2018 全国人民都蒙福

诗106:3-5
凡遵守公平、常行公义的、这人便为有福。耶和华阿、你用恩惠待你的百姓、求你也用这恩惠记念我、开你的救恩眷顾我、使我见你选民的福、乐你国民的乐、与你的产业一同夸耀。
Blessed are those who keep justice. Blessed is one who does what is right at all times. Remember me, Yahweh, with the favor that you show to your people. Visit me with your salvation, that I may see the prosperity of your chosen, that I may rejoice in the gladness of your nation, that I may glory with your inheritance.
主耶稣！神祢愿万人得救，不愿一人沉沦，以色列是祢的百姓，世人也是神祢的产业。主啊！求祢的光来到国会，法庭，政府机关，照明整个国家的治国法则，叫不完善的法则都被显明，被拔除，恢复公义，公正，正直，叫国家可以复新，百姓蒙福，万物复兴，迎接主再来！神的国降临！

9/8/2018 绝对不会忘记

诗105:42-45
这都因他记念他的圣言、和他的仆人亚伯拉罕。他带领百姓欢乐而出、带领选民欢呼前往。他将列国的地赐给他们、他们便承受众民劳碌得来的。好使他们遵他的律例、守他的律法。你们要赞美耶和华。
For he remembered his holy word, and Abraham, his servant. He brought forth his people with joy, his chosen with singing. He gave them the lands of the nations. They took the labor of the peoples in possession, that they might keep his statutes, and observe his laws. Praise Yah!
主耶稣！耶和华神绝对不会忘记他的圣言和与亚伯拉罕所立的约。耶和华神也绝对不会忘记，主祢道成肉身，在十字架上所成就的工，并所说的话，和所作的祈祷。主啊！我要以遵守祢的法则，表明我一生一世，紧紧抓住神的话，记念祢为我所成就的一切，绝对不会忘记称颂神的名。

8/8/2018 我的靠山是耶和华

诗105:37-38
他领自己的百姓带银子金子出来．他支派中没有一个软弱的。他们出来的时候、埃及人便欢喜．原来埃及人惧怕他们。
He brought them forth with silver and gold. There was not one feeble person among his tribes. Egypt was glad when they departed, for the fear of them had fallen on them.
主耶稣！埃及人剥削以色列民，当拯救的日子到了，神要埃及人偿还所亏欠的。主啊！我相信，祢是我的倚靠，我是刚强的，原来那欺负我的人，心里充满惧怕，因为有神的灵在我身上，并且人有亏欠我的，神必为我追讨。

7/8/2018 寻求耶和华的人

诗105:1-3
你们要称谢耶和华、求告他的名、在万民中传扬他的作为。要向他唱诗歌颂、谈论他一切奇妙的作为。要以他的圣名夸耀．寻求耶和华的人、心中应当欢喜。要寻求耶和华与他的能力、时常寻求他的面。
Give thanks to Yahweh! Call on his name! Make his doings known among the peoples. Sing to him, sing praises to him! Tell of all his marvelous works. Glory in his holy name. Let the heart of those who seek Yahweh rejoice.
Seek Yahweh and his strength. Seek his face forever more.
主耶稣！我在安静思想，我是在有需要时才去寻求神吗？我是以怎样的心去寻求神呢？诗人说：寻求耶和华神的人，心中充满感恩，口中讲述神奇妙的作为，且以神的名为荣。主啊！我明白了，寻求神首要的是时常寻求神的面，且凡事都要叫神的名得荣耀。

6/8/2018 耶和华神以尊荣威严为衣服

诗104:1-2
我的心哪、你要称颂耶和华。耶和华我的神阿、你为至大．你以尊荣威严为衣服．披上亮光、如披外袍．铺张穹苍、如铺幔子．
Bless Yahweh, my soul. Yahweh, my God, you are very great. You are clothed with honor and majesty. He covers himself with light as with a garment. He stretches out the heavens like a curtain.
主耶稣！我心尊主为大，我所看到的一切，都能够发现神的伟大作为。主啊！每当我抬起头来观看，早晨的日出，或傍晚的夕阳，黑云密布，或阳光明媚，我看见祢以尊荣威严的衣服显在天上。哈利路亚！我看见了，我看了，每早晨都是新的。

诗103:19-22
耶和华在天上立定宝座．他的权柄统管万有。听从他命令成全他旨意有大能的天使、都要称颂耶和华。你们作他的诸军作他的仆役行他所喜悦的、都要称颂耶和华。你们一切被他造的、在他所治理的各处、都要称颂耶和华．我的心哪、你要称颂耶和华。
Yahweh has established his throne in the heavens. His kingdom rules over all. Praise Yahweh, you angels of his, who are mighty in strength, who fulfill his word, obeying the voice of his word. Praise Yahweh, all you armies of his, you servants of his, who do his pleasure.
Praise Yahweh, all you works of his, in all places of his dominion. Praise Yahweh, my soul!
主耶稣！我的心何等兴奋，当我想到与大能的天使，和一切被造之物，一起称颂耶和华神，大山小山发声歌唱，田野的树木也都拍掌，花朵绽放，彩虹，星光，凡有气息的，天上，地下，和海里的万物，你们都要称颂耶和华。主啊！我想到这一幕，就情不自禁，大声呼喊，哈利路亚！我主，我王，祢是应当称颂的。

4/8/2018 有主的人生

诗103:15-18
至于世人、他的年日如草一样．他发旺如野地的花。经风一吹、便归无有．他的原处、也不再认识他。但耶和华的慈爱、归于敬畏他的人、从亘古到永远．他的公义、也归于子子孙孙．就是那些遵守他的约、记念他的训词而遵行的人。
As for man, his days are like grass. As a flower of the field, so he flourishes. For the wind passes over it, and it is gone. Its place remembers it no more. But Yahweh's loving kindness is from everlasting to everlasting with those who fear him, his righteousness to children's children; to those who keep his covenant, to those who remember to obey his precepts.
主耶稣！人离开了耶和华神，好比断了线的风筝。人若遵守耶和华神的约，他的一生和后裔必蒙神的恩宠。主啊！世上许多有权有钱，有才能才干的人，我留意观察他们的结局，与无权无钱，无特别才能的人，没有两样，都是空手而来，空手而去。然而，敬畏耶和华神的，他们的后裔却不一样，他们认识耶和华神，耶和华神也认识他们，世世代代必有耶和华神的灵带领的恩典。

3/8/2018 因为神有赦罪之恩

诗103:8-13
耶和华有怜悯、有恩典、不轻易发怒、且有丰盛的慈爱。他不长久责备、也不永远怀怒。 他没有按我们的罪过待我们、也没有照我们的罪孽报应我们。天离地何等的高、他的慈爱向敬畏他的人、也是何等的大。东离西有多远、他叫我们的过犯、离我们也有多远。父亲怎样怜恤他的儿女、耶和华也怎样怜恤敬畏他的人。
Yahweh is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abundant in loving kindness. He will not always accuse; neither will he stay angry forever. He has not dealt with us according to our sins, nor repaid us for our iniquities.
For as the heavens are high above the earth, so great is his loving kindness toward those who fear him. As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us. Like a father has compassion on his children, so Yahweh has compassion on those who fear him.
主耶稣！神没有按我们的罪过待我们，也没有照我们的罪孽报应我们，不是神有所偏袒，不是神没有准绳，乃是因为神有赦罪之恩。主啊！是神的慈爱领我认罪悔改，是神的赦免使我脱离罪的辖制，是神的恩典使我可以成为神的儿女，是神的圣洁公义使我敬畏。神啊！祢的信实是何等伟大。

2/8/2018 心灵苏醒，人得自由

诗103:1-5
我的心哪、你要称颂耶和华．凡在我里面的、也要称颂他的圣名。我的心哪、你要称颂耶和华、不可忘记他的一切恩惠。他赦免你的一切罪孽、医治你的一切疾病。他救赎你的命脱离死亡、以仁爱和慈悲为你的冠冕。他用美物、使你所愿的得以知足、以致你如鹰返老还童。
Praise Yahweh, my soul! All that is within me, praise his holy name! Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don't forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases; who redeems your life from destruction; who crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies; who satisfies your desire with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's.
主耶稣！今早我察查我的心，看看在那里有阻塞，以至于我不能敞开心向神感恩，歌唱。不能开心微笑，不能向人表达感谢。主啊！我发现，是我忘了祢赦罪的恩典；是我喜爱积怨，抱怨；是我喜悦数算人的缺点，软弱。谢谢祢，祢使我的灵苏醒，使我脱离辖制，心得自由。我现在，心情愉快，心中充满感谢，口里不住的赞美，称颂我主我神，何等伟大。

诗102:28
你仆人的子孙要长存．他们的后裔、要坚立在你面前。
The children of your servants will continue. Their seed will be established before you."
主耶稣！为人父母，都想要儿女幸福，快乐，平安，不遇见灾害，都希望儿女学业事业有成，婚姻美满。大卫王祈求的是，儿女要坚立在神面前。主啊！这也是我心所求的。

诗102:24
我说、我的神阿、不要使我中年去世．你的年数、世世无穷。
I said, "My God, don't take me away in the midst of my days. Your years are throughout all generations.
主耶稣！我不能掌握可以活多少年，但是，我可以决定要活得有意义。主啊！求祢加添我在世的日子，因为，我找着活着的意义，靠着圣灵的相助，传好消息，报告耶和华神的禧年。成为家人和他人的祝福，使人和睦，与神和好，活得圆满。

30/7/2018 神在听，我也要听

诗102:17
他垂听穷人的祷告、并不藐视他们的祈求。
He has responded to the prayer of the destitute, and has not despised their prayer.
主耶稣！今早这经文触及我的良心。神垂听穷人的祷告，不藐视他们的祈求。我自问，当有人与我分享他的需要时，我有耐心听吗？我自问，我是否有藐视他们，认为是他们不够聪明，懒惰，固执..。主啊！求祢施恩，祢留心听穷人的祈祷，我也学习听人的分享。

诗102:13
你必起来怜恤锡安、因现在是可怜他的时候．日期已经到了。
You will arise and have mercy on Zion; for it is time to have pity on her. Yes, the set time has come.
主耶稣！耶和华神是公义，正直，必不将有罪的当作无罪。必不会让做恶的，逍遥法外。绝不会让受欺凌的，长久受惊。耶和华神报仇的日子已经到了。主啊！求祢速速回应我的呼求，审判一切作恶的。

28/7/2018 我的家要拔除谎话

诗101:7
行诡诈的、必不得住在我家里．说谎话的、必不得立在我眼前。
He who practices deceit won't dwell within my house. He who speaks falsehood won't be established before my eyes.
主耶稣！大卫王认识到谎言的可怕，说谎足以澈底消毁一切所拥有的信任。向家人说谎将会引到家庭破裂。主啊！我们承认有向家人说谎，求祢赦免，求祢赐给我们信心，勇敢的向家人道歉，并且拒绝一切谎言，只专心说诚实话，做个诚信的人，荣耀天父。

《我正在改変》

     有位朋友过了70岁，我问他有何改变？
     他回答说：喔。是的，我正在改变！以前我爱父母，兄弟，配偶，孩子，朋友，但现在我已开始爱我自己 。
     是的，我正在改变。我了解到，我不是上帝，我扛不起整个世界。
     是的，我正在改变。我不再跟卖菜和卖水果的小贩讨价还价。多付一奌钱对我没什么影响，但有可能帮这些人存下他儿女的学费。
     是的，我正在改变。付计程车费时我不再等着司机找零钱，给他点小费或许会换来一个微笑。毕竟他为了生计比我辛苦多了。
     是的，我正在改变。我不再对老人说，这个故事你已讲很多次了。 毕竟这个故事让他们重拾回忆，重温往事。
是的，我正在改变。我学会了不再纠正别人，即使是他们有错。毕竟，让每个人完美，不是我的责任。能让事情平和愉快更值得珍惜。
     是的，我正在改变。我大方地给予赞美。这不仅让对方心情变好，自己也受益。
是的，我正在改变。我学会了不要为衬衫上的折痕或斑点烦恼。毕竟，人格胜于外表。
     是的，我正在改变。我远离那些看不起我的人，因为他们不懂我的价值。
     是的，我正在改变。我学会不要为坚持己见而破坏了朋友关系。毕竟，独乐乐不如众乐乐。

     青丝已去，白发染头!   回首人生之路， 一腔热血东流。有的还没退休，就被上帝接走； 有的退休不久，又躺医院床头； 我等非常幸运，仍在到处晃悠!  无论同学，还是战友，你是大官，应讲究安全着陆； 你是小官，别总想名利双收；你是教师，别再靠补课创收； 你是作家，别再瞎熬那灯油； 你是工人， 把勤俭二字记住； 你是农民，那就任风雨飘流。无论你官民穷富，都要感恩知足，快乐地向前走。
     要事事量力而行，别听他人忽悠。 殊不知：家家有本难念的经，人人都有难言的愁。经济宽裕的没几人，大多数都是穷朋友。莫跟人比、不寻别扭； 多点宽容、少点需求。只要有个好身体，就要快乐向前走。
    现今的我们：已失去了青春的激情。也淡化了中年的劲头。经历了人间不平事。喝尽了 尘世红白酒。展示了你我的善与美。藏起了自己的苦与愁。上奉养父母尽孝，下操劳子女纷扰。我们扪心无愧，要快乐地向前走。
     我们超越了，君王的享受。 不上早朝， 能知天下大事。 不用笔墨，可写文章锦绣。 不问龙王，能知四海波澜。无须腾云，可在蓝天行走。高铁飞机，已让地球缩小。电脑网络，已让天涯牵手。我们赶上好时代，就要快乐地 向前走。

诗101:2-4 我要用智慧行完全的道．你几时到我这里来呢．我要存完全的心、行在我家中。邪僻的事、我都不摆在我眼前．悖逆人所作的事、我甚恨恶、不容沾在我身上。弯曲的心思、我必远离．一切的恶事我不认识。 I will be careful to live a blameless life. When will you come to me? I will walk within my house with a blameless heart. I will set no vile thing before my eyes. I hate the deeds of faithless men. They will not cling to me. A perverse heart will be far from me. I will have nothing to do with evil. 主耶稣！在祢面前，我不能，也不可能隐藏任何东西。邪僻的事，悖逆人所作的事，透过传媒，各种管道，正在许多家庭中运行。主啊！ 祢晓得我的家的需要，求祢的拯救来到我家，恢复我家有美好家人关系，有圣灵中的喜乐，有神的公义与和平。是神喜悦同在的家。感恩！

诗100:1-5 普天下当向耶和华欢呼。 你们当乐意事奉耶和华．当来向他歌唱。 你们当晓得耶和华是神．我们是他造的、也是属他的．我们是他的民、也是他草场的羊。当称谢进入他的门、当赞美进入他的院．当感谢他、称颂他的名。因为耶和华本为善．他的慈爱、存到永远、他的信实、直到万代。 Shout for joy to Yahweh, all you lands! Serve Yahweh with gladness. Come before his presence with singing. Know that Yahweh, he is God. It is he who has made us, and we are his. We are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, into his courts with praise. Give thanks to him, and bless his name. For Yahweh is good. His loving kindness endures forever, his faithfulness to all generations. 主耶稣！我看到了大卫王合神心意的思路，什么是应该做好做到的。主啊！求祢指教我"当"做的事，也求祢加添智慧能力，把"当做"的事"做好"。感谢主的恩典。

诗99:8
耶和华我们的神阿、你应允他们．你是赦免他们的　神、却按他们所行的报应他们。
You answered them, Yahweh our God. You are a God who forgave them, although you took vengeance for their doings.
主耶稣！因为罪的工价乃是死．惟有神的恩赐、在我们的主基督耶稣里、乃是永生。主啊！罪可以蒙赦免，然而，我们的过犯所带来的破坏，伤害，我们仍然要负责，要面对处罚，赔偿。

24/7/2018 有主耶稣为大祭司

诗99:6
在他的祭司中有摩西和亚伦、在求告他名的人中有撒母耳、他们求告耶和华、他就应允他们。
Moses and Aaron were among his priests, Samuel among those who call on his name; they called on Yahweh, and he answered them.
主耶稣！祢既照着麦基洗德的等次，成了永远的大祭司，就为我们进入幔内。主啊！祢不像那些大祭司、每日必须先为自己的罪，后为百姓的罪献祭，因为祢只一次将自己献上，就把这事成全了。叫我的罪得赦，使我成圣，永远完全。

23/7/2018 向耶和华神唱新歌

诗98:1
你们要向耶和华唱新歌．因为他行过奇妙的事．他的右手和圣臂、施行救恩。
Sing to Yahweh a new song, for he has done marvelous things! His right hand, and his holy arm, have worked salvation for him.
主耶稣！全地都要向耶和华神唱新歌，这是何等壮观。主啊！我期待那一刻的到来，神立约和蒙救赎的子民，不同民族，不同语言，他们合声歌唱羔羊的歌。天使天军，一切受造之物，都要齐声，宇宙万象也要相应，敬拜全能神-万军之耶和华。

22/7/2018 爱神的当恨恶罪恶

诗97:10
你们爱耶和华的、都当恨恶罪恶．他保护圣民的性命、搭救他们脱离恶人的手。
You who love Yahweh, hate evil. He preserves the souls of his saints. He delivers them out of the hand of the wicked.
主耶稣！祢的话说： 敬畏耶和华，在乎恨恶邪恶。那骄傲，狂妄，并恶道，以及乖谬的口，都为神所恨恶。
主啊！我爱祢，敬畏祢，因爱祢的法则，使我更有充足的知识，认识祢所恨恶的，且有正确的回应，"爱灵魂，恨邪恶"。

21/7/2018 主的信实与审判

诗96:9-10, 13
当以圣洁的妆饰敬拜耶和华．全地要在他面前战抖。人在列邦中要说、耶和华作王、世界就坚定、不得动摇．他要按公正审判众民。 因为他来了．他来要审判全地．他要按公义审判世界、按他的信实审判万民。
Worship Yahweh in holy array. Tremble before him, all the earth. Say among the nations, "Yahweh reigns." The world is also established. It can't be moved. He will judge the peoples with equity..before Yahweh; for he comes, for he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world with righteousness, the peoples with his truth.
主耶稣！耶和华神的审判，若是只凭公义，公正，就没有人可以豁免第二次的死。主啊！感谢神信实的应许，因耶和华神有赦罪的恩典，我们借着信靠主名，可以免受地狱之火的刑罚。

诗96:9-10, 13

诗96:1-5
你们要向耶和华唱新歌．全地都要向耶和华歌唱。要向耶和华歌唱、称颂他的名、天天传扬他的救恩．在列邦中述说他的荣耀、在万民中述说他的奇事。因耶和华为大、当受极大的赞美．他在万神之上当受敬畏。
Sing to Yahweh a new song! Sing to Yahweh, all the earth. Sing to Yahweh! Bless his name! Proclaim his salvation from day to day! Declare his glory among the nations, his marvelous works among all the peoples. For great is Yahweh, and greatly to be praised! He is to be feared above all gods.
主耶稣！经上记载，官长中却有好些信祢的．只因法利赛人的缘故、就不承认、恐怕被赶出会堂。这是因他们爱人的荣耀、过于爱神的荣耀。祢大声说、信我的、不是信我、乃是信那差我来的。主啊！我信上帝，我信祢是神的独生儿子，我接受祢为我的救主，生命的主。我要在生活中见证祢的名，将荣耀归于天父。

18/7/2018 我深知所信的是谁

诗95:1-3
来阿、我们要向耶和华歌唱、向拯救我们的盘石欢呼。我们要来感谢他、用诗歌向他欢呼。因耶和华为大神，为大王，超乎万神之上。
Oh come, let's sing to Yahweh. Let's shout aloud to the rock of our salvation! Let's come before his presence with thanksgiving. Let's extol him with songs! For Yahweh is a great God, a great King above all gods.
主耶稣！唯独耶和华是神，除他以处没有他神。真神造人，假神人造。主啊！向至高神献祭，敬拜，降服，这是我应当的。我也要去使更多的人来敬拜至高的神，这也是我应当行的。愿认识真神的子民，都来颂赞耶和华神。

17/7/2018 想到神的爱

诗94:18-19
我正说我失了脚、耶和华阿、那时你的慈爱扶助我。 我心里多忧多疑、你安慰我、就使我欢乐。
When I said, "My foot is slipping!" Your loving kindness, Yahweh, held me up. In the multitude of my thoughts within me, your comforts delight my soul.
主耶稣！每当我思念天父，想到十字上的祢，我的心就会被神的爱感动。因爱，祢道成肉身，来寻找我。因爱，祢承担我的罪刑。因爱，祢为我预备永恒的居所。主啊！我爱祢，因为是祢先爱我。我住在神的爱里，不迷失，也不失脚。

16/7/2018 伸冤在主

诗94:1-3
耶和华阿、你是伸冤的　神．伸冤的神阿、求你发出光来。审判世界的主阿、求你挺身而立、使骄傲人受应得的报应。耶和华阿、恶人夸胜要到几时呢、要到几时呢。
Yahweh, you God to whom vengeance belongs, you God to whom vengeance belongs, shine forth. Rise up, you judge of the earth. Pay back the proud what they deserve. Yahweh, how long will the wicked, how long will the wicked triumph?
主耶稣！祢的话说，不要自己伸冤，宁可让步，听凭主怒。因为经上记着，『主说、伸冤在我．我必报应。』主啊！我愿意顺服，听从祢的教诲。我只陈明真实，不为自己认为没有犯错来辨护。我深信祢爱我，必定会为我伸冤。

15/7/2018 上帝的法度圣洁永恒不变

诗93:5
耶和华阿，你的法度最的确。你的殿永称为圣，是合宜的。
Your statutes stand firm. Holiness adorns your house, Yahweh, forevermore.
主耶稣！人文主义，高举人权，不负责任的民主自由思想。为了利自，修改国家宪法。为了各人的享乐，将羞耻的事，用地上的知识给予包装。为了满足各人的欲望，将得罪神的事，用属灵化的知识给予掩盖。神的法则圣洁永恒不变，都写在经上。祢再来之日，自有经上所说的话审判人的罪行。主啊！我要依靠神的法则作息，享受生活。

14/7/2018 在神院里的人

诗92:12-14
义人要发旺如棕树，生长如利巴嫩的香柏树。他们栽于耶和华的殿中，发旺在我们神的院里。他们年老的时候，仍要结果子。要满了汁浆而常发青。
The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree. He will grow like a cedar in Lebanon. They are planted in Yahweh's house. They will flourish in our God's courts. They will still bring forth fruit in old age. They will be full of sap and green。
主耶稣！祢为神的圣殿心里焦急，如同火烧。我的心与祢相系，也被祢的激情所感染。主啊！因我爱慕神的居所，心里常常火热，直到年老我仍然充满活力，活跃在神的面前。

13/7/2018 神仍在工作

诗92:4-5
因你耶和华借着你的作为叫我高兴．我要因你手的工作欢呼。耶和华阿、你的工作何其大、你的心思极其深。
For you, Yahweh, have made me glad through your work. I will triumph in the works of your hands.
How great are your works, Yahweh! Your thoughts are very deep.
主耶稣！我观看宇宙万物，惊叹神创造的能力。我翻阅历史，惊呼神奇妙的带领。主啊！这是何等的奇妙，今天，我主我神仍然在工作。求祢在我身上，做成神的工。求圣灵膏抹我，使我得智慧能力，与神同工，完成神救恩的工作。

12/7/2018 美事

92:1-3
称谢耶和华、歌颂你至高者的名。用十弦的乐器和瑟、用琴弹幽雅的声音、早晨传扬你的慈爱、每夜传扬你的信实、这本为美事。
It is a good thing to give thanks to Yahweh, to sing praises to your name, Most High; to proclaim your loving kindness in the morning, and your faithfulness every night, with the ten-stringed lute, with the harp, and with the melody of the lyre.
主耶稣！大卫王发现早上传扬神的慈爱，晚上传扬神的信实，是件悦心的美事。主啊！我要得着像大卫王一样的思维 ，把传扬神的慈爱和信实看为美事。这样我早晚都充满悦心的美事。

11/7/2018 我爱上神的名

诗91:14-16
神说、因为他专心爱我、我就要搭救他．因为他知道我的名、我要把他安置在高处。他若求告我、我就应允他．他在急难中、我要与他同在．我要搭救他、使他尊贵。我要使他足享长寿、将我的救恩显明给他。
"Because he has set his love on me, therefore I will deliver him. I will set him on high, because he has known my name. He will call on me, and I will answer him. I will be with him in trouble. I will deliver him, and honor him. I will satisfy him with long life, and show him my salvation."
主耶稣！祢的名是何等奇妙，每一次称呼祢名的时候，有一种美妙的感觉，心中有说不出的平安。每一次高歌称颂祢的名，总是觉得很被激励。主啊！我爱上祢的名。

10/7/2018 有天使在保护我

诗91:9-11
耶和华是我的避难所．你已将至高者当你的居所．祸患必不临到你、灾害也不挨近你的帐棚。因他要为你吩咐他的使者、在你行的一切道路上保护你。
Because you have made Yahweh your refuge, and the Most High your dwelling place, no evil shall happen to you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling.
For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways.
主耶稣！我以神为我生命的主，以神的教会为我属灵的家，专心行父神所喜悦的事。主啊！谢谢祢，原来是神在暗中差派天使一路相助，保守我脱离危险，和诱惑，不受灾害。使我的所做的，尽都亨通。

9/7/2018 我惧怕什么？

诗91:5-7
你必不怕黑夜的惊骇、或是白日飞的箭．也不怕黑夜行的瘟疫、或是午间灭人的毒病。虽有千人仆倒在你旁边、万人仆倒在你右边、这灾却不得临近你。
You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day;
nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that wastes at noonday. A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it will not come near you.
主耶稣！感谢天父的应许，是的我相信灾害必不临近我。主啊！有时候，我面对前面的道路，我的工作，婚姻，家庭，身体健康状况，心中仍然会有不安。求祢赐给我安慰和生命的话语，使我心中有力量，勇敢面对。我要效法大卫王，惧怕的时候，倚靠耶和华，倚靠耶和华，就不再惧怕。

8/7/2018 奇异恩典

诗91:4
他必用自己的翎毛遮蔽你．你要投靠在他的翅膀底下．他的诚实、是大小的盾牌。
He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart.
主耶稣！祢对我说：我的恩典够你用的．因为我的能力、是在人的软弱上显得完全。主啊！我不再逃避，我要勇敢面对自己的软弱，不再只是在想用自乙所要的保护的方式。我全然接受祢的拯救，求祢用翎毛遮蔽我。

7/7/2018 神的荣美在我身上

诗90:17
愿主我们神的荣美、归于我们身上．愿你坚立我们手所作的工．我们手所作的工、愿你坚立。
Let the favor of the Lord our God be on us; establish the work of our hands for us; yes, establish the work of our hands.
主耶稣！感谢神，我被造奇妙可畏，有神的形象。主啊！我是尊贵的，我要远离一切羞耻神的事。我要追求真实的，可敬的，公义的，清洁的，可爱的，有美名，有德行，和可称赞。叫我的言行举止，行事为人，可以荣耀神的名。

诗90:15
求你照着你使我们受苦的日子、和我们遭难的年岁、叫我们喜乐。
Make us glad for as many days as you have afflicted us, for as many years as we have seen evil.
主耶稣！不论是受苦的日子还会有多久，艰辛的日子还要多长。我已经学会如何在苦难中数算祢的恩典，记念祢为我受的鞭伤。主啊！我因思念祢的慈爱，在遭难中仍得救恩之乐。谢谢祢，主耶稣。

5/7/2018 如何数算自己的日子

诗90:10，12
我们一生的年日是七十岁．若是强壮可到八十岁．但其中所矜夸的、不过是劳苦愁烦．转眼成空、我们便如飞而去。求你指教我们怎样数算自己的日子、好叫我们得着智慧的心。
The days of our years are seventy, or even by reason of strength eighty years; yet their pride is but labor and sorrow, for it passes quickly, and we fly away.
So teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.
主耶稣！每天都有事情在发生，有的是关系到我的生活作息。主啊！我求属天的智慧，晓得如何在凡事上谢恩。凡事上察验，并想到后果。凡事不怕敌人的惊吓。凡事借着祷告，祈求，在凡事发现他的意义，并将我所要的告诉神。好叫我的喜乐可以满足。

4/7/2018 爱包含管教

诗89:30-34
倘若他的子孙离弃我的律法、不照我的典章行．背弃我的律例、不遵守我的诫命．我就要用杖责罚他们的过犯、用鞭责罚他们的罪孽。只是我必不将我的慈爱、全然收回、也必不叫我的信实废弃。
If his children forsake my law, and don't walk in my ordinances; if they break my statutes, and don't keep my commandments;
then I will punish their sin with the rod, and their iniquity with stripes. But I will not completely take my loving kindness from him, nor allow my faithfulness to fail.
主耶稣！神的爱包含了责备，管教，和处罚。主啊！我面对责备，管教，处罚的时候，我虽然会感到痛苦，难受。但，我要心存感恩，我知道天父很爱我，他必管教。

诗89:14-15
公义和公平、是你宝座的根基．慈爱和诚实、行在你前面。知道向你欢呼的、那民是有福的。耶和华阿、他们在你脸上的光里行走。
Righteousness and justice are the foundation of your throne. Loving kindness and truth go before your face. Blessed are the people who learn to acclaim you. They walk in the light of your presence, Yahweh.
主耶稣！凡是面向公义和公平，心中充满慈爱和诚实的，他们必然得见天父的喜悦。主啊！愿耶和华赐福给我、保护我。愿耶和华使他的脸光照我、赐恩给我。愿耶和华向我仰脸、赐我平安。人可以在我的脸上看到绽放的笑容。

诗89:1-4
我要歌唱耶和华的慈爱、直到永远．我要用口将你的信实传与万代。因我曾说、你的慈悲、必建立到永远．你的信实、必坚立在天上。我与我所拣选的人立了约、向我的仆人大卫起了誓．我要建立你的后裔、直到永远、要建立你的宝座、直到万代。
I will sing of the loving kindness of Yahweh forever. With my mouth, I will make known your faithfulness to all generations. I indeed declare, "Love stands firm forever. You established the heavens. Your faithfulness is in them."
"I have made a covenant with my chosen one, I have sworn to David, my servant, 'I will establish your seed forever, and build up your throne to all generations.'"
主耶稣！耶和华神与大卫王立约，祝福大卫做王，建立大卫的后裔、直到永远、要建立大卫王的宝座、直到万代。哈利路亚，主啊！这事在祢身上成全了。我们信祢名的人的，与祢一同坐王。

诗88:1，3-4，6，18
耶和华拯救我的神阿、我昼夜在你面前呼吁。因为我心里满了患难、我的性命临近阴间。我算和下坑的人同列、如同无力的人一样。你把我放在极深的坑里、在黑暗地方、在深处。你把我的良朋密友隔在远处、使我所认识的人、进入黑暗里。
Yahweh, the God of my salvation, I have cried day and night before you. For my soul is full of troubles. My life draws near to Sheol. I am counted among those who go down into the pit. I am like a man who has no help, You have laid me in the lowest pit, in the darkest depths. You have put lover and friend far from me, and my friends into darkness.
主耶稣！圣经旧约中预言祢要如此诞生，受苦，受难，受死，复活。这一切都应验了。主啊！祢说，天地万物都要过去，新天新地，新耶路撒冷圣城要从天而降，我深信这事也必然成就。

诗87:6-7
当耶和华记录万民的时候、他要点出这一个生在那里。歌唱的、跳舞的、都要说、我的泉源都在你里面。
Yahweh will count, when he writes up the peoples, "This one was born there."  Those who sing as well as those who dance say, "All my springs are in you."
主耶稣！我的心欢喜，我的灵快乐，我和我家，我们的名字都写在祢的生命册上。主啊！那一天，点名的时候，听到祢称呼我家人的名，我们一家都要跳舞，歌唱，哈利路亚！称颂耶和华。

诗86:15-17
主阿、你是有怜悯有恩典的神、不轻易发怒、并有丰盛的慈爱和诚实。求你向我转脸、怜恤我、将你的力量赐给仆人、救你婢女的儿子。求你向我显出恩待我的凭据、叫恨我的人看见、便羞愧、因为你耶和华帮助我、安慰我。
But you, Lord, are a merciful and gracious God, slow to anger, and abundant in loving kindness and truth. Turn to me, and have mercy on me! Give your strength to your servant. Save the son of your handmaid. Show me a sign of your goodness, that those who hate me may see it, and be shamed, because you, Yahweh, have helped me, and comforted me.
主耶稣！祢道成肉身，成了人的样式，为了拯救世人，甘心舍命，代替人的罪犯，受刑罚。叫一切信靠祢的，不至灭亡，反得永生。主啊！我领受这如此大的恩典，这是祢恩待我的凭据。我要时时刻刻心存感恩，以敬拜和喜乐的心，往来在恨我的人中间，好叫他们看到祢在我身上的恩典。
