犹1:23-25

有些人你们要从火中抢出来搭救他们．有些人你们要存惧怕的心怜悯他们．连那被情欲沾染的衣服也当厌恶。那能保守你们不失脚、叫你们无瑕无疵、欢欢喜喜站在他荣耀之前的、我们的救主独一的神、愿荣耀、威严、能力、权柄、因我们的主耶稣基督、归与他、从万古以前、并现今、直到永永远远。阿们。

and some save, snatching them out of the fire with fear, hating even the clothing stained by the flesh. Now to him who is able to keep them from stumbling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory in great joy, to God our Savior, who alone is wise, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and forever. Amen.

主耶稣！祢的话说, 要存惧怕的心去怜悯失脚的信徒, 主啊！是的, 有时候, 我们怜悯的心发动, 要帮助失脚的人, 往往凭自己一时的感觉, 缺乏思考潜伏的危险, 求主帮助我们, 要在爱心上添加知识。

犹1:20-21

亲爱的弟兄阿、你们却要在至圣的真道上造就自己、在圣灵里祷告、保守自己常在神的爱中、仰望我们主耶稣基督的怜悯、直到永生。

But you, beloved, keep building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit. Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to eternal life.

主耶稣！我回想, 常说要仰望神, 却没有深入思考, 要如何仰望, 而今天的经文, 让我看到, 我要仰望的是, 我们主耶稣基督的怜悯。主啊！我承认, 在至圣的真道上, 在神的爱中, 在祷告的事上, 仍然会有偏差, 错误, 和不合神旨意的地方。生活作息, 尤其是说话, 有不荣耀主名的地方, 求圣灵帮助我, 更多仰望我们主耶稣基督的怜悯。

犹1:17-19

亲爱的弟兄阿、你们要记念我们主耶稣基督之使徒从前所说的话．他们曾对你们说过、末世必有好讥诮的人、随从自己不敬虔的私欲而行。这就是那些引人结党、属乎血气、没有圣灵的人。

But you, beloved, remember the words which have been spoken before by the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ.

They said to you that "In the last time there will be mockers, walking after their own ungodly lusts." These are they who cause divisions, and are sensual, not having the Spirit.

主耶稣！我看到在政治界, 职场, 甚至在教会, 在家里, 都有结党的事, 原来, 引人结党, 是没有圣灵, 是属血气的行为。主啊！我们是有圣灵的人, 却还没有完全胜过血气的肉身, 仍旧存有结党思维的残渣, 求圣灵充满我, 每天都及时排除思维的残渣。

犹1:14-16

亚当的七世孙以诺、曾预言这些人说、看哪、主带着他的千万圣者降临、要在众人身上行审判、证实那一切不敬虔的人、所妄行一切不敬虔的事、又证实不敬虔之罪人所说顶撞他的刚愎话。这些人是私下议论、常发怨言的、随从自己的情欲而行、口中说夸大的话、为得便宜谄媚人。

About these also Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied, saying, "Behold, the Lord came with ten thousands of his holy ones, to execute judgment on all, and to convict all the ungodly of all their works of ungodliness which they have done in an ungodly way, and of all the hard things which ungodly sinners have spoken against him." These are murmurers and complainers, walking after their lusts (and their mouth speaks proud things), showing respect of persons to gain advantage.

主耶稣！私下议论, 常发怨言, 随从自己的情欲而行, 口中说夸大的话, 为得便宜谄媚人, 这几个字好像晚间的霓虹灯, 向着我照耀。主啊！我求圣灵常感动我的良心, 好叫我有能力发现身边有这些行为的人, 能够及时远离。

犹1:11-13

他们有祸了．因为走了该隐的道路、又为利往巴兰的错谬里直奔、并在可拉的背叛中灭亡了。这样的人、在你们的爱席上、与你们同吃的时候、正是礁石．他们作牧人、只知喂养自己、无所惧怕．是没有雨的云彩、被风飘荡．是秋天没有果子的树、死而又死、连根被拔出来．是海里的狂浪、涌出自己可耻的沫子来．是流荡的星、有墨黑的幽暗为他们永远存留。

Woe to them! For they went in the way of Cain, and ran riotously in the error of Balaam for hire, and perished in Korah's rebellion. These are hidden rocky reefs in your love feasts when they feast with you, shepherds who without fear feed themselves; clouds without water, carried along by winds; autumn leaves without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots; wild waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, for whom the blackness of darkness has been reserved forever.

主耶稣！只知喂养自己, 这话叫我扎心, 是的, 无论是在职场, 家里, 社交, 甚至在信仰上, 我们常被自我为中心的思维所困。 主啊！我承认, 我在不知不觉中, 有只知喂养自己的思维主导, 求主救我脱离这败坏的思维。

犹1:8-9

这些作梦的人、也像他们污秽身体、轻慢主治的、毁谤在尊位的。天使长米迦勒、为摩西的尸首与魔鬼争辩的时候、尚且不敢用毁谤的话罪责他、只说、主责备你吧。

Yet in the same way, these also in their dreaming defile the flesh, despise authority, and slander celestial beings. But Michael, the archangel, when contending with the devil and arguing about the body of Moses, dared not bring against him an abusive condemnation, but said, "May the Lord rebuke you!"

主耶稣！我自我省察, 我是不是属于这里所说的作梦的人？主啊！我必须承认, 我有瞧不起某个教会, 国家, 公司, 家中的上位者, 在他们的背后, 说了不该说的, 论断, 指控, 谩骂的话 。求主赦免我的过犯。也求圣灵教导我, 在不毁谤尊位下, 如何奉主名说诚实的话。

犹1:6-7

又有不守本位、离开自己住处的天使、主用锁炼把他们永远拘留在黑暗里、等候大日的审判。又如所多玛、蛾摩拉、和周围城邑的人、也照他们一味的行淫、随从逆性的情欲、就受永火的刑罚、作为鉴戒。

Angels who didn't keep their first domain, but deserted their own dwelling place, he has kept in everlasting bonds under darkness for the judgment of the great day. Even as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities around them, having, in the same way as these, given themselves over to sexual immorality and gone after strange flesh, are set forth as an example, suffering the punishment of eternal fire.

主耶稣！不久前, 有考古学家发现所多玛, 蛾摩拉所在地, 有被烈火焚烧的古迹。我知道经上所记, 神刑罚的事, 都是在鉴戒我们。我相信神公义审判的日期已定, 这一天, 越来越靠近。主啊！我要时时刻刻提醒自己, 不被政治, 教派等不同的理念所影响。更多专注在彼此相爱, 行公义, 好怜悯, 存谦卑的心, 与神同行。

犹1:5

从前主救了他的百姓出埃及地、后来就把那些不信的灭绝了．这一切的事、你们虽然都知道、我却仍要提醒你们。

Now I desire to remind you, though you already know this, that the Lord, having saved a people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed those who didn't believe.

主耶稣！是的, 我们不单是容易健忘发生过的事, 我们还常常忘记神的恩惠, 把神的恩典, 父母给我们的恩惠, 当着理所当然。主啊！我们不可以忘记神一切的恩惠, 需要团契, 彼此提醒, 彼此劝勉, 要常常分享, 见证神的恩惠。

犹1:4

因为有些人偷着进来、就是自古被定受刑罚的、是不虔诚的、将我们神的恩变作放纵情欲的机会、并且不认独一的主宰我们主耶稣基督。

For there are certain men who crept in secretly, even those who were long ago written about for this condemnation: ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into indecency, and denying our only Master, God, and Lord, Jesus Christ.

主耶稣！我的领悟, 在教会, 小组中, 会有些人是偷着进来, 他们在暗中营造放纵情欲的机会, 诱惑信心软弱的信徒。主啊！求祢赐给教会领袖有辨别真伪的能力, 有勇敢的心, 将偷着进来的人给于责备, 并驱逐出教会。

21/4/2025 怜恤, 平安, 慈爱

犹1:1-2

耶稣基督的仆人、雅各的弟兄犹大、写信给那被召、在父神里蒙爱、为耶稣基督保守的人．愿怜恤、平安、慈爱、多多的加给你们。

Jude, a servant of Jesus Christ, and brother of James, to those who are called, sanctified by God the Father, and kept for Jesus Christ: Mercy to you and peace and love be multiplied.

主耶稣！我在思想, 怜恤, 平安, 慈爱, 这三样对我的生命有何关系？对我的重要性又是什么？我看到我属血气身体的软弱, 我的确需要神的怜恤。我看到撒但如吼叫的狮子遍地游行, 我需要神的平安。我看到四周有许多羊没有牧人, 我需要神的慈爱。主啊！我需要更多圣灵的充满, 求神祝福我更多的怜恤, 平安, 慈爱。

约三1:12

低米丢行善、有众人给他作见证．又有真理给他作见证．就是我们也给他作见证．你也知道我们的见证是真的。

Demetrius has the testimony of all, and of the truth itself; yes, we also testify, and you know that our testimony is true.

主耶稣！我想起, 经上说, 耶和华神指示你, 何为善, 祂向我所要的是, 行公义, 好怜悯, 存谦卑的心, 与神同行。主啊！我看到好些人, 存私心行善,  为利己做善事。求圣灵光照, 叫我有与神同行而行善的思维, 一切的善举都是单单为神得荣耀。

约三1:11

亲爱的兄弟阿、不要效法恶、只要效法善。行善的属乎神．行恶的未曾见过神。

Beloved, don't imitate that which is evil, but that which is good. He who does good is of God. He who does evil hasn't seen God.

主耶稣！行恶的未曾见过神, 这话在提醒我, 神眼中的行恶。信徒口口声声说是出于神, 诱人结伴同行, 分门别类, 结党, 他们论断, 指责, 控告教会的领袖, 会友, 信徒, 破坏教会的合一, 还认同多元家庭, 他们是有知识作恶事的人。主啊！求祢叫他们的灵苏醒, 以致良心受光照, 归回正道。

18/4/2025 我的喜乐

约三1:3-4

有弟兄来证明你心里存的真理、正如你按真理而行、我就甚喜乐。我听见我的儿女们按真理而行、我的喜乐就没有比这个大的。

For I rejoiced greatly, when brothers came and testified about your truth, even as you walk in truth. I have no greater joy than this, to hear about my children walking in truth.

主耶稣！我自问, 叫我最喜乐的是什么？看了经文, 我知道了, 我明白了, 除了我的儿女们按真理而行, 我的喜乐就没有比这个大的。只有儿女们按真理而行, 我的喜乐才会满足。主啊！求圣灵充满我和我家, 我和家人都得神的恩惠, 可以按真理而行。

约三1:1-2

作长老的写信给亲爱的该犹、就是我诚心所爱的。亲爱的兄弟阿、我愿你凡事兴盛、身体健壮、正如你的灵魂兴盛一样。

The elder to Gaius the beloved, whom I love in truth. Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers.

主耶稣！我的领悟, 先是灵魂兴盛, 跟随在后的是身体健壮, 接着迈入凡事兴盛的恩典。主啊！我求圣灵引导我, 认识自己的情绪反应, 建立健康健全的心理, 有属灵的悟性智慧处理人际关系。饮食作息, 说话都有节制的能力。

约二1:10-11

若有人到你们那里、不是传这教训、不要接他到家里、也不要问他的安．因为问他安的、就在他的恶行上有分。

If anyone comes to you, and doesn't bring this teaching, don't receive him into your house, and don't welcome him, for he who welcomes him participates in his evil works.

主耶稣！我想起, 过去传另一个福音的人, 他们上门指导, 诱惑基督徒, 现在, 传另一个福音的人, 透过媒体, 人工智能, 进入到信徒家里, 有些信徒, 还帮他们转发。主啊！求祢施恩赦免糊涂的信徒, 求圣灵添加他们属灵的洞察力, 勇敢断绝与这些教训的往来。

15/4/2025 越过基督的教训

真理生活化

约二1:8-9

你们要小心、不要失去你们所作的工、乃要得着满足的赏赐。凡越过基督的教训、不常守着的、就没有神．常守这教训的、就有父又有子。

Watch yourselves, that we don't lose the things which we have accomplished, but that we receive a full reward. Whoever transgresses and doesn't remain in the teaching of Christ, doesn't have God. He who remains in the teaching, the same has both the Father and the Son.

主耶稣！我在寻索, 有那些教导是越过基督的教训。我看到的偏差, 崇拜重仪式大过礼义, 敬拜重于激动情感大于激活敬畏神的心, 教导信徒圣经知识, 缺乏引导信徒活出真理。主啊！是的, 我会小心, 时刻提醒自己, 免得偏爱人的知识, 越过了基督的教训。

约二1:7 

因为世上有许多迷惑人的出来、他们不认耶稣基督是成了肉身来的．这就是那迷惑人、敌基督的。

For many deceivers have gone out into the world, those who don't confess that Jesus Christ came in the flesh. This is the deceiver and the Antichrist.

主耶稣！原来, 在末世迷惑人, 敌基督的人, 会越来越多。主啊！我为自己, 家人代求, 求圣灵的感动, 启示, 引导, 有足够的智力辨别敌基督的人, 尤其是挂着基督徒名义的人。求主保守我们, 坚守我们对救恩真理的信心。

约二1:1-3

作长老的写信给蒙拣选的教会和他的儿女、就是我诚心所爱的．不但我爱、也是一切知道真理之人所爱的．爱你们是为真理的缘故、这真理存在我们里面、也必永远与我们同在．恩惠、怜悯、平安、从父神和他儿子耶稣基督、在真理和爱心上、必常与我们同在。

The elder, to the chosen lady and her children, whom I love in truth; and not I only, but also all those who know the truth, for the truth's sake, which remains in us, and it will be with us forever: Grace, mercy, and peace will be with us, from God the Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love.

主耶稣！我的领悟, 神的恩惠, 怜悯, 平安, 与真理和爱心, 是一体的。爱真理的人, 会活出怜悯, 心中有平安, 也会以恩惠待人。主啊！我察验我对真理的认知, 与我的生活作息对照, 发现, 有许多不对接的地方, 求主赦免, 我要在心思意念更新上倍加谨慎, 竭力追求和睦相处的思维。

约一5:21 小子们哪、你们要自守、远避偶像。

Little children, keep yourselves from idols.

主耶稣！虽然, 这是极短的一句话, 圣灵却紧紧抓住我的思维。原来, 恶者在不知不觉中, 居住在手机里, 正在利用各种各样, 好玩的游戏, 娱乐性节目, 抓住人的心。我们已经将手机当作是神, 觉得生活不能没有手机。主啊！求神赦免, 我们视手机大过神, 求神医治我们的手机瘾, 救我们脱离手机的困绑。

11/4/2025 全世界都卧在那恶者手下

约一5:19-21

我们知道我们是属神的、全世界都卧在那恶者手下。我们也知道神的儿子已经来到、且将智慧赐给我们、使我们认识那位真实的、我们也在那位真实的里面、就是在他儿子耶稣基督里面。这是真神、也是永生。小子们哪、你们要自守、远避偶像。

We know that we are of God, and the whole world lies in the power of the evil one. We know that the Son of God has come, and has given us an understanding, that we know him who is true, and we are in him who is true, in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life. Little children, keep yourselves from idols.

主耶稣！袮的话说, 全世界都卧在那恶者手下。我想起, 经上说, 撒旦如吼叫的狮子, 遍地游行, 寻找可吞噬的人。主啊！事情发生, 使我心感到恐惧害怕时, 我要自我提醒, 要镇定, 不慌张, 更多思想主的应许。

约一5:17-18

凡不义的事都是罪．也有不至于死的罪。我们知道凡从神生的必不犯罪．从神生的必保守自己, 那恶者也就无法害他。

All unrighteousness is sin, and there is a sin not leading to death. We know that whoever is born of God doesn't sin, but he who was born of God keeps himself, and the evil one doesn't touch him.

主耶稣！原来, 一旦信徒犯罪, 那恶者就有机会害他。主啊！我们什么时候有撒谎, 造谣, 怀怒, 心怀恶意, 苦毒, 贪婪的行为, 求圣灵即时管教。求主保守我和我家, 不受恶者的伤害。

9/4/2025 神必将生命赐给他

约一5:14-16

我们若照他的旨意求甚么、他就听我们．这是我们向他所存坦然无惧的心。既然知道他听我们一切所求的、就知道我们所求于他的无不得着。人若看见弟兄犯了不至于死的罪、就当为他祈求、　神必将生命赐给他．有至于死的罪、我不说当为这罪祈求。

This is the boldness which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him. If anyone sees his brother sinning a sin not leading to death, he shall ask, and God will give him life for those who sin not leading to death. There is a sin leading to death. I don't say that he should make a request concerning this.

主耶稣！我知道神听我们一切所求的, 也知道照神的旨意求的,我们所求于他的无不得着。主啊！ 求神将生命赐给我们家还没有认识主, 和信心软弱的家人, 叫他们都来敬拜祢。

约一5:11-13

这见证、就是神赐给我们永生、这永生也是在他儿子里面。人有了神的儿子就有生命．没有神的儿子就没有生命。我将这些话写给你们信奉神儿子之名的人、要叫你们知道自己有永生。

The testimony is this, that God gave to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He who has the Son has the life. He who doesn't have God's Son doesn't have the life. These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God.

主耶稣！经上说, 神赐给我们永生, 我很想要永生的体验。经上又说, 人有了神的儿子就有生命。我仿佛看到, 那次大风大浪, 门徒都被吓死了, 祢却是在船上睡觉了, 这平安是世界所不能给的, 是属于永生生命的力量, 主啊！我感受到了, 祢与我同在, 我可以体验永生生命中的平安。

约一5:9-10

我们既领受人的见证、神的见证更该领受了．因神的见证、是为他儿子作的。信神儿子的、就有这见证在他心里．不信神的、就是将神当作说谎的．因不信神为他儿子作的见证。

If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater; for this is God's testimony which he has testified concerning his Son. He who believes in the Son of God has the testimony in himself. He who doesn't believe God has made him a liar, because he has not believed in the testimony that God has given concerning his Son.

主耶稣！是的, 我们快速, 随易去相信人的见证, 对祢在十字架上的见证, 空着的坟墓的见证, 受洗, 圣灵的降落在祢身上的见证, 却是常常迟疑, 不信。主啊！求神赦免我们的小信, 求圣灵无时无刻充满我们, 使我们有能力活出信靠主的心。

6/4/2025 作见证的原来有三

约一5:6-8

这借着水和血而来的就是耶稣基督．不是单用水、乃是用水又用血。并且有圣灵作见证、因为圣灵就是真理。作见证的原来有三、就是圣灵、水、与血这三样也都归于一。

This is he who came by water and blood, Jesus Christ; not with the water only, but with the water and the blood. It is the Spirit who testifies, because the Spirit is the truth. For there are three who testify:

the Spirit, the water, and the blood; and the three agree as one.

主耶稣！这是何等奇妙的奥秘, 祢道成肉身, 出于母腹, 取了人的样式, 在约但河洗礼, 圣灵降在祢身上。这一切, 成了铁证。主啊！我们也是出于母腹, 因信祢是基督, 受灵洗, 得重生, 这一切, 也都是铁证, 我们是神的儿女。

胜过世界的是谁呢．不是那信耶稣是神儿子的么．

Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?

主耶稣！我思想, 对我而言世界有什么？我看到, 这世界有丑陋, 邪恶的一面, 也有美善的一面, 我又看到, 有个力量, 辖制作人, 知道是邪恶, 却身不由己, 反倒去行。主啊！感恩, 我有圣灵居住在心里, 靠着主圣灵, 我可以胜过世界上的邪恶败坏的行为。

约一5:1-3

凡信耶稣是基督的、都是从神而生．凡爱生他之神的、也必爱从　神生的。我们若爱神、又遵守他的诫命、从此就知道我们爱神的儿女。我们遵守神的诫命、这就是爱他了．并且他的诫命不是难守的。

Whoever believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God. Whoever loves the Father also loves the child who is born of him. By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God and keep his commandments. For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments. His commandments are not grievous.

主耶稣！我明白了, 凡是相信祢是基督的, 都是从神而生, 都是父神所爱。我们爱神, 也必爱神所生所爱的人。回忆过去, 那些与我有过节的弟兄姐妹, 我以冷漠来回应, 知道他们需要帮助, 自己也有能力去扶助, 却是硬着心。主啊！求神赦免我过去对神的亏欠。

约一4:19-21

我们爱、因为神先爱我们。人若说、我爱神、却恨他的弟兄、就是说谎话的．不爱他所看见的弟兄、怎能爱没有看见的神呢? 爱神的、也当爱弟兄、这是我们从　神所受的命令。

We love him, because he first loved us. If a man says, "I love God," and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who doesn't love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen? This commandment we have from him, that he who loves God should also love his brother.

主耶稣！是的, 神爱我们, 神的爱有怜悯, 有管教。主啊！我们爱家人, 按自己以为是的方式, 过渡的怜悯, 缺少管教。过渡的管教, 缺少怜悯, 造成家人心灵创伤, 关系破损, 求圣灵引导我, 能深入认识天父的爱, 以天父的爱, 爱家人。

2/4/2025 因为祢如何

真理生活化

约一4:17-18

这样、爱在我们里面得以完全、我们就可以在审判的日子、坦然无惧．因为他如何、我们在这世上也如何。爱里没有惧怕．爱既完全、就把惧怕除去．因为惧怕里含着刑罚．惧怕的人在爱里未得完全。

In this love has been made perfect among us, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment, because as he is, even so are we in this world. There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear has punishment. He who fears is not made perfect in love. 

主耶稣！因为祢如何, 我们在这世上也如何。我反复思想这二句话。因为祢的爱是完全的, 所以面对死亡, 威吓, 没有丝毫的畏惧, 面对大风大浪, 心中平静。主啊！我信神就是爱, 借着圣灵的充满, 神的爱住在我心里, 祢如何得胜, 我们在这世上也必得胜。
