殷勤筹画的、足致丰裕．行事急躁的、都必缺乏。爱宴乐的、必致穷乏．好酒爱膏油的、必不富足。追求公义仁慈的、就寻得生命、公义、和尊荣。懒惰人的心愿、将他杀害、因为他手不肯作工。
The plans of the diligent surely lead to profit; and everyone who is hasty surely rushes to poverty. He who loves pleasure shall be a poor man. He who loves wine and oil shall not be rich. He who follows after righteousness and kindness finds life, righteousness, and honor. The desire of the sluggard kills him, for his hands refuse to labor.
主耶稣！上帝造人，赐予世人有足够的才智。以公义仁慈为本，并且又殷勤奋斗，用心筹画的，蒙神悦纳，必致丰裕。以享乐为本，殷勤奋斗所得的一切，至终如云消散，必致穷乏。主啊！谢谢祢赐给我才智，我要在所拥有的才智上殷勤，尽力发挥所长，亲力亲为，成为他人的祝福，不再用才智去利用人做事。
