箴20:4，13
懒惰人因冬寒不肯耕种．到收割的时候、他必讨饭、而无所得。不要贪睡、免致贫穷．眼要睁开、你就吃饱。
The sluggard will not plow by reason of the winter; therefore he shall beg in harvest, and have nothing. Don't love sleep, lest you come to poverty. Open your eyes, and you shall be satisfied with bread.
主耶稣！没时间作运动，没时间灵修，没有受足够的装备去传福音，没有时间进修，没有时间陪家人，没有时间发展爱情，没有时间预备健康餐食...。没有时间参加小组生活..。找借口是容易的事，主啊！我不要眼中只有自己，眼前只是工作，玩乐。我不想到了老年，只有孤独的一个人。我不要空手见主面。求祢来医冶我的心，使我的心有力量，脱离懒惰思维的控制，远离懒惰和好玩乐的朋友。
