哀1:11-12
他的民都叹息、寻求食物．他们用美物换粮食、要救性命。他们说、耶和华阿、求你观看、因为我甚是卑贱。你们一切过路的人哪、这事你们不介意么．你们要观看、有像这临到我的痛苦没有、就是耶和华在他发烈怒的日子使我所受的苦。
All her people sigh, they seek bread; they have given their pleasant things for food to refresh the soul: look, Yahweh, and see; for I am become abject.
Is it nothing to you, all you who pass by? Look, and see if there is any sorrow like my sorrow, which is brought on me, With which Yahweh has afflicted me in the day of his fierce anger.
主耶稣！谢谢圣经的话，说、人活着、不是单靠食物、乃是靠神口里所出的一切话。人若忘了追求神的话，去追求美物，得到美物，结果，失去神为他所预备的生命。主啊！我已经知道，追求美物，得到的是肉身的满足，我要追求的是遵循神的话，我得到的是心灵的满足，且可免神的怒气。

主耶稣！谢谢圣经的话，说、人活着、不是单靠食物、乃是靠神口里所出的一切话。人若忘了追求神的话，去追求美物，得到美物，结果，失去神为他所预备的生命。主啊！我已经知道，追求美物，得到的是肉身的满足，我要追求的是遵循神的话，我得到的是心灵的满足，且可免神的怒气。
