人子阿、要听我对你所说的话、不要悖逆像那悖逆之家、你要开口吃我所赐给你的。...又对我说、人子阿、要吃我所赐给你的这书卷、充满你的肚腹．我就吃了、口中觉得其甜如蜜。
But you, son of man, hear what I tell you; don't be rebellious like that rebellious house: open your mouth, and eat that which I give you. ..He said to me, Son of man, cause your belly to eat, and fill your bowels with this scroll that I give you. Then I ate it; and it was as sweet as honey in my mouth.
主耶稣！虽然，以西结看到书卷上所写的有哀号、叹息、悲痛的话。吃下去却觉得甘甜。有时候，我们会觉得要听从神的吩咐感到不舒服。主啊！我知道，我必须听从，因为，若不听从，将会召来更多的苦楚。
