哀3:23-25
每早晨这都是新的．你的诚实、极其广大。我心里说、耶和华是我的分．因此、我要仰望他。凡等候耶和华、心里寻求他的、耶和华必施恩给他。人仰望耶和华、静默等候他的救恩、这原是好的。
They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.
Yahweh is my portion, says my soul; therefore will I hope in him.
Yahweh is good to those who wait for him, to the soul that seeks him. It is good that a man should hope and quietly wait for the salvation of Yahweh.
主耶稣！耶利米先知身处困境，眼前所见，家破人亡。先知每早晨，仰望天空，想到神的好处。主啊！感谢祢话语的教导，我早晨要举目仰望天空，开始想神的好处。我的心就得到安慰，有力量继续往前进。
