哀2:18-19
锡安民的心哀求主．锡安的城墙阿、愿你流泪如河、昼夜不息。愿你眼中的瞳人、泪流不止。夜间、每逢交更的时候要起来呼喊、在主面前倾心如水．你的孩童在各市口上受饿发昏．你要为他们的性命向主举手祷告。
Their heart cried to the Lord: wall of the daughter of Zion, let tears run down like a river day and night; Give yourself no respite; don't let the apple of your eye cease. Arise, cry out in the night, at the beginning of the watches; Pour out your heart like water before the face of the Lord: Lift up your hands toward him for the life of your young children, that faint for hunger at the head of every street.
主耶稣！这是叫人心酸的场面，原本丰衣足食，为何会落到如此悲惨的地步。主啊！求祢施恩怜悯，眷顾在患难中的孤儿寡妇，差派天使天军，差遣尊贵，有能有力的人，为孤儿寡妇申冤，供应他们生活，生计，生命所需。感谢天父。
