诗3:1-4
耶和华阿、我的敌人何其加增．有许多人起来攻击我。有许多人议论我说、他得不着神的帮助。但你耶和华是我四围的盾牌．是我的荣耀、又是叫我抬起头来的。我用我的声音求告耶和华、他就从他的圣山上应允我。我躺下睡觉．我醒着．耶和华都保佑我。
Yahweh, how my adversaries have increased! Many are those who rise up against me. Many there are who say of my soul, "There is no help for him in God." But you, Yahweh, are a shield around me, my glory, and the one who lifts up my head. I cry to Yahweh with my voice, and he answers me out of his holy hill. I laid myself down and slept. I awakened; for Yahweh sustains me.
主耶稣！大卫王信靠神，不受人的话影响心里的平安。主啊！向我怀恶意的人，用话攻击我，我选择听神的话，"得救在乎归回安息，得力在乎平静安稳。"感谢主，有耶和华神保佑我，我天天可以睡的甘甜。
