诗12:1 〔大卫的诗、交与伶长、调用第八。〕
耶和华阿、求你帮助、因虔诚人断绝了．世人中间的忠信人没有了。人人向邻舍说谎．他们说话、是嘴唇油滑、心口不一。凡油滑的嘴唇、和夸大的舌头、耶和华必要剪除。
Help, Yahweh; for the godly man ceases. For the faithful fail from among the children of men. Everyone lies to his neighbor. They speak with flattering lips, and with a double heart. May Yahweh cut off all flattering lips, and the tongue that boasts。
主耶稣！我自问，我向神和家人的忠心和可信程度是多少？友人，同事，上司对我的可信度又有多少？主啊！求祢塑造我，教导我，试验我，好叫我得智慧，在神和人前，是个忠心可信的人。
