16:7-9
我必称颂那指教我的耶和华．我的心肠在夜间也警戒我。我将耶和华常摆在我面前．因他在我右边、我便不至摇动。因此我的心欢喜、我的灵快乐．我的肉身也要安然居住。
I will bless Yahweh, who has given me counsel. Yes, my heart instructs me in the night seasons. I have set Yahweh always before me. Because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved. Therefore my heart is glad, and my tongue rejoices. My body shall also dwell in safety.
主耶稣！我在白天忙碌，思想祢的时间也少。我在夜间歇下工作时，求祢教导我的心能够平静，晓得为当天一切的事感恩，懂得为明天向神支取万有的资源。主啊！我且要倚靠神，以喜乐的心入眠。
