来5:12-14

看你们学习的工夫、本该作师傅、谁知还得有人将神圣言小学的开端、另教导你们．并且成了那必须吃奶、不能吃干粮的人。凡只能吃奶的、都不熟练仁义的道理．因为他是婴孩。惟独长大成人的、才能吃干粮、他们的心窍、习练得通达、就能分辨好歹了。

For although by this time you should be teachers, you again need to have someone teach you the rudiments of the first principles of the oracles of God. You have come to need milk, and not solid food. For everyone who lives on milk is not experienced in the word of righteousness, for he is a baby. But solid food is for those who are full grown, who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern good and evil.

主耶稣！我在反思, 我属灵的生命, 是否还有在吃奶？我不愿意去读圣经, 在等人喂我灵粮, 自己不祷告, 等人为我祷告。还在闹脾气, 甩情绪, 一点辛苦, 就抱怨, 主啊！求神赦免我的罪, 我要长大成人, 有成熟的思维, 有责任感, 危机感。
