来3:17-19

神四十年之久、又厌烦谁呢．岂不是那些犯罪尸首倒在旷野的人么。又向谁起誓、不容他们进入他的安息呢．岂不是向那些不信从的人么。这样看来、他们不能进入安息、是因为不信的缘故了。

With whom was he displeased forty years? Wasn't it with those who sinned, whose bodies fell in the wilderness? To whom did he swear that they wouldn't enter into his rest, but to those who were disobedient? We see that they were not able to enter in because of unbelief.

主耶稣！以色民在旷野, 神用神迹奇事向他们显明, 他们却是很快就把神给忘了, 不得进入迦南地。这里说, 因他们的不信, 不能进入安息。我观看, 今天, 也有许多的信徒, 终日忙碌, 不能享受安息。主啊！求圣灵光照, 叫他们看见自己的不是, 及时从不信中回转, 回到起初的信心。
