基督在肉体的时候、既大声哀哭、流泪祷告恳求那能救他免死的主、就因他的虔诚、蒙了应允。他虽然为儿子、还是因所受的苦难学了顺从．

He, in the days of his flesh, having offered up prayers and petitions with strong crying and tears to him who was able to save him from death, and having been heard for his godly fear, though he was a Son, yet learned obedience by the things which he suffered.

主耶稣！祢流泪祷告恳求那能救祢免死的主, 神并没有救祢免死。经上说祢的虔诚, 蒙了应允, 祢在苦难学了顺从。主啊！我明白了, 神允许的苦难临到我, 即使神没有将苦难挪开, 我要学习顺从, 求主加添属天的平安。
