来3:12-13

弟兄们、你们要谨慎、免得你们中间、或有人存着不信的恶心、把永生神离弃了．总要趁着还有今日、天天彼此相劝、免得你们中间、有人被罪迷惑、心里就刚硬了。

Beware, brothers, lest perhaps there be in any one of you an evil heart of unbelief, in falling away from the living God; but exhort one another day by day, so long as it is called "today"; lest any one of you be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin.

主耶稣！感谢神, 每一天都是神所赐的, 我该如何使用这一天？主啊！我要承认, 人的恶性, 不容易断根, 思念容易被私欲驾驶, 体贴肉体。唯有, 天天彼此相劝, 才能谨慎渡日。求圣灵帮助我, 以谦卑的心, 接受劝导, 避免心刚硬。
