箴26:20-25
火缺了柴、就必熄灭．无人传舌、争竞便止息。好争竞的人煽惑争端、就如余火加炭、火上加柴一样。传舌人的言语、如同美食、深入人的心腹。火热的嘴、奸恶的心、好象银渣包的瓦器。怨恨人的用嘴粉饰、心里却藏着诡诈．他用甜言蜜语、你不可信他、因为他心中有七样可憎恶的．
For lack of wood a fire goes out. Without gossip, a quarrel dies down. As coals are to hot embers, and wood to fire, so is a contentious man to kindling strife. The words of a whisperer are as dainty morsels, they go down into the innermost parts. Like silver dross on an earthen vessel are the lips of a fervent one with an evil heart. A malicious man disguises himself with his lips, but he harbors evil in his heart. When his speech is charming, don't believe him; for there are seven abominations in his heart.
主耶稣！许多的传媒被黑暗势力渗透，他们歪曲实事，又用甜言蜜语迷惑人。主啊！求圣灵光照神的子民，不被媒体传言所骗，不落入陷阱，替他们传播恶讯，制造纷争，冲突。不会成为他们的代言人，被利用去蒙骗天真的人。
