创8:6-10

过了四十天、挪亚开了方舟的窗户、放出一只乌鸦去、那乌鸦飞来飞去、直到地上的水都干了。他又放出一只鸽子去、要看看水从地上退了没有。但遍地上都是水、鸽子找不着落脚之地、就回到方舟挪亚那里、挪亚伸手把鸽子接进方舟来。

It happened at the end of forty days, that Noah opened the window of the ship which he had made, and he sent out a raven. It went back and forth, until the waters were dried up from the earth. He sent out a dove from him, to see if the waters were abated from the surface of the ground, but the dove found no place to rest her foot, and she returned to him into the ship; for the waters were on the surface of the whole earth. He put out his hand, and took her, and brought her to him into the ship.

主耶稣！我看到了乌鸦的坚韧度, 鸽子的温顺。我想起, 经上说：懒惰人哪, 你去察看蚂蚁的动作, 就可得智慧。主啊！叫我敏锐圣灵的感动和启示, 更多在神所造的万物中, 可以领悟到神的智慧。
