雅列生以诺之后、又活了八百年．并且生儿养女。..以诺活到六十五岁、生了玛土撒拉。以诺生玛土撒拉之后、与神同行三百年．并且生儿养女。以诺共活了三百六十五岁。以诺与神同行、神将他取去、他就不在世了。

Jared lived after he became the father of Enoch eight hundred years, and became the father of sons and daughters...Enoch lived sixty-five years, and became the father of Methuselah. Enoch walked with God after he became the father of Methuselah three hundred years, and became the father of sons and daughters. All the days of Enoch were three hundred sixty-five years. Enoch walked with God, and he was not, for God took him.

主耶稣！我看到, 圣经在对以诺生平事迹的记载, 就是这么简短, 然而, 他却是得了神喜悦他的凭据。主啊！我祈求圣灵常常感动, 叫我晓得明白以诺向神心存敬畏的生活作息, 使我也可以学习与神同行。
