加1:13-14, 23-24
你们听见我从前在犹太教中所行的事、怎样极力逼迫残害神的教会。我又在犹太教中、比我本国许多同岁的人更有长进、为我祖宗的遗传更加热心。...不过听说、那从前逼迫我们的、现在传扬他原先所残害的真道。他们就为我的缘故、归荣耀给神。
For you have heard of my way of living in time past in the Jews' religion, how that beyond measure I persecuted the assembly of God, and ravaged it. I advanced in the Jews' religion beyond many of my own age among my countrymen, being more exceedingly zealous for the traditions of my fathers. ...
but they only heard: "He who once persecuted us now preaches the faith that he once tried to destroy." And they glorified God in me.
主耶稣！我看见神对保罗的怜悯, 赦罪, 选召, 同时也看到保罗作事积极的本质。主啊！我要学习, 从神的角度看逼迫教会和信徒的人。我也要学习为他们代祷。求圣灵的感动, 光照, 领他们认识真神对他们的爱, 同时认识, 接受主耶稣基督的救恩。
