因为断定罪名、不立刻施刑、所以世人满心作恶。
Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.
主耶稣！我看到了恶性循环，若是有法律，执行者却没有严厉执行，作恶的继续作恶，原本没有作恶的，看到执行者不效力，也起来一同作恶。主啊！家有家规，学校，公司，教会有准则，国家有法则，若是执行者不严，就会产生恶性循环。求主施恩，使我的家严谨家规，也施恩给国家政府严谨执行国家法律。
