诗32:8-10
我要教导你、指示你当行的路．我要定睛在你身上劝戒你。你不可像那无知的骡马、必用嚼环辔头勒住他．不然、就不能驯服。恶人必多受苦楚．惟独倚靠耶和华的、必有慈爱四面环绕他。
I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you. Don't be like the horse, or like the mule, which have no understanding, who are controlled by bit and bridle, or else they will not come near to you. Many sorrows come to the wicked, but loving kindness shall surround him who trusts in Yahweh.
主耶稣！我有许多老毛病，喜欢走旧路，明知道是死路，喜欢找老朋友，明知道他们是喜欢做恶事的人，喜爱吃不健康的饮食，明知道这些食物会伤害身体，喜爱于电子游戏，明知道在浪费时间，也喜欢听是非，明知道一点益处也没有。主啊！求祢定睛在我身上，管教我，叫我喜爱祢的管教。
