诗32:1-3,5〔大卫的训诲诗。〕
得赦免其过、遮盖其罪的、这人是有福的。凡心里没有诡诈、耶和华不算为有罪的、这人是有福的。我闭口不认罪的时候、因终日唉哼、而骨头枯干。我向你陈明我的罪、不隐瞒我的恶．我说、我要向耶和华承认我的过犯、你就赦免我的罪恶。
Blessed is he whose disobedience is forgiven, whose sin is covered. Blessed is the man to whom Yahweh doesn't impute iniquity, in whose spirit there is no deceit. When I kept silence, my bones wasted away through my groaning all day long. I acknowledged my sin to you. I didn't hide my iniquity. I said, I will confess my transgressions to Yahweh, and you forgave the iniquity of my sin.
主耶稣！感谢祢赦罪之恩，使我不再被所犯的罪恶所控告。也要感谢祢在父神面前的代求，使我可以坦然无惧来到神施恩座前，更要感谢祢向父求圣灵，使我可以重生成为有灵的活人。主啊！我是有福的人，我是自由人。
