耶4:4 犹大人和耶路撒冷的居民哪、你们当自行割礼、归耶和华、将心里的污秽除掉．恐怕我的忿怒、因你们的恶行发作、如火着起、甚至无人能以熄灭。 Circumcise yourselves to Yahweh, and take away the foreskins of your heart, you men of Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem; lest my wrath go forth like fire, and burn so that none can quench it, because of the evil of your doings. 主耶稣！我若将自己从不信的人当中分别出来，归向神，我心里的污垢却没有除掉，我的信心只能够维持，不能持久与神连接。主啊！我要在生活中，心存谦卑，凡事敏锐圣灵的感动，并将多年心里的污垢，逐步除掉，叫我的生命，动作，为人，凡事荣耀主名。
