出18:20-21
又要将律例和法度教训他们、指示他们当行的道、当作的事。并要从百姓中拣选有才能的人、就是敬畏神、诚实无妄、恨不义之财的人、派他们作千夫长、百夫长、五十夫长、十夫长、管理百姓．
You shall teach them the statutes and the laws, and shall show them the way in which they must walk, and the work that they must do. Moreover you shall provide out of all the people able men, such as fear God: men of truth, hating unjust gain; and place such over them, to be rulers of thousands, rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens.
主耶稣！当行的道, 当作的事, 这八个字, 在敲打我的心。主啊！我要作个敬畏神, 诚实无妄, 恨不义之财的人, 我有偏离了当行当作的时候, 求圣灵及时责备我, 管教我。也求圣灵不断的启示我当行当作的事。
