耶11:7-8 因为我将你们列祖从埃及地领出来的那日、直到今日、都是从早起来、切切告诫他们、说、你们当听从我的话。 他们却不听从、不侧耳而听、竟随从自己顽梗的恶心去行．所以我使这约中一切咒诅的话、临到他们身上、这约是我吩咐他们行的、他们却不去行。 For I earnestly protested to your fathers in the day that I brought them up out of the land of Egypt, even to this day, rising early and protesting, saying, Obey my voice. Yet they didn't obey, nor turn their ear, but walked everyone in the stubbornness of their evil heart: therefore I brought on them all the words of this covenant, which I commanded them to do, but they didn't do them. 主耶稣！我观察，发现人总是喜爱走旧路。耶和华神领以色列民出了埃及。他们还是喜爱提说埃及的好处。而神每天早晨都向他们说，要听从神的话，他们选择性的听不进去。主啊！我要在早晨听见神的话，且要有心志，活现神的话。晚上我也要听见神的话，晓得今天那里作错了。
