耶9:23-24 耶和华如此说、智慧人不要因他的智慧夸口、勇士不要因他的勇力夸口、财主不要因他的财物夸口． 夸口的却因他有聪明、认识我是耶和华、又知道我喜悦在世上施行慈爱公平和公义、以此夸口．这是耶和华说的。 Thus says Yahweh, Don't let the wise man glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man glory in his might, don't let the rich man glory in his riches; but let him who glories glory in this, that he has understanding, and knows me, that I am Yahweh who exercises loving kindness, justice, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, says Yahweh. 主耶稣！我观看，说谎人都是为所得的夸口，自以为比别人有智慧。我省察我所夸的又是什么?是为所得到的夸口?是为所给于的夸口？我有因耶和华的名行公义，好怜而夸口吗？主啊！求祢拯救我脱离说谎的漩涡，不为地上的夸口，我要夸的是我主我神的恩典。
