诗56:8-10
我几次流离、你都记数．求你把我眼泪装在你的皮袋里．这不都记在你册子上么。我呼求的日子、我的仇敌都要转身退后．神帮助我、这是我所知道的。我倚靠神．我要赞美他的话．我倚靠耶和华．我要赞美他的话．
You number my wanderings. You put my tears into your bottle. Aren't they in your book?
Then my enemies shall turn back in the day that I call. I know this, that God is for me. In God, I will praise his word. In Yahweh, I will praise his word.
主耶稣！祢道成肉身，无限的成了有限，无所不能却成了人的样式，与人同患难，流泪，流血，受死。祢体恤人的软弱。主啊！祢容许困难，患难，急难临到我，神知道这一切，也知道我的能力有限，感恩，神的帮助绝不迟延。
