主耶稣！我注意到这里说, 素祭所剩的, 为至圣的。主啊！我觉悟到, 我们坦然无惧来到圣洁神的面前, 献上自己当作活祭, 还可以存活, 我知道, 现在活着的我, 是被神分别为圣的。求主施恩, 我要视自己是至圣的, 要保守我的身子, 荣耀天父。
