约一2:7-8 

亲爱的弟兄阿、我写给你们的、不是一条新命令、乃是你们从起初所受的旧命令．这旧命令就是你们所听见的道。再者、我写给你们的是一条新命令、在主是真的、在你们也是真的．因为黑暗渐渐过去、真光已经照耀。

Brothers, I write no new commandment to you, but an old commandment which you had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word which you heard from the beginning. Again, I write a new commandment to you, which is true in him and in you; because the darkness is passing away, and the true light already shines.

主耶稣！是的, 祢是真光, 祢的话是灵也是光, 神的法则也是光。主啊！神的光已经照耀, 我们行事为人, 遵守神的吩咐, 是在光明中, 在公义的路上与神同行, 必蒙神一切应许中的祝福。
