帖前4:5-6

不放纵私欲的邪情、像那不认识神的外邦人．不要一个人在这事上越分、欺负他的弟兄．因为这一类的事、主必报应、正如我预先对你们说过、又切切嘱咐你们的。

not in the passion of lust, even as the Gentiles who don't know God; that no one should take advantage of and wrong a brother or sister in this matter; because the Lord is an avenger in all these things, as also we forewarned you and testified.

主耶稣！我回忆曾经被人欺负的经历, 受伤的感受, 不服气的心情仍在。我知道, 一个心里受伤没有得到医治的人, 很容易情绪化, 无意中伤害他人。主啊！我是认识神的人, 求圣灵帮助我, 不再容易情绪化, 不再轻易放纵私欲, 邪情, 不再伤害自己, 伤害他人。
