耶26:13 现在要改正你们的行动作为、听从耶和华你们神的话、他就必后悔、不将所说的灾祸降与你们。 Now therefore amend your ways and your doings, and obey the voice of Yahweh your God; and Yahweh will repent him of the evil that he has pronounced against you. 主耶稣！我们承认有拖延症，明知道不对的行为举止，明知道那些是坏习惯，明知道会有不好的后果，仍旧日复一日，照常生活。主啊！我领悟今早的经文，要改正必须马上行动，任何理由都是借口。圣灵，我需要力量，发现有错的言行，马上认罪悔改。
